Hello sisses! We had our wedding last Apr 9. We are really happy with our wedding. It was a simple wedding. Most of our guests really enjoyed and nagandahan sa wedding. One guest even commented na okay din pala yung simple and wala masyadong ka-dramahan or big production number na pang-ASAP levels. hehe.

We had minor bumps/problems during the 8 months prep and actual wedding day but it did not affect the outcome of our wedding.

I listed our suppliers below for everyone's reference. We had a great time working with them. I also indicated kung sino yung mga highly recommended.

Suggestions lang for dealing with suppliers during the planning and actual wedding.

1. Always make sure na lahat ng agreements with the suppliers are in the contract.  Minsan kasi may mga nakakalimutan na details si suppliers sa dami na din siguro ng mga weddings nila.
2. Always be clear with your suppliers kung ano yung mga gusto nyo mangyari sa wedding.
3. Wag mahiya mangulit ng suppliers lalo na kapag may mga deadlines kayo na set. :p

Hi sis xsugar! Para sa amin, sobrang okay nung Hive kahit hindi pa tapos. Though they promised na matatapos nila within the year. Im praying too!! Leap of faith ito. hehe.

Yun sister company/hotel nila is cocoon sana ang kukunin namin pero when we searched for other options, we came across yung hive nga.

Para lang ma-consider mo din, ito yung naging basis namin:

1. Yung grand ballroom nila is very pretty.

Carpeted at andami nyang large windows. Though dinner time kami, ang aliwalas nyang tignan. Meron din syang mini bar sa may side so if magserve ka ng cocktail or drinks, ang convenient na.

2. Value for money

At 100k++, meron ka nang cake, bridal car, deluxe suite room, etc. Medyo budget wedding kasi kami. Pero dahil medyo maganda yung venue, hindi sya masyadong halata. Haha.

3. Convenience ng hotel preps. At very spacious lobby, compared with other hotels in qc.

Sobrang lapit sa church namin. Saka dahil bago sila, naka-sneak peak rate sila sa rooms. Anlaking kamurahan din.

Some notes:

1. Sabi nila grand ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests, pero I doubt, parang 200 lang, depending sa arrangement.
2. Dahil bago pa lang sya, ang rates na ipapakita nila ay sa Coccoon, though pareho lang daw sila talaga ng rates.
3. Im not sure pa lang sa quality or itsura ng food kasi never heard pa ng reviews about them.

hi sis Kimjoori, Josiah's din kinuha kong caterer, accredited sila sa venue ko..buti naman ok yun feedback mo, though matagal pa naman wedding ko, April 2016 pa, hihi..mejo matagal nga magreply sa email, minsan tinetext ko pa si ae to tell na may inquiry ako via mail, tapos tinatawagan niya ko to discuss yun queries ko..regarding suppliers' meal, how much siya sis and ano inclusion, if you don't mind? yan kase yun last email ko na hanggang ngayon di pa sinasagot, para may idea na din ako..thanks sis and congrats!

sis bzbee, separate mo binook si josiah's, hindi venue-caterer package? kase ganon ko sila binook, upgrades to bar yun mga nakuha kong freebies..ini-inquire ko pa yun about sa suppliers' meal, will discuss with my ae pa regarding this, sana maka-discount ako, and yes marami nga din ang papakainin na suppliers, kase syempre dapat busog din sila and masarap food, hihi..

sis kateguerzon08 we booked josiah's and blue leaf separately. sa dami ng discounts namin with both of them, it turned out to be the better option for us. we also got the upgrades to bar and marami pang iba. who's your AE sis? mine is happy. its hard to reach her sa office phone coz she's always out on meetings pero sa text mabilis naman magreply. so far wala pa kong reklamo with them.
