hmm...i'm not sure...i think what people usually use is felt cloth...it's thick and has a different feel to it compared to felt paper

felt paper, paper [textspeak!] one side, while felt cloth is felt both sides and same color

mga sis singit lang...DIY lang din kasi wedding ko last year...Ideas from Pinterest mula sa invites, reception (sa bakuran lang namin), and photobook (kumuha lang ko ng photographer, then ako na naglayout ng photobook namin from raw photos from him) share ko lang yung ibang photo

i made 1 bridal bouquet and 4 bouquets for the maid of honor and secondary sponsors out of ribbons for about sgd35 or php1000...i used up about 4-5 rolls of ribbon

have you checked national bookstore? i think they have globes

^ yes sis, nag ask muna ako sa mga suppliers if namin if meron sila kasi sayang din if bibilin di naman na magagamit,
Sabi sabi ng make up artist try nya manghiram pero meron daw nga inflatable sa national bookstore so mura lang daw yun. I will chec tommorow though matagal pa naman prenup para lang ready.

if you're getting an inflatable one, how about getting a really big one that you and your fiance can play with and hug and stuff? i think it will look cute in the photos but hope you can just borrow one instead

Sis sana nga may mahiraman na lang kasi. I checked sulit but the globe would cost 500-600 2nd hand and meet put somewhere in south pa. Kaya prang i will check na lang muna in national. Medyo pricey din pala ang diy pero mas ang pagkuha ng stylist. Hahh

true! diy-ing also has its costs but definitely shouldn't be as much as getting a stylist. i've seen my cooedinator's styled shoots and they're really beautiful. sometimes, i'm tempted to just go for her styling but then i remind myself that i don't really need it - considering the locations we will be going to here in sg.
hopefully, you'll find your globe soon. by the way, if you really can't find a reasonably priced globe, how about using a giant map as a cheaper alternative?

Sis rashimeh,  i was also looking for Kraft paper. 

I was so desperate na bibili na lang sana ko ng kraft scrapbook, tear it apart and then print my invits. Pero o nga naman, why not contact the maker of the scrapbook na lang? hehe.  Try Paponei's. Sila yung supplier ng National Bookstore ng kraft scrapbooks. Los Baños based sila.
