Hi! Just want to share my experience with Pan Pacific (Binondo branch):

We applied for JP visa November 9, 2015 (late afternoon). 11 kami total (8 of us from one family or same surname). Nov. 12 lumabas visas for the 8 same-surname members of the group and then the remaining three on Friday (Nov. 13). SE for all of us and lahat kami first-timers.

Am particularly happy with them kasi nag offer din sila ng assistance with documents to submit for my brother (disabled but no PWD ID).

Today, kakabalik lang namin from Pan Pacific. Lima lang kami ngayon, pero nag submit kami ng request for multiple entry. Fingers crossed. >.<

Here's my experience with Friendship Tours.

Submitted Thursday (Jan 5), got a call that our passports were ready for pick up on Monday (Jan 9)! Sinasabi nila ang result. We all got single entry VISA. Nagamit ko na rin kagad since flight namin Jan 18-22, medyo last minute ang pagapply namin ng visa.  Super lamig at bitin ng 5 days, I didn't want to go back! Planning to apply for multiple visa naman for Osaka/Kyoto.

Nung una, sa Reli kami nagpasa ng mga requirements, ang dami nilang hinihingi docs - baptismal and form 137 (late registered kasi kapatid ko),. Eh, Christmas break na so Jan na makukuha yung form 137. Called Reli, Discovery and Friendship to confirm and all 3 said required ang additional docs, but when we submitted our documents, hindi naman na kinuha yung form 137 -_-  Kakastress. So, I advise try to submit the docs in person in Friendship para i-asses kayo, wag sa Reli tho, they're strict and won't receive your application.
