Buhayin ko lang itong thread. Meron po bang bagong kuha ng globe postpaid unit? Im planning to get a postpaid account sana, may nakalagay sa plan details na Gadget Care. Curious lang ako if free lang ba ito for one month? Or included na siya sa plan na babayaran for 24mos? Wala kasing nakalagay.

^hi sis, not very recent coz late last year ako nag-renew ng globe plan. Normally, free lang ang gadget care in the 1st month then may charge for the succeeding months and need mo itawag to cut the gadget care before the 1st month expires, otherwise, auto-charge yan sa bill mo on your 2nd month.

^Thanks sis. Napansin ko kasi sa previous offers nakalagay na free siya for the 1st month. Then yung mga recent offers wala ng nakalagay. Baka mabiktima na naman ako ng false advertising haha. Kasi iniisip ko if included na siya sa plan sulit na ang bayad. Parang sa computation ko lumalabas na mas mura ang plan ng smart though sulit din naman sa globe since may unlicall sila.

^you're welcome, sis! Yan din habol ko yung unli-call and text nila sa globe and TM kaya sulit na sulit for me and mas malaki yung GB ng data nila for each plan (not sure if ganun pa rin ngaun as compare sa smart) kaya sa globe pa rin ako nag-renew. 😊😊

^Yung sa smart 15gb total ng data (10gb for video and 5gb for other access) and may data rollover in case siguro di maconsume lahat. Kaso 60mins lang ang call. Pinagiisipan ko mabuti since 24mos contract ito.

^how much yan plan na yan sis? Ayoko kc ng may limit per activity sa paggamit ng data kaya di ko bet ang smart. 😊😊

Many of Globe Postpaid subscribers might not know this but they also offer PLAN ZERO (pay whatever you use lang + service fee of 50 pesos every month).  PLAN 299 (unli text to Globe & TM, 30 mins of calls to Globe & TM + Data not sure how much).  PLAN 399 (unli call & text to Globe & TM + 2 or 3 GB of Data).  The thing is they don't publish these Plans & even if you call their customer service they will not offer them.  The way you can get these Plans is if you tell them that you want to terminate & leave Globe.  A customer service rep will call you & offer these plans.  Last ditch effort nila ang mga ito.  Kaya dati naka Plan Zero lang ako, but now that I use my phone more ofetn I changed to Plan 399.

Buhayin ko lang itong thread. I applied for a Globe postpaid account online. So nagsend na ako ng application form and everything then I was informed na wala pang unit na available at sasabihan nalang ako kapag meron na. So ok lang and plan ko sa store na ako pupunta.  Kaso pagcheck ko kanina na-charged na nila ang credit card ko. Wala pa naman silang ETA na sinabi kung kelan magiging available. Nag-email na ako pero wala pang sagot. Ganun ba talaga? Icha-charged na agad yung card maski wala pang unit? Ang intindi ko sa sinabi nila ma-charge lang kapag for delivery na ang unit. Lumalabas tuloy nagpreorder ako na di ko alam ETA ng item ko 😭

^They should've charged you yet. Automated na yung sa hotline nila (na nakakainis). I suggest to go sa stores na lang para malinaw din.

^Pupuntahan ko sa store sa Sat kapag wala pang tumawag na totoong tao sa akin. Puro automated response natatanggap ko. First time ko mag-apply ng plan sa Globe. Sa Smart kasi nung kumuha ako before kinuhanan lang ako ng bayad nung may item na silang maibibigay 😭
