imprincessfiona, i think we're the ones who will provide the candles for the wedding ceremony. the secondary sponsors will have to light them so they can bring matches, lighters, or smaller lighted candles (like you mentioned)

sis yannuh I don't have Merjohn's number pero sila ang recommended ng friend ko for our wedding.. ang galing galing daw talaga kahit na keyboard and violin lang kinuha nila (6K).  Plus the fact na sila pala ang tumugtog sa wedding nila Marian and Dingdong. So siguro busy lang? In any case, kaka send ko lang ng message sa kanila thru FB and nag reply naman sila.  Good luck sis!

Ayun,, hubby 2 be and I went to the recently held expo in PICC and we reserved to Events Extrodinaire Events by Ige.  Kasi okay yung pre plans na prinesent samin. I am just wondering kasi I can find any reviews for him pero based on his post, he is into events styling.

Hope You can help me out or advise if anyone has knew bout him?

2015 bride here (December 21).

Actually, mag start kami sa pinaka-umpisa bilang nagbago lahat ng plans namin and vision namin para sa wedding plus realization din na ang hirap mag ayos kapag wala ka sa Pinas 

I need your help! Baka may alam kayo na full wedding package na pero exquisite yung venue. We are looking at Tagaytay and Batangas. Pero Tagaytay talaga ang heart namin.

We already booked ang Photographer, Videographer, and finalizing na with K by Cunanan.

Anyone here going to the Getting Married bridal fair this upcoming weekend, Jan 17-18? It'll be in SMX and with all the road closures in the Manila area due to the papal visit, im worried we wont even get there! We're out to book an L&S provider and also look around for others.

Can anyone advise the alternate route for Jan 17th?? Close daw Taft (and we're supposed to cross it from EDSA since im from the north)

siguro sis if you're really planning to attend the bridal fair, make sure na on the 17th kayo pumunta kase based sa itinerary ng papal visit aalis sya for tacloban sa morning ng saturday then babalik sa manila ng evening of the same day so baka mas malaki yung chances nyo na makaiwas sa traffic kahit papano kase walang event dito sa manila. sa 18 kase may mass sa rizal park so i'm sure affected ang MOA sa traffic nun.

sis yannuh ang wedding ceremony ko 9:30am then I set my reception at around 11am since malapit lang reception sa church.

^ sis yannuh, we had a 3PM wedding. Ang advise ng wedding coordinator namin, we put 30 minutes ahead sa invite, kaya 2:30 yung nakaprint sa invitations. Eto naman yung naging timelines namin:
3:00-4:00 - ceremony
4:00-4:30 - pictorial
4:30-5:30 - guests proceed to reception, cocktail hour (food was served. pika-pika lang like chips, nuts and biscuits). kami naman had our post-nuptial pictorial to be included in our SDE. Meron na ding mabilis na retouch ng make-up.
5:30-7:30 - program proper and dinner
By 8 PM done na kami. Party na and other guests nagsiuwian na. Tagaytay wedding kasi kami and weekday wedding pa so madami din yung umuwi na after the program proper.

I've read in some threads na you can still put the exact ceremony time sa invitations mo. Sabihan mo lang yung entourage on their calltimes para di sila malate.  Or if you have a wedding website, indicate mo na lang yung guidelines so your guests won't be late too.

^ sis yannuh, tip lang on the cocktail hour para di mabore or mainip yung guests mo:
- the band we hired played jazz music during the cocktail hour. ensure lang na there will be music para kahit papano they will have entertainment habang naghihintay.
- ibinilin ko sa coordinator namin na gawin na yung photobooth at this time para tapos na lahat when the program starts.
- we prepared other activities like giving message to the couple etc. (we used this to pick winners during the program).

be creative lang how to keep them entertained. panigurado madaming sasabihing gutom na, kahit na ang aga pa. that's normal lalo na pag walang ginagawa.

Recently, my HMUA, Ms MV Balo, started doing flowers na din. And wow ang ganda. So I booked her for my bouquet kahit may florist na ko. 3500 for bridal bouquet of your choice. Ang ganda ng succulents mga sis.<3 Vatel inspired mga gawa niya.
