What is your theme?

Our theme will be kinda rustic but with some kitchen stuff for decorations and sa cake. since h2b is a chef and ako sa pastry naman. I have seen on pinterest they used kitchenaide mixer for centerpiece with flowers and stuff.
But the color will be pastel peach and mint green

Ours is whimsical garden since we will also be having a garden ceremony. Hopefully we could pull it off.

Ours is vintage romatic. Grey and blush motif.

I think ours is going to be classic romantic.

I had to stop looking at pinterest while wedding planning. It's making me want go DIY everything when I seriously have no time. Also, I'm getting confused kasi everything looks nice, I want everything to be in my wedding.

Vintage Elegance sa amin and our motif goes with the theme. Chocolate, Mocha and Cream.
Actually, theme is not really necessary naman pero mas mabilis na lang kasi pag may theme. Like may vision ka na on how you want your venue to be styled, the design of the invitation, the bridal car- vintage or modern, your wedding gown and the entourage gown and hair updo, the souvenirs.. those things. ☺️ Mas mapapadali pag may theme. Para hindi din magulo yung concept.

Ours is rustic floral. 😊 Nagustuhan kasi ni h2b yung mga wood works and ideas. Ako naman, I love flowers. Hehe. Blush and mint ang motif namin. We're praying na magcocompliment yung theme and motif namin. 😊

Ours is Harry Potter We will keep the colors to Ravenclaw (my Hogwarts house) mostly except for Bronze.

Pero we are very careful kasi ayaw namin magmukhang birthday party. lol

^Nakakaloka, harry potter pala kayo sis?? OMG. I'm so excited!!!!! Grabe die hard fan ako, pero wala akong lakas ng loob gawing theme to sa wedding ko! And hindi kasi fan si hubby ko, nadadamay lang saken, so syempre ayoko naman ng ganun.

Fairytale ?

Taray ng fairytale! How's the planning sis?

Samen naging medyo fairytale kasi Naka ballgown ako, tapos may crown pa ko haha. But ours is Midnight Frost, a combination of Starry night and Winter. Which didn't didn't work that much. Kasi weeks before the wedding ko lang nalaman na bawal pala mag string lights sa Venue ko, which will reflect the starry night theme. Tapos the caterer didn't follow what we talked about, walang white twigs yung centerpiece sa guest tables which will portray sana the winter theme. I ask the stylist to put more twigs in the venue pa. But instead the twigs has white cherry blossoms, so di naman nagmukhang Frosted. haha. Anyway, buti nalang maganda pa din kinalabasan nung styling kahit di sakto sa theme.

Ours is red carpet premiere/ movie theme. Since we both enjoy watching movies and sinagot ko sya sa loob ng cinema house. 😊

Right now what we only have is the color motif/palette (deep purple, lavender,lilac, lime, chartreuse). So when we talked to our caterer and the AE was asking me how I want the centerpieces on the table to look like, ano ba ang gusto ko for our backdrop, in short ano ba ang "theme" napaisip ako oo nga no ano nga ba?! Haha. I know how to appreciate art and creativity pero when it comes to actually executing these visions, wala na hehe. Can someone please help me where to start? H2b and I are into camping & hiking, surfing, traveling, watching movies and even hunting pokemons together hahaha. Ang naiisip ko is adventure theme but how do I go about that? I do like the enchanted forest na parang twilight theme na rin, with wrought irons and candelabras and crystals, but I wanna incorporate our love for nature and adventure into the styling. We'll be having a garden wedding overlooking Taal, by the way. Any suggestions mga sis?

Midsummer Nights Dream maybe?  If you google it, more on deep purple and greens scheme yung makikita mo so pasok yung selection of colors ninyo.  Since parang forest-like theme siya, pasok din yung camping, hiking and hunting (for pokemons?).  For the watching of movies, maybe you could setup an outdoor-movie-night-like setup sa side and use this as photo op corner wherein may mga throw pillows on the floor, picnic-like setup and use your projector screen as the movie screen (basta something like that; just google outdoor movie nights).  For the surfing, hindi ko alam paano isingit yan. Hehe! For traveling, maybe instead of table numbers only, use the countries/states or places you've been to together para pasok pa din kahit papano yung travelling.

Sis hermione28 ok naman, so far ok nako sa mga major suppliers kaya chill muna hehe yun nga eh, lakas ko maka fairytale pero nuung tinatanong ako ng stylist namin anong klase gusto ko wala ako maicontribute other than itsurang fairytale  hahaha

Wow, the theme you had in your wedding, ganoon din dapat ang sa akin hanggang sa naisip namin na i-push na lang ang harry potter theme.

Gusto ko nga sana all four Houses colors pero naisip namin na baka maging magulo ang kalabasan kaya stick na lang kami sa Ravenclaw colors.
