Hello Ladies!

I have a question, how much did you spend/ will you spend for your crew meals?
As much as gusto ko silang isama sa catering, mapapamahal ako eh. Some crew will also eat twice- lunch and dinner.

^max na sa amin ang 150/head. may napag inquiran na kami na 130/head, rice + two viands from their menu.

^^sa amin naman sis sakura30, papatak na 550/head yun crew meals breakfast and lunch na yan. Kasi sa venue namin bawal magdala ng food may corkage pa daw. Kaya dun na lang din.

^^oo nga sis ang mahal din diba? Per head ko sa guests nasa 1200 lang tapos ang crew meals ko 550 na agad. Ang mahal!! Hahahah.. Ang mahal magpakasal.

^sis you can ask your caterer for plated meals. i had plated meals (200/pax) for my suppliers. para hindi na hassle na mag order pa sa iba. some other sisses naman ive read they order 'packed gourmet' try to search it sa fb.

^plated meals na rin yan sis na 550/head. Breakfast and lunch na. Though dipa ako sure talaga sa total amount. I estimated na 550/head kasi yun lunch nasa 375 na. Hindi kasi pwede magdala ng outside food. May corkage daw, eh baka yun corkage ganun din aabutin.

i have not included this pa sa budget ko. OMG! nasa ilan yung average na crew ano yung breakdown? wala akong idea kasi wala pa akong nameet na supplier ko maliban sa caterer. ako na ang bridechilla!

Regarding sa number ng crew, depende kase.. Pero safe to say na siguro ang 20-30 pax. Lahat ng yan, p/v, hmua team, coord, etc..

mga sis. my crew meals will be packed gourmet. Imus cavite based. tagaytay has No OOT fee. if you like the rates i can email it to you. meals are composed of one/two rice plus 2 viands (buttered veggie plus main) plus bottled water na. Or, one rice, 2 viands (veggies and main viand) plus water plus fruit. Both 150 php.

meron silang 170 php ulam na upgraded hehe. both reasonable. mabait kausap si ms Len.
they only need 5 days ahead if you want to order.    you can oder different ulam rin. like 15 ulam na adobo, 15 na afritada, etc

Nakita ko din ang Packed Gourmet from GT forum pero is may mas cheaper na okay din ang quality, dun na lang ako. Another crew meal supplier na sikat dito is CCME. Manila-based sila and perfect for Manila weddings.

Naku silent killer talaga ng budget ang crew meals.  i wanted to get the crew meals sana from my caterer BUT ang weird that they're adding 10%SC + 12%VAT dun sa quote nya for crew meals. so tumaas pa talaga ang price. Ok lang sana pero i dont find it sulit.

I called the ever reliable CCME yesterday. Nagbigay ako ng sample packed meal (1 pork dish, 1 chix, noodle, rice) and she quoted me P160.00. Ang happiest part, they only charge P150.00 delivery fee to Antipolo.

Nakakatuwa and inspiring ang mga sis natin na super galing mag-budget! Sana ma-limit ko din ang budget namin kahit mejo mahirap since overseas kami both. Will back-read for more tips!

i spoke na nga with my bf about the crew meals and he's surprised to know na we will have a lot of suppliers to feed pala. haha! tapos 2 meals pa yon.

i'm thinking na maybe sa dinner kausapin ko na lang yung caterer ko for plated meals tapos sa lunch na lang kami kukuha ng packed meals since magkaiba din naman yung headcount ng suppliers di ba?

Chili1113, wow P475/person for crew meal! And you have to provide 2-3 meals to some suppliers. Grabe.

juyjuy, siempre I called again to check kung magkano nga ba ang delivery charge nila (because i just had to make sure hehe). According sa sumagot ng phone this time, P200 daw. I asked anong pinangdedeliver nila. Van naman daw. Okay so negligible na talaga yung delivery cost.
