sis ketchup22 I booked Banyan too and we only have 150 guests dahil sa ayaw ko din ng pahaba. Sabi ng AE ko, magaling naman magayos mga caterer, madami daw kumukha sa banyan kahit 150 guests lang.

Maybe the reason 10k lang dinagdag ko when I upgraded from Jade pavilion eh dahil sa nagmura pala sila by 10k.

I got Banyan at 150k (160k original price for 2017 then less 10k discount kasi we paid the reservation fee within the pencil booking period).

Thanks Sis @lyr3hs it's good to know na tama ang nabook ko na room. hehe. Sino ang stylist kinuha nyo? Gusto ko sana yung d high end ang mahal kasi nun. For the cocktail, kelangan pa po kaya ng Iwata ang init kasi sa garden pag mga 4pm.

Hi lyr3hs, it also includes lcd projector and 8x8 screen, stage, basic sound system but no drapings and crystals.

^ are they going to charge you pa for the drapings?

^I think so. But according to one of the stylist I met there was this one time that they were allowed to use the drapes for free since they were already installed (used by a client the previous day).

^^ ahh ok, di naman pala kami masyadong lugi kasi pinapili kami kung discount na 10k or free draping worth 15k. We opted for the drapings. Pero mas ok nga sis kung may nakakabit na sa previous wedding para free na:) pero paano kung wala? Anyway you have a stylist naman. May I know kung how much and quote ng stylist mo?

^Hi! Ayaw din ni h2b na may drapes, unless siguro mag bago isip niya or semi lang. 100k for church, bouquet and reception ceiling. For the ceiling, green leaves, vines and string bulbs. They will transfer din all the flowers from the church to blue leaf.

The guest tables, VIP etc will just ask our caterer to style baka mag-add nalang kami for styling upgrade.

-Drapes crew?

Or in other words, sino lang ba ang papakainin from TBL

Hi sis Nokie,i only got silk (capacity 250) as i only have 100 guest pero i want to have bigger space from what i know bayan can cover 300 guest. Parang sobrang laki na sa 100 yun bayan what do you think?

Our problem is opposite of yours. We got Banyan but our target guests is 300. We booked agad when they said it can fit 300 hahaha. Do you think it will be too masikip? Kasi if it is, we'll be forced to trim down our guest list by around 20-30. We don't want to rent Jade since there will be pillars between.

^ i believe it will fit just fine, just don't use all long tables. Kasi yung Jade kasiya pa up to 200, eh almost twice na din ng size ng Jade ang Banyan. so 300 is perfect for the pavilion.
