NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Mommies, Kelan makukuha ang NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate ng ating babies after mairegister? Sa Marriage Certificate kasi kung di ako nag kakamali 2mos ba o 3 mos? How bout sa birt cert, ganun din ba?

I gave birth last Dec 19, 2014. Pwede na kaya ako makapag request ngayon?

Kayo ba mommies kelan kayo nakakuha ng NSO copy ng birthcert ng babies nyo? Thanks!

Sis, as far as I know, after 6 months pa. 1 year old na baby ko, til now di pa rin ako nakapag apply ng copy. hehe! pero i am sure available na yun.

For my 2 boys, I gave birth at TMC pasig city, NSO birth cert available after 2 months. Ordered online.. Gave birth last Nov 2012 then Mar 2014.. Yes, nasundan agad lol

usually two months meron na.

also for added info, pwede tayong magrequest ng rush forwarding the LCR sa NSO, meron lang extra fees.
also pwede na tayo mismo ang magforward sa NSO, mas madali makukuha and nso certified.

I think i need to either one of these para sa baby ko. kelangan kasi pagdating ng tatay nia ready na lahat ng papers for application of passport.

Gave birth late-May. Early-September I requested NSO cert online. Nasayang lang binayad ko kasi wala pa daw available. Average 4mos daw, to be sure.

For passport application ni baby, I just used the birth cert from QC-LCR, then stamped and certified by local NSO sa QC City Hall lang din. This one we got ng June pa lang.

This January, I requested again online for NSO birth cert, and meron na dumating.

Sis panong birth certificate?  Kasi I will bring my baby rin abroad and I need to apply for passport narin.  Ngayon lang din nalaman ng husband ko na wala kaming documents.  Ano ba mga binibigay after giving birth?

^ I gave birth sa St. Luke's QC so we requested for certified true copies of birth certificate from the Local Civil Registry at the QC City Hall. We then had it stamped and certified by NSO, still at QC City Hall. The ctc with NSO stamp, yun ang ginamit namin for passport application, kasi wala pang copy sa NSO main that can be printed on security paper at that time.

We finally got my son's NSO Birth Certificate.  I'm so excited to apply for his passport!

My son was born last Dec 4 and I tried requesting for his NSO [textspeak!] last week but there was a note saying that it might not be available yet. So will try again in another 1-2 months. I plan on applying for his passport by June.

khriseeee So exciting!  When do you plan to bring your baby abroad?  Ako malapit na kasi so I have to go to DFA na asap. 

Guys question, do I have to fill out a form pa or do I fill out nalang in person sa DFA megamall?

^ I filled out a form in Megamall na for my daughter. We were there medyo early so halos wala pa pila. Me iilang seniors lang nauna sa amin sa priority lane. Pero bilis lang, wala pa kami 30mins in total, for the both of us na yun. Sinabay ko na din kasi renewal ko.

Ganun ba?  Yes!  So punta nalang pala kami Ayaw ko na kasi mag fill out sa internet.

Sa SM business centers mga sis, available na ang NSO copy (after 6 months mo manganak)
pero ang alam ko kapag sa main office, pwede na makuha as early as 2 months ata. (not sure dito ha)

Also, pag sa SM< mas mura as compared sa online. naalala ko dati, parang 300plus binayaran ko, pero sa sm nasa 160 plus lang. basta di lalagpas ng 200 yun.

yung kay baby ko sa OB kukunin yung birth certificate after 2 months. ganun policy nila sa chinese gen sila na magfafile at magbibigay sayo ng copy,

^ yung ibibigay nila is the parents' copy of the original birth certificate. Hindi pa NSO-certified yun.

^sis sabi nila ctc daw yung ibibigay nila after 2 mos iba pa din ang request kung gusto ko ng nso certified.

Hi sis @Ms.Mafi, ask ko lang nakakuha ka na ba ng NSO [textspeak!] ng baby mo? December din ako nanganak last year, need ko din sana for Tax Exemption. Thanks.

Same concern here, nakuha ko na last month ang ctc na birth cert ni baby apply na sana ako ng passport nya nasa DFA na kami sa Ali Mall then sabi nga kelangan certified ng NSO ang hassle lang kasi kelangan ko pa bumalik ulit sa Manila cityhall eh kasama ko pa si baby. Ngayon 3months na si baby possible pala na di pa din available online birth cert nya.

Ot question mga sis, how true na matagal na processing ng passport ngayon? Kasi if hintayin ko ng 4months by May pa possible ko makuha birth cert nya then tsaka palang ako maka-apply passport nya, will travel abroad by August eh aabot kaya yun?

^ May-August, feeling ko naman more than enough time na yun para makuha passport ni baby... average is 2 weeks. Pag expedited, mas mabilis. Pag na-delay, me enough allowance ka naman..
