Do girls need to fight for their man?
« on: February 13, 2015, 09:29:40 am »
If may nagsisimulang issue na  "third party", do girls need to fight for their man OR dapat hindi naman sila pumapayag magpalandi in the first place (the guy)?

I have a friend kasi na medyo malandi yung boyfriend. Not necessarily a cheater, malapitin lang talaga sa girls. And what my friend does is... kinakausap niya yung girls na lumalandi sa bf niya and tells them to back off.  Ayun, sila parin after 5 years.

Then there's a different  friend naman na same situation. But the thing is, napagod siya. So in the end, she broke up with him and looked for a guy na hindi talaga malandi.

Kayo ba? Are you the type who tells the world that he's your man and girls need to back off?

What a loser life you will have kung ganyan ang mapangasawa mo. Kaya better to find someone right for you who will take care of you at may integrity at delikadesa na hindi lumandi sa iba.

That's not fighting for your man means to me.

No.

Mga ganyang lalake mababae ang self esteem at need nila ng validation by making landi to other girls to see if mabenta or gwapo/attractive ba sila. Siguro maliit ang et et haha

edit: to add.

Kasi you respect your BF and your relationship inaalagan mo.

I am not saying naman sis na that's what fighting for relationship means. hehe. I said, if may nasstart na "third party issue", will you fight for your man or leave him be.

Share ko lang. My dad used to have these girls sa office. And the thing is, may GIRLS talaga na malalandi. As in malalandi na mahilig sa may pera. My dad, I can say if ever natutukso, never pumatol.    My mother never doubted the loyalty of my dad, BUT.... she made sure no one goes past the office landian. She talked to this specific girl and told her "Iha, sayang ganda mo, wag ka na lumandi sa may asawa na".  And since then, umiwas na yung girl.  My parents are still happily married for 32 years.

I think there's nothing wrong naman with fighting for your man once in a while. Guys need to feel wanted too. And there will really come a time na need nila ng assurance. Matutukso yan, not necessarily magccheat, but siguro ma-eenjoy din ang attention from others.

for me, as long as my guy does not initiate the landian and that hindi siya pumapatol then i will step up and talk to the sl*t like what your mom did.

pero if yung guy ko mismo ang malandi, then wag na dun na sya ayoko ng sakit sa ulo. :P

^ and ^^ but I think the problem is you won't know if he is telling the truth or not di ba? I mean syempre sasabihan ng guy na yung babae ang humahabol (di ba most of the time ito ang reason???) pero malaki ang chances hindi naman din at mutual lang ang landian ng 3rd party and the guy??

Being the partner of the guy, di ba nakakahiya manita at baka niloloko ka nanga at di mo pa alam.

I think bottom line nyan nasa guy talaga e. Hindi nya hahayaan na umabot sa ganoon ang situation nya sa ibang babae such that may opportunity ang babae lumandi sa kanya.

Tapos, he would also not put you in a very awkward situation such that maninita ka lang or mang aaway ka lang ng kung sino sino.

Hindi naman minor/bata yung lalaki such that hindi nya magawa ang magsabi sa girl - sorry I'm not interested and I'm in love with my wife. Ano sya mute na di makapag salita? Tapos yung wife/gf ang manunugod?

Sorry, I just find it socially awkward talaga. Not my style. The guy has the responsibility. Hindi yung gf or asawa na mag police-police-an.

When my ex spouse had a mistress, never ako nanugod. Naniniwala ako either nabigyan iyan ng motive ng guy or Hindi ka maipaglaban ng guy mo just by simply saying NO - Tapos you go around saying you are fighting for your guy??? Talagang doesn't make sense and only puts you in a bad light.

My bf is flirty and friendly, at talagang lapitin ng mga babae at bakla, ganun talaga. What do I do? I let him be. Pakialam ko sa mga lumalapit sa kanya? Ang importante sa akin sya lumalapit. Pero totoo never pumasok sa isip ko na kausapin yung mga humaharot sa kanya, as in wala akong pakialam sa kanila at all. My focus is on my relationship with my partner, and the security should come from within the relationship.

