^ Waley sis. Sa totoo lang hindi ko naman habol ang interest rates, basta nagkaka interest ang pera go lang. mas focused ako sa member benefits. Ang sabi nung girl sakin puwede naman withdraw ang money anytime. Ano bang mga dapat alamin?

^ ask mo na din sis kung gano kabilis magrelease ng cash pag nagloan, how much interest rate and kung may partner banks sila or kailangan ba personally pumunta sa office to make deposits (for convenience sake).
Then kung may share capital (bigger interest compared to their savings) din ba or kung may dividends, may free groceries din ba pag december? 
sa coop namin may deduction lahat ng member pag may deceased member (sayang din kasi tong nababawas na amount), sort of contribution para sa family, & may study now pay later para naman sa case ni sis momentum na single mom yung yaya.

ako, one year member pa lang ng pasig parish coop..
bale 50 yrs na silang nag ooperate and so far, doing great naman sila..
pinasok na rin nila real estate, nagpapaloan sa mga members..
P5k starting capital but can be paid partial then after that pwede ka ng maghulog any amount sa savings mo..

sa loan naman, meron silang one processing lang..
90% of your savings + capital is loanable, 1.33% interest per month
ang ginagawa ko, since di ko pa naman need ng money, naglo loan ako
then half of it, pasok sa savings ko, usually payable lang ako 6 months
pero based sa records ko in 3 months pa lang, nag sesetle na agad ako loan
then apply ulet ng another loan, bigger amount..

my purpose is first to build my credibility and credit history na rin
2nd para lumaki yung savings and loan credit..
so far sa 1 year ko, never pa ako napapagwithdraw..

sop mag attend ng 1 day seminar sa kanila, bawal representative, bawal mag dala ng kids..

no, need na, sis..
punta ka muna sa office nila, mag fill up ka form.. dala ka na rin 2 1x1 id pics
may papadala silang notice about orientation...
pwede naman mag join kahet di taga pasig
di lang sila pwedeng maging candidate in case na may botohan for officers..

sis, iba ang coop ng pasig city hall.. yung sinasabi ko is yung sa pasig parish coop.. kahilera sya ng pcc.. dun ang bldg nila

actually di lang ako, pati yung sa hipag ko..
pera ko yung pinasok ko sa account nya
para magamit nya sa loan..

pinag join ko rin lola ko ..hawak ko rin passbook nya
dun ko pina pasok yung portion of her pension then pinag loan ko na rin sya para magka credit history.. may mga benefit din kasi pag senior..

May nakita akong satellite office of a coop kahapon after marketing in Alabang . The name is Mutual Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Philippines (MSCCP). Got a brochure. Marami siyang satellite office.

It says sa savings product:
Regular savings
Special project plan
Paluwagan 6% interes per annum
Time deposit (8% interes per annum for the first 10k)

Regular savings:
No minimum deposit
No maintaining balance
Withdrawable anytime

Time deposit:
~Get 8% interes per annum of the first 10k deposit
~6% interest rate per annum for the succeeding deposits
~minimum 6mons term
