May 2nd table exit pa, another 18K or 180K so total ay 36K or 360K ang receive mo.

Caution: If a company focuses on recruitment to earn, that is your red flag.

Heard of Aman Futures, Multitel, PIPC, Francswiss?

Beware: EmGoldex

always ask how the company is able to fund the returns. even the best investment funds in the world are unable to give investors a 600% return on their investments, especially with the global recession.
also, ask how the company will use your money. what is the company's primary purpose - is it investing or asset management? what do they invest in?
from what i read here, all i see is what you put in and the "return" but i don't see the mechanics, how the investment become returns.
in a typical pyramiding structure, the returns are taken from the new people who join...in the end, the money will run out and then those who just joined will get nothing back.

"What is a Ponzi scheme?

A Ponzi scheme is an investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors. Ponzi scheme organizers often solicit new investors by promising to invest funds in opportunities claimed to generate high returns with little or no risk. In many Ponzi schemes, the fraudsters focus on attracting new money to make promised payments to earlier-stage investors to create the false appearance that investors are profiting from a legitimate business.
Why do Ponzi schemes collapse?

With little or no legitimate earnings, Ponzi schemes require a consistent flow of money from new investors to continue. Ponzi schemes tend to collapse when it becomes difficult to recruit new investors or when a large number of investors ask to cash out.
How did Ponzi schemes get their name?

The schemes are named after Charles Ponzi, who duped thousands of New England residents into investing in a postage stamp speculation scheme back in the 1920s. At a time when the annual interest rate for bank accounts was five percent, Ponzi promised investors that he could provide a 50% return in just 90 days. Ponzi initially bought a small number of international mail coupons in support of his scheme, but quickly switched to using incoming funds from new investors to pay purported returns to earlier investors.
What are some Ponzi scheme "red flags"?

Many Ponzi schemes share common characteristics. Look for these warning signs:

High investment returns with little or no risk. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.
Overly consistent returns. Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.
Unregistered investments. Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and finances.
Unlicensed sellers. Federal and state securities laws require investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.
Secretive and/or complex strategies. Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.
Issues with paperwork. Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.
Difficulty receiving payments. Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to "roll over" investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over."

It's just a warning.

Emgoldex Philippines is not a registered company. It is only a team, representing the Philippine clientele of Emgoldex which is based in Dubai with a Parent company in Germany.

It is natural that we don't have a SEC Registration because Emgoldex is an online store and is not based in the Philippines much like Amazon, eBay, iTunes and Google Play Store.

All of which don't have an SEC Permit because they don't have a physical office with employees in the Philippines but we continually enjoy their products and services.

Emgoldex is a highly respectable and trusted company that is known in over 200 countries all over the world. Since the beginning of its operation last 2010 in Dubai -known for strict compliance and laws; over 700,000 clients and counting have been served and were very satisfied with no complaints whatsoever.

They have been using a unique but familiar multi level marketing tool to spread their investment program for the various clientele that is comprehendible by most people across the globe.

Unlike any other investment programs you are familiar with like stocks, treasury bonds and mutual funds, wherein you are invited to invest, you would have to wait for a certain period of time with no products in return of your investment and not to mention a complicated scheme. But this is where Emgoldex differs, it is less complicated, they even offer money back guarantee and you won't have to wait for a long time for your money to grow.

This is the exact reason why it has become tremendously popular and has caused a stir in the financial districts in the Philippines.

It has became a threat in the local networking scenery and various investment programs that is locally available in the country. Soon, people will realize that Emgoldex is a better investment than any other offerings in the market today and in the future.

please refer to the link regarding emgoldex:
http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/business/02/16/15/why-sec-issued-warning-vs-emgoldex-philippines
i believe this may have already been shared previously but i want to share it again.

please take note of the last sentence in the article:
"SEC said companies found selling unregistered securities in the Philippines may face penalties amounting to P15 million, and its officers may face imprisonment of up to 21 years."

as has been mentioned above emgoldex is an "investment program" not products. this makes it different from online retail stores like amazon and ebay.  when you go to amazon and ebay, you buy a product, there is an exchange of money for goods that will be delivered to you.

however, what emgoldex is selling is an "investment product"

it asks investors to put money in and then they'll make that money grow (i.e. put in 1k, it will be 10k in a few months). selling a product and selling an investment are 2 very different things. this is why the sec has separate rules on investment houses and investment companies.

please refer to the sec website for the laws governing these:  http://www.sec.gov.ph/laws/laws.html

if a person/company goes to the philippines then starts advertising an investment product in the philippines and makes investing deals in the philippines, that person/company must abide by philippine laws governing investment houses and investment companies.  it must be registered with the philippine sec notwithstanding that it's main company is based in dubai or some other country. the reason for this is so that the interests of the filipino investor is protected.

this is the same for every country, investment houses/firms can't just operate in a country without registering and being subjected to the rules and regulations of that country. even jp morgan is registered in the philippines and reports to the philippine sec as required by law.

furthermore, banks and financial institutions (those that offer investment products) are subject to much stricter rules than ordinary retailing companies.

all i can say is do your research and be informed before you go into anything.

1.   High investment returns with little or no risk.

Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.

2.   Overly consistent returns.

Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.

3.    Unregistered investments.

Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and finances.

4.    Unlicensed sellers.

The law requires investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.

5.   Secretive and/or complex strategies.

Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.

6.  Issues with paperwork.

Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.

7.    Difficulty receiving payments.

Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to "roll over" investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over."

>>>bakit ganito ang Ponzi scheme, simple lang: yung money na "iniinvest" ng mga tao sa company, ay siya ring ibinabayad sa payouts... pag naubos na ang recruits, unti-unti nang babagal ang payouts. hanggang sa mawala na ng tuluyan ang company.

Another article with a warning. Just because yung iba nakakuha ng payout means hindi na ito scam. Ingat na lang ang think very well where to invest your hard-earned money.
