Who are your Wedding Suppliers? Part 7

sis barbeecue, this was brought up to me din by my coordinator yesterday so most likely yes. i'll most likely give them food (pastries from our province). If ever I'll probably give to p/v, coordinator, AE (from venue and caterer)...so far yun pa lang naisip ko.

sis parehas tayo ng mga pagbibigyan. idadagdag ko rin yung emcee ko kasi i ask her din about wedding preps and she's so helpful. i don't know nga lang what to give. when will you give them their gifts sis? before or after the wedding?

though speaking of tokens, nagbibigay ba normally ng tip sa mga servers ng caterers? pano ba binibigay yun? or bahala na yung mismong caterer sa tip?

We gave tip sa waiters. Normally daw there's 30 of them so I gave 3k para 100 each.

sis wacky18, i saw my cousin's husband just ask one of the waiters kung ilan sila and straight niya binigay yung tip sabay malakas sinabi na hati-hati kayo dyan ha.

i like this idea, sis! doing this at the wedding too. ang gagaling ng waiters ng caterer ko eh. super attentive nung initial food tasting namin. how were your caterers' waiters naman sis?

naisip ko rin before the wedding ko ibigay yung tokens namin for the suppliers eh. except for my otd kasi she told me she'll leave lang after all the guests have left to return to me items which were given to her, and to check that all items were returned properly, etc.

sis baka i misunderstood lang your reply, but shouldn't you give your payment to your suppliers directly and wag ipabigay through a box? hindi ba parang nakakatakot kasi baka may outsider na magka-access sa money or the envelope might fall off...

Sis barbeecue,  K by Cunanan caterers are very attentive and super maalaga not just sa couple but also to our guests. We have a preggy guest and lahat ng request nya talagang binibigay haha! tuwang tuwa sila sa waiters even sa pag refill ng wine at pagserve ng food.

sis barbeecue, sorry ang labo nga sinabi ko hehe. the payment for the suppliers, i'll most likely ask our secretary to hold it for me during the wedding. then coordinate with the coordinator na sabay na ibigay yung payment and tokens nila after.

sis belle im glad to see good feedback for KbyC. E maypagkademanding pa naman yung family ko so at least attentive waiters are a big plus.

^ sis check mo rachebeli wines maganda packaging nila and may option din for customized chocolates. Sa fb page nila may samples and mabilis magreply sa email.

^sis they are more on wine give aways right?. I'm planning to serve wine during cocktail hr and reception. kaya I'm looking for whole sale supplier

^ Ang alam ko sis nag ooffer din sila ng wholesale/bulk orders sa wine products nila aside from souvenir packages pero since 2013 pa inquiry ko dun, baka nag increase na sila ngayon whether as souvenir or bulk order. Di bale sis for sure may mga currently on preps dito or recently wed na may masuggest na wholesaler talaga, baka may mas sulit.

We made some progress this past month

I'm super happy with h2b as very active siya sa preps although the final say is mine. Hahaha

So far we have booked most of our major suppliers:

Reception Host: Ayie (of Imbitado Events)
HMUA: Jonas of Danny Capistrano Salon (though I am still having second thoughts )

Medyo panic mode ako kahit na October 2016 pa, pero sabi ni h2b kalma lang ako, we will be able to tick off most of the items on the list one by one.

Next stop, we're hunting for the Reception venue and Caterer

sis lyr3hs regarding your musicians, you have lots of time pa. Pero depends din anong mood yung gusto mo. Do you want strings only, or an ensemble that includes strings piano etc, full-band, accoustic, a dj for your reception...etc. feel free to research muna

Hi sis barbeecue just in case you're interested in getting ready to wear suit, you might want to check out Designer Boulevard, they carry Hugo Boss, Ermenegildo Zegna and Hackett London suits/pant sets. The cuts ranges from slim cut to regular cut and they are within your budget.  Their branch in Eastwood Mall carries Hugo Boss then Tutto Moda naman carries Zegna and Hackett. Kaya lang madaling maubos yung magagandang styles.

Si fiance chose hugo boss suit/pant set that's dressy and yet he can still wear them at work.  Para daw hindi nya lang once gagamitin

15k-20k is reasonable budget na for groom's suit.  Kingsmen and King Philip I heard are good haberdashery. We did inquire pala with Francis Libiran and his suit set starts at 75k. One of the suits that I really liked was what my friend wore in his wedding, he got Randy Ortiz and it really looked great.  That time he paid 35k for suit, pants, vest and inner shirt.
