Hi sis Vhanya, where in Ginza did you stay in? I am having a hard time choosing which hotel from the list i gave above. Big consideration is my sc parents and secondly, our budget. We just want to stay in a mid-range hotel para hindi naman masakit sa bulsa ng parents ko who are sponsoring our trip and so we can have extra money for shopping. Will appreciate it much if you can share your experience staying in a Ginza hotel. Thank you.

We didn't stay in Ginza as the hotels are too far nga from the shopping area. We actually took a cab from Shinjuku to Ginza and vice versa. If the shops are too far, cab din. My dad hates walking talaga. Kahit ako I got frustrated with how far the shops are. Better to just go inside Matsuya dept store if you want to browse thru the brands. Last time we stayed in Ginza, we stayed at Mitsui Garden Ginza. Ok naman

Hi mga sis! How's the weather in Tokyo right now? Kasi mga napamili namin mga clothes mostly sweatshirts, jackets, cardigans, pati the kids. Parang Baguio lang ba?

Weather is really good here in Tokyo. Leaving for Osaka and Kyoto na today. Sakura blooms everywhere!!!

Medyo maulan kanina pero kahapon ok naman. Lamigin siguro ako kasi ako nalalamigan pa rin pero hindi naman sinlamig nung December. Mahangin rin kasi kanina. Sabagay kami lang yata yun dahil mga nasasalubong namin naka short skirts lang

Nice ang area namin this time, first time ko mag airbnb mahal almost $300 pa rin per night pero maluwag at bago kaya ok na rin. Pinaka importante hindi carpeted kaya mas pinili ko

pabalikna sa pinas from Nagoya_Tokyo-Nagoya trip from March 28-April 2...
malamig sa hapon to gabi, till early morning. malakas kasi hangin. leggings underneath shorts/skirts.
when we went to Yokohama, mas lalong malamig. tabing dagat kasi....
enjoy ang sakura! 😉

Medyo nalulungkot ako. Maulan na naman ang trip ko. April 10-13 ako pag tingin ko sa forecast taas ng chance of rain sa days ng trip ko lang. Just like yung trip namin sa Kansai last year. Hay. Wrong timing talaga

Hi Kisheys. Ginza Grand Hotel is just a 3 minute walk to Shinbashi station and 15 minutes to Ginza station, 10 to 15 minute walk to Uniqlo at normal pace.

Leisurely walk for me pero mabilis ako maglakad so baka mapagod agad parents mo kasi the hotel nasa dulo ng Ginza but is close to a lot of restaurants like Mos Burger, Hooters, Mister Donut, and Family Mart is next to the hotel. Walking distance din ang Shiodome area. Pag napapagod kami punta lang ng Lotteria or sa back streets may bakeries and takoyaki.

Ideal hotel if you are out most of the time. Even at late night lakad lang kami sa Shiodome for ramen or sa Lotteria pag ginugutom.

Same here sis ayami. April 7 to 13 kami sa tokyo. Based on accuweather, maulan next week. Waaahhh!!! Sana mag enjoy parin kami kasi it will be our first time there.

True! I love Tokyo's weather. Medyo mainit na kasi banda Osaka and Kyoto when we went there last March. In our whole trip sa Japan sa Kyoto lang ako pinawisan. hehe

post ko lang unti-unti experiences namin in Japan.... :-)

1hr waiting time sa immigration ng Nagoya airport. re-entry, mabilis lang.

late check in sa Toyoko Inn Nagoya Sakae (thru booking.com). ok naman yung place. may free night gowns kaya di na mababawasan change of clothes mo sa luggage, free buffet breakfast din. medyo small yun room, pero for a couple, ok naman sya. :-)

sotetsu fresa inn tamachi - near Tamachi station. thru booking.com din. malapit sa Lawson Station (convenience store sya). mga 1 block away from Tamachi station. free night gown din. ito medyo malaki room. no breakfast yung nakuha namin. ok lang kasi mura lang sa Lawson yung bread (Yen 100/ 3 pcs), tea meron naman sa room. coffee meron sa lobby. dito pwede credit card.

love hotel naman kami. :-D kabukicho area. Bagus resort. kaaliw yung manner of checking in nila. di naman nakaka-ilang. mag asawa naman kami,e. tsaka friendly si manang. hehe 8800/ stay. 11am ang check out nun.

washington hotel plaza in nagoya. medyo mahal. 10k yen / night. bigger room. pero wala din breakfast. night gowns meron pa din. may Matsuya malapit sa kanay, kaya ok lang. :-)

^ mga ganyan hanap ko na presyo ng hotel pero d talaga ako pinagpapala kasi 6 y.o under lang pwede kasama na kids, considered adult na if over 6yo. Happy na rin ako kasi itong hotel namin simula today nasa $145 na lang

Maulan sa Tokyo kaya lalong ang sarap maglakad (para sa akin, sa iba kasi ayaw syempre dahil mahirap maglakad ng nakapayong pa).

Kuntento na ako sa lakad namin sa Japan

unless mura ang fare medyo matatagalan muna bago kami bumalik

Malamig ba yung tag-ulan sa Tokyo? Sa Kyoto and Osaka kasi nangisay kami hahaha pero iba naman ata kasi yung Winter vs Spring so sana maenjoy ko rin yang ulan like you did

Sa Friday na ko uupdate din ako ng trip plan. Pero di ko madidiscuss yung ibang prices kasi sponsored trip tong sakin. Accommodation ko rin libre e hehe

5 degrees ba ngayon?

I think nasa 14 lang haha. 7 degrees yata kami sa Kyoto last year. Or nasa 6 rin ba? Di ko maalala yung nascreenshot kong weather sa phone ko lol.