Kayo ba? Are you the type who tells the world that he's your man and girls need to back off? Or rely on your trust nalang na pag may lumalandi, hindi naman papatulan ng bf niyo?

I am proud that he's my man, but i don't feel the need to tell the other girls to back off. Hmm insekyora ang dating masyado. Same pa din, bahala kayo dyan basta masaya kami dito. Haha

IMHO, case to case basis... like, if may third party no need ipaglaban pa yan... si guy or girl kung mahal talaga nila at kontento sila sa pakikipagrelasyon nila hinding hindi maghahanap yan ng pupuno sa kakulangan ng karelasyon nila.. hindi rin naman natin pwede sabihin na baka hindi nila alam ang ginagawa nila dahil malaking kasinungalingan naman yun.. no need na to fight for your man/woman hindi worthy like what i said if may third party involved.

A woman should not fight this hard to be with her man. For the first case, parang ang hirap naman nun. I can almost forgive a lot of things but never cheating. The guy is already in a relationship and that there is already someone who can give him a whole damn lot more than cheap thrills of attraction. Being a in a relationship (where a man loves and adore you, as what relationships should be) means no more flirting with others.

My guy is neither flirty or friendly, but this doesn't stop women & women-wannabes from giving him a look every once in a while. Whenever this happens, I keep calm and do nothing. All I know is this... he has made a choice to be with me. In the event that the day comes that I would need to really make an effort to really make the world know that he is WITH me, is the day I start to re-evaluate if I am still in this relationship for the right reasons. I seriously don't see the point in telling other ladies to back off... minsan nga, mas masaya yung hayaan mo silang lumapit and si boy na ang bahala to keep them away or totally deadma, so no effect. I mean, c'mon, you can't be all over him & everything that goes on 24/7, if there is really an intent to play around, no matter how you guard your guy, it is bound to happen. Therefore, you will just have to trust that he values the relationship enough and not commit anything that will shake things up! Again, this is just me. Different folks, different strokes!

If you have to fight with other girls to get him, you're better off without him.

Lol!

If a man is good looking, charming & a gentleman -- lalapitan  talaga yan ng girls.
Or, matanda, and/or pangit but has money:  lalapitan din yan ng girls.
Kanya kanyang needs kasi mga girls.  Hahaha
Well, who would want a bf/husband few find attractive anyway?

Will I fight for a man?
Yung kausapin the competition to back off - no.

But I will find ways and means to foil the competition.
Like, one way is to make it hard for them to meet up.
Or exclude her from our social activities.
Another is to befriend the competition. Keep your friends close, your enemies closer.
It depends what tactic to use -- depends on the emerging threat. Hahaha

Or, outright tell my man -- I do not like you being overly close to this woman.  He should consider my feelings since I am not possessive nor insecure; and so he should cease and desist from being over-friendly/close.

actually unintentional yun pero nung katagalan ako na lagi nag rerequest na maglagay nun - sarap din kasi sa part ng lalake na pinanggigigilan ka and physically that you are really wanted by your girl. No one can deny na ang sarap din ng pakiramdam habang nilalagyan ng ganun sa leeg - atleast for me . Nung una awkward pero nung katagalan parang ego boost na rin haha! funny thing is, once we step out of the motel sya pa yung naiilang sa sobrang obvious na pwesto ng mga marks, umabot sa point na nauubos na yung concealer nya just to hide out the hickeys ;D

I'm a princess, not a soldier.

So, definitely not. Lalo na kung bf ko pa lang. Why choose a life of uncertainties with a guy who will make you act like someone you're not? Besides, if he brings out the worst in me, he's probably not the right guy. And I may miss out on being with the right one by being with the wrong one.

No.. I love myself and respect myself enough para hindi makipag agawan sa taong obviously eh hindi naman ata nirerespesto yun feelings ko or yun relationship naming dalawa. So kung gusto nya lumandi, i'm out. I don't need to be in that kind of relationship
