Sis I have a question for you, yung Certified True copy kasi ng Marriage contract namen my maling spelling, so in the process pa yung correction, ang sabe it would take 3-4 months bago maprocess yung correction e wala pa kong valid id nung  bago kong last name(last name ni hubby), ma-uupdate ko pa ba yun ng walang aberya, pero meron kameng copy ngn ctc ng marriage contract namen  pati claim stub ng marriage contract pag naayos na..

Tanong ko lang po kung sa philhealth lang ng Wife ma-Avail yung Philhealh once nanganak na? Eh pano yung Philhealth ko? tsaka po GSIS po si misis, at ako po SSS, saan po kami makakakuha ng benefits? 3months preggy na po si misis..

^ Basta dependent mo na si wife mo sa Philhealth and naka-declare na sa MDR mo then she can use your Philhealth provided that you comply with the requirements upon giving birth. But of course if she use yours she cannot use her own na upon giving birth, one Philhealth account at a time lang pwede gamitin. When I gave birth, I used my husband's Philhealth kasi naka-leave ako nun for how many months so di updated contributions ko. Regarding her GSIS, not sure though if may maternity benefits din GSIS like sa SSS. And sorry pero your wife can't use your SSS for her maternity benefit dapat her own account and contributions kapag SSS.

^^not sure about sss. pero sa gsis, yung sa maternity leave lang ang benefit. other than that, wala na ata.

After backreading, basically I only need to submit the following docs upon admission sa hospital:

1. Philhealth Claim Form 1 (signed by me and HR)
2. MDR (Member's Data Record)

^ Yung akin dati hiningi certificate of contributions ko na provided ng HR. You can ask your HR pa rin para sure to provide for you and ask your hospital directly kung ano pa kailangan minsan kasi it varies per hospital din, though the ones you mentioned above eh yung main requirements na.

^^ Certificate of Contributions mo. Nung sinabi ko kasi sa HR na need ko ng signed form for Philhealth nung na-confine ako when I was 5 months pregnant, alam na agad nila, naka-folder nang binigay sakin yung documents from HR.

Eto lang kasi ang ipoprovide sa kin ng HR e, MDR and Claim Form 1.

^ Yes different siya. Yung parang Certificate ko dati, may nakalagay na "This is to certify that ___ with Philhealth ID # ____ has paid the following contributions" tapos naka-enumerate. Ask mo na lang directly ang hospital if required nila yun.

tanong ko lang kung ano-ano ba benefits ng philhealth para sa nanay ko na senior citizen na.

Pwede ba ang outpatient o free ba ang consultation at laboratories? madalas kase kelangan magpatingin sa doctor ng mama ko at magpa lab test sa pagkakaalam ko kase kelangan ma ospital ka muna bago mo mapakinabangan ang philhealth?

^ yes sis. nakakainis pa dyan sa philhealth, bawal na direct filing. so kapag di mo na claim philhealth mo sa day na na discharge ka, bayad mo na yon.

what we do kapag weekend na confine, no choice magsstay kami until monday para makakuha ng morning.

that's what happened sakin nung na lap chole ako. ang deduction nila is 31k for the case. sobrang sayang so naghintay at di ako nagpadischarge until the next business day because of it. hmf.

Ang tagal ng refund sa Philhealth. Mag-one year na this November 8 yun sakin, until now, wala pa din  Any same experience? One year ba talaga bago yun ma-refund? Diba sabi 6 mos lang?

Wala na pala talagang reimbursement no. Nakakainis. I was discharged on a saturday. Obviously walang office. So i wasnt able to claim the discount after my nsd delivery. Nakakainis talaga. Sayang din 6k. Oh well.

When my mom underwent TAHBSO January last year, may na deduct naman sa amin during discharge and may additional pa kami na refund kasi may dinagdag sa diagnosis niya. Yung refund dumating parang less than 6 months ata. Hindi ko din sana alam na may refund kaso may email sa akin ang philhealth.

Kainis lang sa refund eh may share pa pala mga doctors doon.

Hi pahelp naman po medyo nalilito kasi ako.
Due date ko po is 0ct 28
yung previous company ko last dec 2014 pa huling hulog nila.
then nagresign ako ng march
nag change ako to voluntary last month
pero hinulugan po namin yung month ng july to sep.
and were planning na maghulog pa ulit for the month of oct to dec by this week.

tngin nyo po ba magagamit7 ko pa yung philhealth ko pag nanganak po ako?

^Sis, if Im not mistaken, 6mos contri yata ang kailangan pag maternity case. You can check with Philhealth mismo para sure.
