Wow January Bride ka din Sis rightback !  January 23 here.. uy Sunday wedding mo.. ganyan din gusto namin dati kasi 24 anniversary namin eh kaso we were hesitant sa Sunday Wedding.. OK lang sa church niyo yung Sunday sis?

Hindi sila nagkakasal ng Sunday.. kahit yung time nga ng kasal fix na eh.. 3PM tapos worried din kami na baka busy lahat ng tao dahil family day tapos lately lang namin naisip now 2 days na kami magcecelebrate.. 23 and 24.. medyo important pa naman yung 24 sa amin kasi birthday ko din is 24

^sis we did not think too much yung family day sunday. test na rin siguro which friends will make the time for the wedding hehe. our only priority was being able to get to the church. yung ok sa dates mo sis every year may excuse kayo to celebrate longer every year

our wedding is on a Sunday too if given a better choice I would have wanted it on a weekday pero for everyone's convenience we decided na Sunday na lang.

for our theme, now that we're 58 days away, mas nagiging consistent na kami hehe. although we're not very particular with our theme, we feel like the overall feel of our wedding will be cohesive naman. the feel that we want is romantic summer with lots of wildflowers. sayang kasi a daytime reception sana would be more appropriate for our theme, pero hoping we can make it work for a dinner celebration.

New theme is contemporary minimalist. Will compliment the new venue. Still retaining shades of blue & grey & white motif.

We have decided sa Autumn Theme. Motif namen Tangerine.

If anyone knows a caterer or stylist na nakapag cater na ng ganitong theme. baka may ganto na silang mga gamit for styling. please suggest. TIA!

Wala talaga kaming theme pero mapapansin na sa wedding halos puro puti makikita. All white flowers sa garden set-up even the posts and drapes white din. White fans and umbrellas. All white cake din. Maganda naman kinalabasan sa pictures.

^pm sent sis. Yun venue kasi namin may pagka rustic feel kaya parang puro white and brown makikita. Wala din kami linens so wood agad tables namin. Couple's table lang may white linens. Green yun color ng table napkins tapos gray naman yun color nung tali ng utensils. White drapings, white flowers sa table, candles in hanging mason jars.

December 2016 pa kami pero we are working on Military x Filipiniana sana maganda ang kalabasan. Colors will be marsala, rose, blush, and pantone.

Our motif is navy blue, grey/silver to be accented with yellow and white flowers, all of which are related to our theme.

Anyone else doing geek related themes? My fiance and I are doing the whole Doctor Who wedding which is quite difficult to execute given that no everyone knows the show. We're going to have a number of DIY props for the booth and reception setup. May nakagawa na ng cosplay and same theme as ours so it doesn't look too impossible to do

Whenever suppliers ask about our theme, we just say British/London (na hindi Victorian) para hindi na sila malito

Nice yung Filipiniana na motif and then yun din ang theme. I think it will be elegant. For me kasi, elegant talaga ang dating ng Filipiniana. Problem nalang is kung susunod ba talaga ang mga guests sa theme and motif. Then again, I think puede naman ilagay sa invites na "Strictly Filipiniana", di ba?

I agree with some of the comments here. Mas ok pag may theme because it will be easier to put things in perspective; mas madaling kumilos because you know what you're aiming for.

Hi sis, pwede naman siya incorporate sa invites, RSVP cards, cake toppers or reception details like the table numbers, memory lane and photobooth. Otherwise you can stick to a color scheme you really like or something related to the medical field (...maybe white and blue)

I really like our theme thing is baka hindi naman kasi sumunod ang guests so we might change it pa since dec 2016 pa naman. We still have time hehe.
