Julia is really gorgeous. No second thoughts about it. Her debut is super bongga. Shangrila ba naman e. The gown is beautiful as well.


I do hope though na hindi lang isang gabi ang pagsasama ng pamilya nya at katinuan ng isip nila. Baka kasi after this para nanaman silang circus kakaaaway.


People are saying negative things about her and even to her family dahil kagagawan din naman nila yon. Kung sana lang hindi kung ano ano sinasabi sa interview at hindi kung ano ano ginagawa na obviously negative ang dating sa public e d sana hindi sya/sila mahirap iadmire.

Some pips dislike Julia, imo, for the ff. reasons:

1. controversies involving Barretto: Gretchen as the proud "kabit" of Cojuangco. Marjorie's 'not-so-secret' relationship with Recom. Claudine's controversies.As unfair as it may seem, may connotation na pag Barretto ka.
2. todo push sa career ni Julia B ang ABS. Some pips thought it was unfair that Julia B was given a primetime project despite her lack of experience. Even before the show, daming endorsements and mag covers, branding her as the chosen one of Star Magic. Unfortunately, her shows were seen as mediocre by viewers.
3. changing of surname. Filipinos hate kids who disrespect their parents. Yun.
4. Again, the endless Barretto saga. hehe

I'm not hatin on Julia.  Sana nga kumita na yun movie nya with James & Nadine, esp the latter's last film didn't do so well.

^ i think malaking factor yung ginusto nya palitan surname nya. A lot of people thinks it was a disrespect sa dad nya.

Huwag daw sya ijudge, e hello ang tatay nga nya najudge na din ng iba saying na baka may ginawang sobrang kalokohan itong si Dennis P sa kanya kaya ginusto nyang palitan surname nya.

Tapos ngayon, hindi na daw nya papalitan lol

Well.. minsan kasi isip isip. Lalo na kapag nakilala lang dahil sa surname, baka hindi tumagal sa showbiz.

^ Actually, dun ko nasa sana i-e-end sa surname. As in, you cannot expect a good comment from anyonre re that issue.  Anyway, she's of age na so sana hayaan na ni Marjorie.

napanood ko yung interview niya sa The Buzz, maarte nga siya magsalita and hindi masyadong gumagamit ng po at opo. yung change ng surname in the future baka gawin din niya, ang sabi niya kasi "for now" hindi raw kailangan baguhin.

sorry to bring back the topic again, pero why cant Sharon just take a shortcut like most celebs?you know, surgery or liposuction or whatever just curious.

She needs to lose weight first before siya i-lipo. Lipo is just for spot reduction.

I think nagpa lipo na din naman siya dati. Saka parang I remember she hinted about getting a gastric sleeve pero not sure.

40 pounds na daw na lose niya. Tapos nabasa ko somewhere she wants to lose 15 more.

Really! 40 pounds?  Bakit tingin ko mukha lang nya pumayat, o baka nga effect lang ng makeup yun?
But in fairness , gumanda at bumagay yung make up nya.

Yung katawan nya esp her shoulder and chest sobrang laki pa rin .And yes, she should stop wearing those off shoulders , lalo lang na eemphasize  yung malapad niyang katawan.

^ I think it's because she was so big to begin with that's why 40 pounds loss di masyadong kakagulat ang effect. Plus, she's tall din, mga 5'6" ata siya.

My guess is she currently weighs 210 lbs, more or less.

Re MEGA - Naisip ko din dati yan bakit sa bilyones nya eh hindi nya magawang mag shortcut.  May isang sis pa nga nag-comment dati dito na sa yaman ni Sharon eh kahit next week kaya nyang maging kasing-sexy si Ellen Adarna    I think it's either may sakit talga sha sa thyroid or some other medical condition that's giving her a hard time losing weight or she's just plain lazy and too proud to admit that she needs help.

Re JULIA - Ganda nga ng gown, in fairness.  Although ganon ba talga ang style ni Michael Cinco?  Pansin ko lang may hawig sa style ng wedding gown ni Marian.  Nakita ko din sa PEP may picture si Claudine and Marjorie.  Sana sincere LOL.  Kahit masayang pag-chismisan ang saga ng pamilya nila, maganda din kung magkaka-ayos sila in the end.  Ano kaya ang pakiramdam ni Greta no.  Imagine, buong pamilya nya nag-reunion and mukang nagkabati na, tapos sha andun sa London.

Naalala ko tuloy when Rico Yan died and pinalabas sa TV yung interview kay Claudine na parang luka-lukahan in her grief then.  Andun si Gretchen hugging Claudine and taking care of her na parang baby nya.  Makikita mo talga yung love nya for Claudine.  Sayang ang nangyari sa kanila.

About sharon, Yes a bariatric surgery will help her lose weight pero on the other hand parang "tita ng industriya" ang image niya so parang okay lang din na medyo malaki siya. Thru singing and thru hosting naman ang mga ata na pinagagagawa niya eh the last decade. Iniisip niya siguro yung body image phase ispart is way past her na, being batikan and all that. Haha.

wow, ang bilis ng preparations nila ah. Hindi ba they got engaged this year lang din? To think na peak season ang June for weddings and Holiday pa ang date na yan kasi Independence day.

Nung ni-launch sila Julia as part of Star Circle (or Star Magic ba i'm confused) sa glorietta a few years ago, sya talaga yung super binebenta kasi nga Baretto sya and ang ganda nga naman talaga nya in person, pero yun nga walang masa appeal. Sosyal talaga ang aura nya eh. Pero yung ka-batch nyang si Janelle, kita mo sosyal din pero may certain charm sya na nakakatuwa lang, or baka kasi popular na rin yung role nya dun sa "be careful.." that time.

ang ganda nung gown nya sa debut pero i didn't like it, parang instead na gawing fresh na 18 y/o na girl ang peg nya, naging parang matured na agad sobra. parang ang matured masyado ng red for a debut gown.

And i agree with the other sisses, yung gusto nyang ipachange ang last name nya is really a turn-off. she wouldn't be who she is without her dad. Hello ni hindi sya ipapanganak without her dad.

natawa ko don sa scene na naglalakad sya parang rumarampa lang sa fashion show, atsaka yung voice over at background parang pang horror/thriller. She looks very pretty in the video though.

Regarding Paul and Toni: sinabi na rin naman sa interview nila na this year ang wedding at di na nila patatagalin pa, sa haba ba naman ng hinintay ni Paul. Madali lang ang preps basta may pambayad

I hope na sincere ang pagkakabati nila clau and marjorie, and not marjorie siding again to clau dahil sa napapabalitang warloo sila ni greta.
