^We haven't decided pa kasi if Manila or Tagaytay. If Manila, mas malaki kasi mas accessible siyempre. if Tagaytay, malamang close lang namin, mga 150-180 siguro.

^^ Oo nga mejo nakakatakot to go over budget but I think if ever, dapat talaga merong "official" and "unofficial" kasi it's easier nga naman to adjust than sa dulo puro damage control baka mas mapamahal pa! Good luck to us all!

Unfortunately, nagtaas na din sa San Agustin. Before kasi parang last check ko nasa 23k lang sila, and now nasa 28k na. Well I guess ganun talaga nagtataas lahat habang tumatagal.

We haven't started planning(booking) pa, kaya medyo mahirap din for me. Ang hirap talaga minsan to set your priorities eh but hopefully yun planned budget namin for the wedding ay masunod.

^So true sis, it gets more and more expensive every year lalo na the percentage increases are so ridiculous across different suppliers. Sobrang how many times inflation eh! Kaya im honestly happy to be getting married nadin this year hehe. Yung venue ko, even my prenup video, several of my suppliers i cant afford to get anymore if i choose to get married a year later...

This is really weird, as if naman we're getting 150% to double salary every year. So I super agree with you, lalo nang hindi afford kapag pinatagal pa. I can imagine after 5-10 years siguro and usapan na dito sa GT in terms of wedding budget is Millions na! Haha.

sharing a breakdown of our budget (around 350k for 150 guests):
1. church - 10k
2. venue (plus overnight stay for 2) - 34k
3. caterer - 67.5k
4. full wedding coordinator - 50k
5. videographer - 28k
6. photographer - 37k
7. wedding cake - 5k
8. dessert buffet - 10k
9. hmua (traditional make-up for 7 people including myself) - 11.2k
10. lights and sounds - 18k
11. individual table cakes (15 pcs) - 7.5k
12. photobooth - 6.5k
13. entourage clothes (infinity dresses ordered on etsy) - 9k
14. favors (mason jars) - 10.8k
15. transportation - 15k
16. host - 6k
17. reception lights - 5k
18. sky lanterns - 5k
19. invitations - 4k
20. diy projects (bouquets and all decors at church and venue) - 15k

we are totaling about 355k right now but that's all our wedding expenses already :-)

wedding gown and groom's clothes are not included in the budget because we agreed that we will each shoulder those expenses. but in case you're wondering, my gown is 20k :-)

hi moizzzelle, my caterer is lindai's catering. they're based in negros and they are one of the best caterers from our city. i should have put a caveat when i shared. i'm probably the only one from negros here who's planning a wedding

our manila wedding roughly 250k... /120 pax...

nakatipid kami sa
1.invitations = my sis in law were kinda kikay they did it nalang for us and besides tinatapon lang naman talaga ang invitations diba so bakit gagastusan ng bongga? vips lang ang may invites... mga close friends... hindi na texts at fb messages nalang... mga 200pesos lang nagastos sa papel
2. bridal car = my abay best bud offered his sta fe. sya nagdrive pa church.. coordinator ko nagpark since nauna siya rumampa sakin...
3 souvenir cupcakes = Ninang was asking ano pa kulang namin sabi ko souvenirs nalang... ayun... sagot nalang daw nya. kaya nakatipid ng sobra
4. wedding cake = 3500 lang cake namin... hindi masarap cake pero wapakels na ang importante maganda.. haha.. hindi naman matitikman ng bisita yun...
5. wedding shoes = gibi na nakasale 1000 lang yata... di ko talaga magets bakit nagpapasadya pa ng wedding shoes yung iba?eh hindi naman halos makikita yun sa kasal.. tapos rereklamo ang laki ndaw nagagastos nila. =)
6. abay gowns = sagot na nila yon...
7. suit ng abays = rentals lang at sagot nila pag close mo kasi yung abay mo hindi problema yon
8. kung alam ko lang na mabababoy gown ko dapat bumili nalang ako ng rtw sa divisoria 2 mos before the wedding.. hays.. laki tipid siguro....

at first, kala ko okay na ang 400K sa 200pax.. then after scouting for possible suppliers at mag excel, naging 520k ang estimated budget samin.. nakakaloka... hindi pala tama ang ideas ko sa rates ng suppliers... kaya need na magdeposit kay suppliers para ma price lock..

agree with you sis pennypen kala ko mura lang ang range ng P/V... but nope.. 60k ang cheapest na nagustuhan ko ang work.. idagdag pa ang nagmamahalang venues in tagaytay..

so there.. hopefully max na talaga yun.. goodluck to us..

^ ganyan din yung sa friend ko.. sabi nya can i bring my grandma and sister.. nahiya naman ako di ko alam isasagot ko bilang overseas pa yung friend ko at uuwi lang sya para sa kasal ko
