try mo din the queso de bola cheesecake sis. yum!! no wonder walang natira sa food. simot lahat haha!

we tried it nun initial food tasting but unfortunately di siya bumenta samin. i think it was not a good batch. same din with caramel pot de creme, my sister tried at her friend's wedding and raved about it and when we tried it pati siya di nagustuhan. so we decided to let go of the dishes na inconsistent.

^fair enough sis.. i also tried the highly recommended kbyc mains, and some cocktails. meron din akong mga di nagustuhan. and meron akong gusto na ayaw ni hubby and vice versa haha!! ngayon pa nga lang din, i asked my friend to please include the white chocolate cake on her menu para makabawi ako sa wedding nya. Haha! nakaisa lang kasi ako nung wedding namin. that cake is soooo divine.

sis i actually asked my Monique if we can order 1 white choco cake for ourselves. pwede naman daw pagsabay sa event. pero if solo lang na you want to order and then pick up, they dont do that daw. so i'm considering ordering 1 cake for us to take home. on top of our wedding cake haha

Hi sisses, when is contract signing after booking the reservation fee? I read from another blog, contract signing is mga a month before the event? TIA!

^when you've done your final tasting, when you've finalized your bits and bobs from styling, to the last dessert, to number of guests. Some of these even occurs a few days before the wedding especially for overseas couples.

Do they provide a stage for their clients for free or does that have additional payment? How about serving drinks after which did not come from them, did they charge you additional for that?

Me and h2b are disappointed with our food tasting sa K.. 
Last month lang sya, siningit pa namin sa sched when we had a short trip sa Pinas. Most of the dishes di namin nagustuhan at maraming di nai-serve samin na nasa menu naman... Most of the raved dishes are not included din kaya siguro di kami na-impress, ayaw na tuloy ni h2b. sad!

We are scheduled for our initial food tasting on Sept 18. Hopefully okay. 

I read na matagal magreply and K b C pero sa case ko, super bilis nila magreply and agad nila na accommodate yung date na gusto namin mag food tasting. Via email lang ako nakikipagcommunicate sa kanila.

I got a call yesterday from K by C na they have a 10% discount daw to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Not sure lang about the deets pa pero sabi ko we can just discuss it on Sunday sa Bridal Fair.
