i'm the odd one out since i have paid most of my suppliers in full. the rest of them are scheduled to be paid in full during the year when their turn comes. but then again i come from a small city and all my suppliers are well-known and know each other. plus, i know my videographer and hmua personally. my coordinator is my uncle's neighbor. the main reason i prefer paying in full is so that i don't have to worry about holding on to a huge sum of cash on my wedding day since we don't have a checking account in the philippines. another is so that i can lock-in prices. also, i don't want the wedding budget to be used for another expense during the year.
i understand those that prefer to wait until the suppliers deliver before paying them in full. it is the safer thing to do.

nov 2015 bride ako. nag booked na kame ng venue, p & v.,make up artist at meron na din akong wedding gown.
 wala pa kameng invitations, hotel for preps at gown for the entourage.
pa help naman meron kayong kilalang mananahi ng entourage gown. nahihirapan ako maghanap kasi overseas bride ako. thanks

Another question pala sissies.. We have separate PV kase.. The videog will show the usual sde then photog naman is prenup avp.. Pero pano naman yung onsite wedding photos avp ni photog? Will you show it pa ba sa reception? I'm thinking kase na masyado ng maraming avp pag ipapakita pa yun.. On the other hand, parang wala namang ganap sa wedding day ang photog pag di ipinakita ang onsite wedding avp nila..

^ we also had separate p/v sis. and we also had the the prenup avp. onsite photo and sde. ok lang nman ipakita lahat. esp the onsite photo. syempre yun ang moment ng photogs mo eh hehe. what my otd did with the program, yung growing up avp namin was shown at the start. para sya yung opening. then the prenup avp was shown during dinner. then after the messages and toast, we showed the onsite photos. immediately after that was the sde. maganda naman. enjoy naman guests. mas ok nga yun kasi mabilis yung flow ng program instead of making the sde the grand finale. eh some guests tend to go home early immediately after eating so di na nila nakikita yung sde. sayang naman.

Sis, who's your host? Try to coordinate and ask her which part sya pwedeng isingit. If you have growing up avp, pwede syang idugtong don. Pwede rin habang nagaantay ang mga guests, ipapalabas sya sa screen.

Our growing up avp was shown after nung garter ceremony namin. I read somewhere na di dapat sobrang haba ng program. 3-4 hours is good enough for a wedding reception program (kasama na dito yung egress). Yung iba kasi they tend to eat and run. pag sobrang haba ng visual presentation yung iba nakikipagkwentuhan na lang. Just my observation pag umaattend me ng wedding.

Sisses who among you have inquired or worked with Flowers Unlimited (not Flowers Unlimited Tagaytay---ibang entity yun, cheaper i think pero less nice din)? I have sent them inquiries, fb messages and texts and halos deadma lang sila! I am trying to get a quotation out of them so I can consider them as my stylist kaso ni wala pa ngang quotation deadma na :| Not a good sign of our future working relationship. I'm giving them maybe 1-2 more days to reply else i will probably cross them out na from my list.... pero sayang kasi they have materials for my pegs...

as per your suggestion, i also checked with our host.. mabilis siya magreply.. okay lang naman daw ipakita lahat.. pwede daw sa later part ang photogs onsite slideshow followed by the videog sde..
we want our program kase to be short lang, like max of two and a half hours lang, including dinner.. start at 6:30pm then tapos na dapat by 9:00pm.. the venue and mobile bar will be open till 10:00 pm though. so guests will have the option to leave na after the program or mag-stay pa to drink or party till 10:00pm..

I'm quite surprised kinaya yun lahat in 1 hour.. kami wala ng cake cutting, father-daughter dance, games and avp pero feeling ko lalampas pa rin kami ng 1hour..

Grand entrance, messages from MOH and bestman, first dance, wine toasting, dinner w/photo ops, message from parents, SDE message from bride&groom --- pretty much yan na yun.. nakikita namin 2hours sya

^2 hours kasama na dinner don sis. Pero yung program proper talaga 1 hour lang. Maigsi lang kasi yung speech pati yung dance. basta super bilis ng flow! Pero we enjoyed it naman
