^buti naayos mo sis, bigat kasi sa loob magbayad kapag wala sa tama. Ipa-deactivate mo na lang ang data service mo pag mag abroad ka para wala ng problema. Yung june ko kasi naipaayos ko kasi 599*3 pero yun april ko isang 599 lang hindi na ako nag effort.

^buti nga sis. Pag out of the country talaga hindi ako nagroroaming, ayoko ma-charge kahit sa mga missed calls. Etong asawa ko lang gusto naka roaming. Next time ipapa deactivate muna namin data before kami umalis para di ma-charge.

I have used the 599/day unli-data roaming while in SG, then after several hours, bumili na ako ng Singtel sim and removed the Globe sim. 599 lang ang charge sa akin on top of my bill kasi hindi ko na gamit yung Globe the rest of my stay in SG.

Bumili din ako ng sim sa Hong Kong sa airport pa lang para tangalin yung Globe sim ko to avoid charges.

Kaya sa mga mag out-of country, tanggalin niyo na yung postpaid sim niyo pagkadating or during the flight to avoid unnecessary charges.

3 months akong out of the country. airplane mode agad pag pa take off na. wala naman charge sakin.

available na ba sa Globe store mismo ang iPhone 6s plus? I mean, pagpunta ko dun makakakuha na ba ako? ayoko kasi pa deliver, mag rerenew ako ng line so gusto ko may makausap ng harapan about new inclusions/promos/etc.

^Yung ibang globe store available mga iPhone 6s at plus pero mas pinaprioritize nila ang mga new subscribers. Pag recontracting need mo pa talaga dumaan thru their hotline. Pwede mo pick up sa globe store yung unit if u want.

sablay talaga ng Globe  kapag renewal wala rewards/freebies like Free FB, IG, etc for 24 months, Spotify 3 months etc, pag new LANG daw. Nye, wag sana mag bayad yang mga new applicants niyo! hahaha, harsh.

^^wow really sis? My plan is 1799 nga e, o baka hubby ko ang sablay siya kasi kausap e. Meron pa pala 10GB na 999, when I checked kasi their website ang naka 10GB lang iphone na 1799. With phone ba yan plan mo? Anong phone po?

I think I got a serious problem with my iphone 5. 😰 Bought it from Globe last Feb 2013 pa. Lately lang, siguro last month (nov 2015), I noticed na yung screen nya is nadedetach na. I visited Powermac Trinoma kanina and found out na bloated na daw ang battery and for replacement na the whole unit.

Anyone with the same case?
What shall I do?

^ wow, are they going to replace it for free ba? if yes, ipareplace mo na. hehe. maganda ang warranty ng apple kasi kapag for replacement and under warranty, nirereplacement nila entire unit ng bago for free.

@forumera, iphone plan kinuha ko sis. i think sa iphone lang nga yun 10gb na 999. they call it surfmore.

well dami ko problema sa globe bill ko after recontracting. haha. kainis. ayusin nila to or else. lol.

^ nice plan sis, advice ko lang dahil nabanggit mo na may problema ka sa Globe, take note of the names ng mga nakausap mo, first name and last name, don't rely too much sa reference number lang. Pati date and time, take note din, napaka unreliable ng CS ng Globe.

nagtataka ako why nag 2k bill ko now. yun pala nag excess ako ng 5gb sa internet 898 pesos yu. nakakataka kasi 3 days lang ako hindi nag wifi nyan.

naiinis ako on behalf of my friend who was in the globe customer service center for 4 freaking hours!! WTF?

Apple na mismo kinontak ko kasi it seems wapakels na ang globe once tapos na ang warranty mo sa kanila. What I was only asking from them was to provide me a certification that my iphone is really from globe and that it was bought from them. Kaso hindi na daw sila nagiissue ng certification once done na ang warranty period which is 1 year from date of purchase. I asked for it para if ever hanapan ako ng Apple Service Center ng proof of purchase eh may maippresent ako. Good thing di naman sila naghahanap because they have all the information they need. Tatanong lang nila saan mo napurchase.


Anyways.. Kahit nainis ako sa kanila at sa service nila, parang gusto ko magpa recontract ng plan, I want iphone 6s+ 64gig rose gold, not sure pa lang what plan to get. Namimiss ko unlisurf nila Sana ibalik nila. All I need lang naman is unli call/text to globe/tm, unlitext all net, and yung mabilis na internet.

With my iphone 5, from plan 1799 nagpadowngrade ako sa plan 898 my lifestyle plan na lang which consisted of unlicall/text to globe/tm, 3gig internet, 200pesos consumables.


In fairness ang ganda ng nakuha mong plan sis _AiaH_!
Magkano all in all yung plan mo and saan globe store ka nagapply? Also, gaano ka na ba katagal naka-plan sa Globe sis? Baka kasi isa rin yun sa factors na kino-consider din nila. Ako mag-3yrs na rin pero wala naman silang loyalty offers sakin.

dahil hindi na ko binalikan sa report ko regarding sa internet usage. I called kanina siguro tinamad yung csr o talagang wala silang way para makita bakit biglang nag shoot up ang internet usage ko, nireverse yung 898 bill ko. buti naman hindi ko kaya mag bayad ng 2k for 1 month bill!

Last month lang nakikipagtalo ako sa CSR nila, mali ng encode dun sa plan ko. Ginawang consumable yun para sana sa 3gb internet ko. Ayun per mb ang charge sa plan.

so problema pa rin talaga sa Globe ngayon ang overcharging ng data usage kapag naubos mo na allocation mo. bakit kasi di na lang ibalik ang unli internet!  hay!
