just arrived here in cebu earlier today. more than 1 hour din na-delay yung flight namin due to runway congestion. late na nakarating yung plane sa manila tapos hindi rin agad nakaalis.

anyway, i'm loving quest hotel. okay naman yung room, malinis and very cozy. mabait yung staff nila and very courteous. looking forward to our buffet breakfast tomorrow. we had dinner at larsians kanina and super happy yung little girl ko and yung wallet ko. haha... for less than 200, super busog kaming dalawa, to think na parang adult na kumain yung kid ko.

tomorrow, we'll do our twin city tour. i contacted kuya danny (one of our sisses posted his number in this thread). sana maging okay lahat. i'm thinking of having our lunch sa stk bai or lantaw (tama ba?) floatibg resto. saan ba mas okay? then, dinner na lang dito sa quest since sayang yung 500 peso credit.

and okay ba sa Summit Circle Cebu?
And normally ba nag-aaccept ng late check-ins? ang alam ko lang kasi early check ins.
8PM kasi yung flight namen, 9PM dating ng Cebu.

^ Summit Circle Cebu is fine. Kind of OLD, but it's still okay. It's been a long time since I have been in this hotel, but since they rebranded it to Summit Circle, I am hopeful that it is way much better na. As for late check-in, okay lang sobra yan. The night is paid for anyway. Just a tip, inform the hotel ahead of the late arrival. Just so you can be sure that they don't assume you're not coming na. Best to really just keep them updated of your flight status.

hi i will be going to Cebu din soon, solo and first time so i need all the help i can get. nag back read na din ako. Here's my travel plan:

Day1.
ETA Cebu: 11AM
the rest of the day= City Tour. Tourist spots (as recommended sa page 1)
Check-in hotel.

Day2.
AM- Oslob
Pm Moalboal
overnight stay in Moalboal

Day 3.
back to city
Mall and food quest.

Day 4.
Fly back.

Moalboal to city?
Pa-recommend san budget friendly/safe mag overnight sa Moalboal.

^from oslob try mo sumakay ng bus pa-santander or bato. from there baka may bus/multicab pa-moalboal though di ko pa na-try tong route na to. malayo kasi kung pabalik ng city then sa carcar ka baba tapos sakay uli ng bus pa-moalboal via barili

I am trying to figure out an itinerary pero nahihirapan talaga ako. Nag book din kasi ako ng di nagiisip kasi it was sale. I hoep somebody can help me. Originally, it was supposed to be a cebu-bohol trip but i would like to maximize the time since i don't know when will i and my family can go back so i would like to insert North an South Cebu sana

Day 0 ETA Cebu 8pm
Day 1 City Tour
Day 2 North. Can we just go back to the city or just spend the night here?
Day3 South. Same query as above. Also, is it advisable to visit North first or vice versa?
Day 4 Bohol? I am not very sure haha. Overnight would be possible naman kasi flight back to manila next day is at night pa.

^ Sis I can highly recommend the homestay where I stayed at during my Oslob trip. PM me for the contact number if you wish to have it.

These were my Oslob expenses that I could remember on top of my head:

Bus fare (city to Oslob) - 160 aircon
Homestay - 450, 1 fan room
Whaleshark watching fee - 500
Underwater camera rental - 500
Habal-habal tour (Tumalog Falls and Oslob Cuartel) - 200

Meals in Oslob range from 120-150.

Sis, I managed to do South-North Cebu in 4D3N. Amazing Race nga lang ang peg, super byahe talaga.

My route was South-North-City. Inuna ko ang South dahil mas matagal ang land travel going there kesa sa pinuntahan ko sa North. One hour lang kasi ang land travel ko pa-North dahil sa Danao lang ako where the port to Camotes is.

I suggest sis alamin mo muna kung saan sa North niyo gusto pumunta. Kung farther kasi (as in Bantayan, Malapascua, etc.) parang hindi sulit ang overnight lang sa layo ng byahe niyo, considering travel time niyo pa to/fro South.

sa north, relax lang ang peg. para enjoy lang hindi yung mas mahaba ang oras na na-spend sa byahe. Camotes is on my top list. I read from blogs na madami ding sights dun plus syempre beach na very good daw for swimming. Kung feeling adventurous ako sa araw ng byahe, id go south..if yearning for relaxation, id go north.

what do you mean na di pa ganun ka-ok sa Bohol?! why daw?! we just went there last month. we super duper enjoyed it!! actually nalungkot ako na mahina pa rin ang Bohol tourism kaya me and my cousins who went there, we really promote it.

sa Danao, kahit di pa open ang The Plunge, ang saya ng other activities nila like spelunking, root climbing, river kayak and zipline. nasa Bohol thread ang detailed post ko, hehe.
