sorry but can anyone help me understand how you could not see a toothpick in a salad? And don't some food require a toothpick to be placed in it like a sandwhich?.. But I understand its there and you would be frustrated..and ask for some sort of compensation but what are you asking from the manager?! Do you want him to explain and ask them to admit fault publicly? Why? As a manager, you protect your employees din naman, and try to pacify the customer and what compensation are they asking for? Whats done is done.. waive the bill? Get a brand new order?! hayy ang fussy ng customer. At least the manager tried to do something for them. Pray tell, maybe someone can enlighten me as to how it could have been handled properly? Maybe the manager could have communicated incorrectly but its such a biased post Why focus on the problem&whose fault it is when you can easily focus on the solution?

Gahd, people and the social media. Natawa ako sa toothpick incident. I'm so sorry but I really tried to be empathic but how could they have finished a whole plate if they were too upset with that toothpick? First, like the other sis here said, I find it's so impossible not to see the toothpick the moment na tinoss nya na. So, he was almost close to eating everything bago nya na-discover.  Okay.

I love Pancake House. But medyo mali nga ang manager sa paghandle. But who knows the customer is too upset already. Kaloka talaga.

Hindi naman sa sini-seryoso or ginagawang first-hand source ang blog ni FP, it's just that we can criticize naman din FP the same way other people criticize people who allegedly take FP's blog seriously.

Personally, a lot of posts for the "Letters from A Reader" napapaisip ako "ano ba naman yan...pati yun, I-FP pa..." most especially this toothpick letter.
#1, SOBRANG big deal ba para ipa-FP mo pa?
#2, parang di sya kapani-paniwala. Ang laki ng toothpick! It would show when you toss the salad!
#3, di ko magets what the sender was expecting from the manager - ifree na yung Buong bill nila perhaps? Or something "more?" Pero di ba usually, pinapalitan lang naman talaga yung order?

I find him so TH to the point of being funny. He wants to be a celeb too obviously. Fame wh...ore ata tawag dun. Anyway, wala naman masama but his line of work as a professor and the theme and concept of his gossip blog kasi just don't add up. For me, either, you choose one lang dun sa two. How does he afford pala his lifestyle? I don't think you can kung purely being a professor and blog owner.

Feeling ko the popular "characters" in his blogs are people related to him or who works for him. Laging approved yung comment nung mga yung. Lalo si Glinda. haha
