Palo Alto Residences in Rizal

Hi Sissies! Who among you here have purchased a lot in Palo Alto Leisure Park & Residences (Baras, Rizal)? It's a very nice place and its developer is Sta. Lucia.

I have 2 family members who bought lands here kaya napabili na din ako. I like the place and thought it's a good investment. From what I heard, the ones who bought the residential lots plan for it to be their rest house.

So, I'm just wondering who have purchased with the intention of making it their primary home?
