Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Hilot at Acupuncture

Yesterday galing ako ng OB and na diagnose na may PCOS ako (severe multiple talaga, bilateral pero mas malala sa left ) and retroverted ang uterus ko. Since puberty irregular na period ko until now na 24 na ko ganun pa dn. Hindi talaga ko monthly nagkakaron ng period. Longest ko na no period ay 4 months. Sabi ni doctora mahihirapan ako magkababy specially pag asa 30's na ko. Niresetahan nya ko ng pang pa ovulate 200 pesos per tablet 5 times every cycle. Mahal di ba? student ako kaya can't afford yung ganun kamahal. Question ko, makakatulong ba ang hilot para maregulate period ko o sa pcos? effective dn ba ang usana essentials at proflavanol? how about acupuncture?
