@rienny25, what I did was I gave Rann all my available dates. And from there she can decide what she can give you. I had to move my schedule around as I was only in Manila for 9 days that time but that was better for me than waiting for her to tell me that they  are not available on my free day and then waiting again for another week before she can give me a date.  Hope this helps. And the problem with KbyC is that they take forever to reply that's why if I have questions, I bulletpoint it, and wait for all the answers.

Hi msdianne I have 1 AE and 1 stylist assigned to my wedding. My AE is Rann and my stylist is Nina. Haven't met Nina though, sabi ko sa final foodtasting nalang 2 months before. So i cant comment. But I like Rann very much. She's very straightforward and replies faster than my old AE who resigned na. The only thing i'll be asking from KbyC to style is tables. I dont care so much about the backdrop so maybe i'll ask for whatever existing ones they have that look bagay with my venue. So tables lang talaga but I'll upgrade the centerpieces and if luck is on my side, do all long tables. Budget-wise it will make a dent though. You are doing sitdown too right? Hope this helps.

Looks like this is K's new set up now. You get a stylist aside from your AE. Before kasi, only 1 AE is responsible for everything then she gets assisted lang by other AEs during the mock set up and final detailing. Nina is good. You could probably request for her since there's two of them doing the styling thingy. Though hindi ko pa nakikita yung creation ng isang stylist nila.

Kaye Cunanan of K by Cunanan used to do the styling and Nina used to be the Senior AE. But I think, ngayon, Nina does the styling na and Kaye took over the the business' behind-the-scenes. But the classic styling is still there so talk about consistency. I'm torn between K by C and Passion Cooks! Can't wait to have our FT with them para matapos na. lol!

Thanks sis Juwie & sis bonzaigirl!  I originally requested to have our final ft & detailing on Feb 23 (Tuesday) then Rann emailed back asking if we can move it to Feb 24 instead.  Hindi kame pwede ni h2b ng Feb 24 because that's when we'll be having our Pre-Cana seminar with Cefam (we gave them 3 dates pero Feb 24 daw available yung counselor).  Rann said we can proceed naman daw with the original plan to have it on the 23rd but the downside is limited daw ang floral selections dahil abundant daw mga flowers sa Dangwa on Wednesday and Thursday.  So I asked if it's okay to have it on the 25th.  She replied na to me and hindi daw sila available ni Nina ng Feb 25.  How true is this mga sis?  It just doesn't make sense to me.  So it means those who had their wedding or final ft on any day except Wednesday & Friday, kokonti lang ang flowers eh everyday madaming flowers sa Dangwa di ba?

I'm assigned to their other stylist Lori and AE is Monique.  So far I like her work naman based on IG posts.

For AEs Monique and i forgot the other AE, the stylist is Lori (sana tama din name na natatandaan ko, haha!) and Nina said she's also good.

i think i like it that separated na ngayon ang stylists, Rann and Nina have become my friends over the years and they said na nahirapan talaga sila pag sila lahat. but with the new system, unti-unti getting better na.

Don't worry, ladies, i always tell them nirereklamo na kayo kasi bagal nyo magreply. they are now addressing daw that na lalo at ilang blogs na yata ang nagbanggit nun. Napagalitan na daw sila ni Kaye

I wonder if ako lang dito ang hindi namroblema in terms if communication with kbyc? Not only for my own wedding, even when i inquired to them last month for my friend's wedding, ang prompt sumagot.

yes in fairness their replies are faster. i think when i started inquiring late last year it takes them 3 weeks to a month to reply. now max na ata yung three days. minsan within the day pa. of well happy so far. and all my requests have been noted down since my last meeting.

will they provide a list of all the details agreed during the final tasting? like types of flowers, venue layout, other props in the centerpiece etc?

one more thing...ano masarap sa chicken? can't decide pa which one. has anyone tried the japanese rolled chicken? and other dessert recommendations? while trying to decide on our menu last night i realized all my chosen desserts are colored white pala! need something with color haha. the white chocolate cake was a definite shoo-in.

^rightback, your AE will document everything that you've agreed upon during final detailing and take a photo of the mock setup for table centrepieces, chosen furniture and backdrop and include all that in the paperwork that she'll send to you for your reference.

these are the desserts served during our wedding:
1. Fresh Mixed Fruits (different from the mixed fruit compote)
2. Dark Chocolate, Chocnut & Banana Fritters served on Chinese Spoon
3. Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crepes
4. Flambeed Mangoes with Vanilla Ice Cream
5. White Chocolate Cake

so far 3 desserts are the same. we're getting fresh fruits also, especially for the oldies. white choco cake and the flambed mango also. will considered the dark chocolate, chocnut banana fritter. we didn't like the strawberry cream cheese crepe though

Okay, it's queso de bola cheesecake and chocolate and hazelnut cannoli pala for the final menu. not the banana fritters and strawberry and cream cheese crepes. crossed out din pala samin to. Namali ako ng copy. Hehe!
