Reat Estate for Personal Use VS Liquid Investments
« on: January 29, 2015, 09:38:58 am »
Hello sissies,

Is buying a vacant lot for personal use (because it's everyone's dream to have a house and lot) considered as an investment? If so, and given that you have limited funds and still in the building wealth phase, would you go for this or start with mutual fund/stocks first?  Thanks!

- No, it is not an investment.

- Start with mutual funds/ stocks.
