I emailed Sugarplum Pastries pero til now wala pang reply. It's been several days na. Mejo kakaturn off. Super ganda nga ng cakes ang hirap naman hagilapin.

Gervy's naman hasn't replied when I asked for a pricelist of her other products. A week ago na rin.

Hirap pala makausap ng mga cake and pastry bakers!

I have the same experience with Sugarplum. She answered me twice and when i was following up through text, viber and emails, I did not get any response anymore to think I was placing my order already. Sayang i super like her cakes pa naman but I need to look another supplier at baka ambition ako sa kanya.

^Gervy replied to me at last. Sugarplum Pastries, dedma talaga. So goodbye to her.

I've also emailed Baked Twinkles. Check her out, super ganda rin nya gumawa, very pulido. And she replies really fast, very easy to talk to pa. But yun nga lang she doesn't deliver, so client has to pick up orders from her home in BF Las Piñas. Many of her clients use Uber daw to have their orders picked up and delivered to the venue. Still thinking if ok na idea yun. What if masira yung cake or mahulog? So I dunno...

I also emailed Tazzy Cakes. Mabilis naman magreply. Right now I'm torn among the three: Gervy's, Baked Twinkles, or Tazzy.

I made one last attempt kay Sugarplum kaso no feedback talaga so I'll drop her from the list. Kahinayang sya, nice cakes but very poor customer service.

I am considering Tazzy Cakes but made email inquiries to OCs Kitchen, Swell Sweets, Sugarbox, The bunny baker and Lovelots as well for comparison. OC and Swell sweets are for pick up so kinda hassle for me as I don't have time na on that day. The bunny baker naman, out of my budget while si Lovelots & Sugarbox, no reply pa din till now. Kaka-frustrate!

We asked Pastry Garden to make us a birthday cake for my son's 1st birthday and I am very happy with the results. I also find her more affordable than other cake suppliers. Same experience with Sugarplum. Lovely Jiao initially was very accomodating and would reply fast to my emails. She mentioned how she wanted to make a lighted, rotating cake and I was all for it, ready to place my order since I was really a fan of her creations. 2 weeks passed no reply. I followed up, asking for confirmation. She will check daw. Till now I havent received any feedback. Disappointing. No issues naman if they cannot accomodate, just be straight forward rather than completely ignore clients.

I always get my cakes from Box of Sweets. Cakes are made by Punky Porca. Wala na yatang masyadong cake pictures sa Facebook profile ng BOS, but there are some in her personal profile. The rates are very reasonable and pulido lagi yung pagkakagawa ng cake.They deliver, too, although may delivery charge yata siya.

5th birthday ng anak ko this month and we're getting a Sheriff Callie made by them.

I thought ako lang may deadma experience from sugarplum pastries. At first inisip ko na baka kasi konti lang yung order query ko vs. her regular clients na events suppliers din kaya nadisregard pero whatever the reason is, okay na lang din I'll go for classic Estrel's na lang para wala ng hassle. :-D

i had a disappointing experience with tazzy cake.... a simple 3 yo birthday cake, 4500php, kasing laki lang ng junior size na cake ng red ribbon tapos si buzz lightyear hindi kamukha, ang bilis pa matunaw.... hay. delivery fee is 450 pa.

emily uy-swing never fails to impress. we are now to the point of ikaw na bahala basta ganito ang gusto ko. then on the day. wow. =) highly recommended.

Had my son's 1st birthday party last Sat. We got Frostings Cupcakes' sister company for the custom cake (same maker of Lemon Square products). The cake was sooo nice! I was so happy na super kuhang kuha nila yung peg namin it was so neat, even the 4 Avengers 3D character toppers ang cute and very detailed! It was a fondant chocolate cake, which is so yummy rin Super affordable pa, 2 layers: 8' and 6', both layers edible at 1,860 only!

I highly recommend The Sweetery super nice and neat ng cake na ginawa nila for my daughter's birthday. Sobrang bait and accommodating pa ng owner. Not only pleasing to the eyes yung cake masarap din sya, we ordered their best seller chocolate cake with chocolate ganache hindi ko pinag sisihan dahil masarap! tama lang lasa hindi sobrang tamis.

I would like to recommend Sweet Creations by Mums - it's Joanne Tuazon's creations, we got her for our son's baptism and 1st birthday, she never failed to give us the most beautiful cake. Always prompt sa delivery. Medyo sometimes matagal mag reply sa messages but she sent out a template response naman that she will respond the soonest and when she does okay naman. I gave her our character kung ano itsura and wow she made it exactly like that including the colors. I am very happy with her work talaga, pulido and the character cute talaga!

Hi sis highness127. Moist ba yung fondant chocolate nila at tama lang ang sweetness? Kasi nag order na rin ako sa kanila, sa sister company nila na bakery treats. Nag fb msg ako sa frosting cupcakes at yun nga sabi nya sa bakery treats yung cake.  Dahil sa rave mo kaya nadecide ko na sa kanila na rin at sila talaga yung may pinakamurang quote.  Nag order na rin ako ng cupcakes since tried and tested ko na talaga ang sarap nun sa trinoma branch nila.  Sana masarap talaga yung cake para hindi madisappoint yung sis in law ko at ang birthday girl yung niece ko
