^hi sis, yan din plan ko if ever mag over ng 200 ang mag confirm. I think its very easy for most caterers to just add as long as you give them a few days notice, sanay naman sila magluto ng pang maramihan. And sa tingin ko mas acceptable and mas open ang caterers na magdagdag ng number of heads kasi additional business yun for them kaysa mag over estimate ka then papabawas mo yung confirmed number of guests, i think mahirap yun gawin.

sis worried nga ako dito. if i remember correctly, our caterer said we can inform them up to 2 months before the wedding kung magpapadagdag kami ng guests. ang reserved namin for now is 150 pax but our guest list is at 220, we're okay to add more reserved seats pero gusto sana namin yung sure na talaga. but if 2 months before the wedding kailangan na namin ma-confirm baka hindi pa kami tapos mag-rsvp nun. hope our caterer can still adjust kahit a week before.

our guestlist is currently at 128 including 10 kids na.  But we will commit 100 guests lang sa venue/caterer and will just rely on the buffer kung magkakaroon ng 100% attendance (which is highly unlikely)

Expected na namin around 70% attendance lang actually.  And hindi na namin iinvite or bibigyan ng invites yung mga ngayon palang nag-aalangan na pumunta

sis bzbee, baka pwede mong kausapin yung caterer mo..nakalagay na ba yun sa contract nyo?.pwede mo naman ipakiusap yun sis..sayang naman kasi kung madami kayog ipareserve then konti lang yung darating..masyadong madami pang changes ang pwedeng mangyari sa two months na yan..

As of now, 62 ang nasa guestlists namin, 50 ang reservation sa food. Yan 62 na yan super pili na yan sa immediate family, super close relatives and super close friends. Pag meron nagsasabi di makakapunta pinapalitan ko ng iba. Sana naman dumating sila.

hello mga brides! December 2015 bride here... sa san agustin church kmi kaso di pa ako makapili ng venue... I was thinking villa immaculada or pergola... any suggestions po? 100 guest lang naman kami. mas malapit [textspeak!] immaculada sana kaso... parang gusto ko pa ng ibang options hehe... anhirap magdecide nasa ibang bansa kasi kmi parehas ni hubby so sa pictures lang naming nakikita ang mga venue... gusto ko nga din sana sa glass garden kaso sobrang lau sa church naming wah >.<

Hi, sis! San Agustin bride here, too and we chose Barbara's for our reception, which is just in front of the church. Actually, the choice of the reception venue was based on the fact that we did not want our guests to take a lot of time and effort to move from church to reception venue.

Before we made this decision, we also considered Tamayo's (they have their own nice spacious place which is just a couple blocks away). Tamayo's, we felt was too expensive for our budget. There is also La Castellana, which is open air, unlike Tamayo's which is fully airconditioned.

hi sis edna and fantabulous... naku La Castellana is already fully booked. Sayang medyo feel ko pa naman din ang ambience nila. Yan nga din ang advice ng mom ko... Para yung mga guest eh hindi na maligaw at mahirapan pang pumunta sa venue. Hindi ko na check ang barbaras... try ko nga din papuntahan sa knila... If ever, okey ba ang food ng Tamayos?

Hi sis bzbee, try mo nga to ask your caterer if pwede pa mas may konting leeway kasi  madami pa ngang pwedeng mag iba in 2 months. Maybe they can adjust nga to a week or two before the wedding. Ako kasi Im fortunate na yung caterer ko medyo flexible, I just needed to pay in full for a minimum number of guaranteed seats during final detailing tapos I'll just inform them 1 week before the wedding if ever magpapadagdag ako then yung additional payment after the wedding na.

mga sis, pa recommend naman ng bridal car, 4 to 5k lang budget ko, ano kaya pinaka maganda na makukuha ko for that price? ayaw ko sana ng vintage car. salamat

Hi im new here, my wedding will be on Oct 10 2015, but so far wedding ring palng [textspeak!] napa reserve  , Naka 2 bridal fair na kame but hirap mag decide. First option for church and venue is St Francis in Ortigas and Phil Stock but sad to say fully booked na [textspeak!] Phil Stock Exchange for the whole Oct. Budget for venue is up to 45k lang so kinda limited [textspeak!] options namen.  My meeting kame this Sunday with Awesome events by mark hope it goes well

Sis, Barbara's is a resto, so medyo yung venue lang nya eh di masyado malaki and which could be an issue especially if you plan on having many activities like dances and games during the reception. But the food has good reviews and it is known for its [textspeak!]-Spanish cuisine. About Tamayo's, never had food tasting with any caterer I just didn't have time for this so I relied heavily on GT and online reviews. But I always think doing the FT is part of due diligence as a B2B

^sis meala based from my experience hindi maganda ang all in one package. masasacrifice ang quality nya from catering, p/v etc. anong package kinuha mo?

Pareho tayo Sis although mas malaki ng konti ang guest list ko- 80 people. Malaki kase immediate family ko tapos may mga bf at gf pa at babies. Pero super close friends at close relatives lang talaga. At yung mga friends ko sinabihan ko din na if di sila free sa wedding namin, magsabi na. Holiday kase yun so baka may vacation plans sila. Either we'll invite a different friend o bababaan na lang namin ang guest list.

^super napili na talaga yan sa akin sis, may mga representative na lang sa mga families kasi kung lahat naku kulang pa 100 sa side ko pa lang. Isa pa nagpapadami ng guestlist ko yun mga plus 1.
