Ok naba kayo lahat sis? Ano pa inaasikaso nyo at this point? Rsvp? Nakasend naba kayi ng invites or too early pa?

We have sent electronic save the dates to around half of our guests. Invites, not yet. Probably around 1-2 months before wedding na. People advise me not to send invites too far from the wedding kasi mawawala rin daw ng guests. Haha!

okay na sis ang mga suppliers.. before 2014 ends, we made sure na naka-book na lahat ng suppliers..
nag-ft and detailing na rin kami with caterer, stylist, florist over Christmas vacation.. we attended seminars na rin etc.. more on marriage license na lang ang kulang and canonical interview, then detailing wih the rest of the suppliers i.e. otd (turn-over), host/program etc.. and of course, prenup shoot by next week
first fitting na rin and collection of invitation next week. uuwi ako ng Valentine season sis para mag-asikaso kami nyan.. )
we plan to give out the invitations by first week of March.. more on formality na lang naman siya and pagbibigay ng number of seats na reserved for them, since we already informed them verbally. especially those sa mga overseas, sinabihan namin agad sila so they can take advantage of early booking ng tix.. then after giving out invites,  we can start na with the rsvp na

naka-print pa ang sched namin na aasikasuhin next week, with all the timing pa.. everyday ngarag, but i'm so happy, i'm so organized.. pero minsan paranoid ako, baka me nakalimutan na ewan though yung cheklist ng coordinator at checklist ko eh okay naman na pareho.. haha

Isa pang question sissies, if sept 12 ang wedding namin,june 12 onwards pa lang ba pwedeng mag asikaso ng mga requirements for marriage license? Saka if magpapaconfirm kami, pwede bang mom na lang ng isat isa ang ninang? Like magiging ninang ko si MIL and sya din. Reason is para di na mahassle yung kukunin naming ninang hehe. Thanks:)

I am still completing the guest list.. how do you do it ladies? confirm muna their attendance then isusulat ang name sa list, or gumawa kayo ng initial list, you confirmed, then write their names in the final guest list? pag nag decline, do you replace them with somebody else?

^ako sis, gagawin ko lista muna then tsaka confirm tapos final na. Pag may nagdecline papalitan ko. Kaya nagpapadala na rin ako save the date para alam ko sino pa pwede ko mainvite. Pero formal invite gagawin ko 2 months before. Tapos final guest list 1 month before.

how about dun sa mga nagsabi na hindi sila sure? do you give them time to decide? and is it okay to order 100 pcs invites for 200 guests? medyo dito ako sa guest list sobrang nahihirapan..

we listed down all the people we want to invite in an excel file. then we indicate a "1" beside the name if the person can go and "0" if the person can't go. we sent our electronic save the date (basically a link to our wedding website with an rsvp feature). then based on the rsvps we get back, we indicate whether they can go or not. our initial list is nearly 200 people but so far, confirmed guests are at 110+. we estimate that we will have about 150 guests in the end :-)

Sa undecided, siguro ilalagay ko na lang sila sa +/-10% ng guestlist na contingency. So far, wala pa ako ganyan.

thank you sis for that.. what i did is I listed all the names of the guests in a notebook, separate list for hubby and for my guests.. we communicate with them one by one, crossed out the ones who confirmed that they can't attend.. how about those who are not sure yet, how long doid you have to wait for them? our wedding will be in June. I am planning to send the invites around April.. STD cards have been distributed based on the initial listing we've made. All the confirmed ones, we put their names na in the excel file. toxic ba ko? haha. naiinis ako dun sa mga hindi nagcconfirm agad, sana Yes or No lang. I started listing them alphabetically.

hi belle_v2g, we have given our guests til end of august to confirm because our wedding is december. the main reason we sent our invitations really early is to ensure that everyone from out of the country can plan ahead to join us.

no, i don't think your toxic. an excel file of your guest list is best because then you can use that same file to prepare the seating arrangement later on :-)

Yes, 3 months before kailangan.

Kung sa San Miguel (Malacanang) kayo, isang sponsor lang ok na sa kanila. Kung sa iba, you need to check with the church kasi baka strict sila.

Sis hallerski! I feel you sis. Kami lapit na -  2nd week of March. Everyday ngarag lang ang peg and ang weekends puno na ng activities. We're spending our valentines meeting suppliers. Haha! I've booked all my suppliers pero nung naglist ako ng pending there are a lot of small things and details we still need to finalize. Currently we are busy with distribution of invitations - 50 pcs lang for hard copies (reserved for sponsors, relatives and officemates then the rest soft copies na), scheduling of fittings and finalizing details for all suppliers.

We plan to confirm guests' attendance 1 - 2 weeks before the wedding. Then turnover of the seating arrangement to the coord and stylist 3 days before wedding. I know sched looks tight pero believe me napakadaming guest ang pasaway. Kahit nagconfirm na on the day biglang waley. Pag seen zoned and walang confirmation, cross out na. For those we cant invite, baka separate na pakain na lang like officemates. Yung isa nagparinig ok lang daw kahit di sya invited sa wedding basta may pakain akong lunch at souvenir. Oh di ba?! Haha buti na lang dami namin freebies from bridal fair na pwede gawing extra souvenirs.

sis yannuh 120 days validity ng marriage license. so may12 pede ka na mag apply ng marriage license tapos. kung magiging ninang mo MIL nya and ninang nya mom mo, thats ok. make sure wag mo ipproxy sa ninang yung parent nyo. kasi ganun ginawa ko haha. d ako pinayagan so we ended up asking a complete stranger to be my ninong kesa bumalik pa kami dun para magpakumpil.

Mga sis, help me naman decide. Initially I wanted a 5 pm wedding kasi gusto ko night shots. Pero ngaun naisip ko kasi Sunday wedding ko Baguio pa, parang super hassle naman na sa guests since me pasok kinabukasan. Though sabi nung iba mageextend sila para bakasyon ba rin nila sa Baguio.

Ilipat ko na lang kaya ng 12 pm? Ang concern ko naman sa ganito aga ng gising namin. Hahahaha... ano kaya maganda gawin? I think I can let go naman yun night shots for the sake of the guests. Pero sayang kasi parang ang ganda sa picture ng daytime and nighttime shots dun sa mga pine trees.

^Why not make it a 2PM wedding? You get to shoot during daytime and you also get some shots at sunset/night.

^thank you sis j.adore and sis smile22. Ahh 4 months pala validity nun kaya lang sa Paco chapel e gusto daw nila 3 months before wedding date yung nakaindicate sa mga reqs. Pano kaya un hehe

Ah sis Malacanang din kame magpakumpil para every week pede. pede palang Mom na lang ng isat isa yung ninang namin hehe
