A Very Big Photo/Video supplier problem

Hello sa mga beautiful brides here. I want to help my friend kasi super kawawa naman sya. We need your advice and opinion about this matter. Her wedding was nov. 2012 pa. Her photo/video supplier was Ralph alejandrino Photography. Take note mga sis, more than 2 years na after her wedding hindi pa niya nakukuha yung wedding album saka yung video. Hindi sumasagot sa mga call, text, email even facebook tong p/v. Beside that, napakadaming kulang on the day of the wedding, kasama sa package on the wedding day are, blow-up photo with frame, live feed ng reception, growing up slideshow, prenup slideshow, on the day photos slideshow saka sde. Sa lahat ng yan Sde lang ang na play, at wala pa binigay na hard copy after nun reception. The bride already consulted a lawyer about this, nag send na ng demand letter, 2 weeks after that, final demand letter, at wala parin sagot hanggang ngayon. The p/v address, phone and email are still active based on another bride na si ralph din ang p/v supplier. Ano pa kaya pwde nya gawin mga sis? Lets help her kasi kawawa naman sya and i hope wala na mabiktima sating mga brides ng ganito. The bride has all supporting documents, email and text screenshots that she is willing to share with us fellow brides.

thanks sis! Inform ko friend ko about it. She has a lawyer na, ayaw niya na sana palakihin pa but wala na sya choice talaga. Im wondering tuloy meron ba dito brides na si ralph alejandrino ang p/v? Sa bridal fair daw nila na book toh.

My friend got married last week. Si Ralph din p/v nila. Ok naman daw yung output pero yun nga minsan tagal daw mag reply. If at all mag rereply. May nabasa na rin ako dati sa FB na bride na nagrereklamo sa kanya. Same reason: hindi nag bigay ng deliverables after the wedding. Not sure if your friend and that person on FB is the same though.

^sis kung may lawyer na siya, mahirap naman din for other lawyers to advice her. kasi unethical yun actually. kasi client na siya ng iba. better for your friend to ask her lawyer what to do next. yung sending ng demand letter is a preparatory step for further legal action.

nabasa ko rin yan sa facebook sis, hindi si friend ko yun kasi never siya nag post about her problem with the p/v. Alot of her friends na bloggers are waiting for her go to publish her issue, pinagiisipan niya talaga kasi ayaw niya Sana ng may kaaway.

this is possible sis.
sa p/v namin mismo nakuha yung idea na 'to dahil he brought it up during our first meeting.
pareho kame ni sis danda na BHD clients at katatapos lang ng wedding niya. after ng prenup at wedding nila binigay agad sa kanila yung raw output (photos+vid).
though there are some suppliers na hindi talaga ng nagbibigay ng raw kaya better check with your supplier first.

grabeh naman toh. i already saw this ralph alejandrino sa wedding fair before eh. buti nalang may ganitong thread para na wawarn tayo for suppliers like this. dapat ata pag may kaso na ganito bawal isali sa wedding fair until matapos yung case. kawawa naman yung ibang maging victim

Yun ang hirap ng binabayaran na natin sila ng almost 80% before the wedding. Dapat after the wedding ang iba. Like after the banquet, kapag OK na ang videos, etc, ska magbabayad ng remaining kay p/v. Upon arrangement ng flowers sa reception, saka bayad remaining kay florist,, etc..

May naging resolution na ba yung issue with this supplier? When we saw them kasi sa expo, sobrang sila yung nagustuhan namin e.. Then I read this and it is making me think twice.. Or what can we do to protect ourselved from experiencing something like this?

Im so sorry to hear about this sis. Pero hindi ko alam kung legally appropriate to pero para sakin malAki ang tulong ng social media. Ask your friend to post sa facebook ang nangyari tapos hingin ang tulong ng friends of the friends para marepost and share. Since she has all the documents naman to prove. Ask na lang the lawyer kung ano mga limitation re posting. Minsan kasi mas nabibigyan ng tamang action once napublicize na. Also to help na rin brides and grooms to be. Just my two cents.
