Anyone here na meron starbucks booth sa reception? 150 kasi guest ko. Normal package is 100 lang di ba? Iniisip ko kung mag add pa ko ng 50? Or ok na yung 100?

sisses, tip on this. Try to find a way to distribute the drinks para hindi matagal nakapila ang mga guests. My cousin had a Starbucks booth on her wedding reception, pero ang tagal nakapila ng mga guests. I think hindi na consume lahat before the program started kasi nung mag sstart na ang dinner, binibigay na ng Starbucks yung drinks kahit walang coupon.

yung additional frappe is 150 for tall, 160 for grande and 170 for venti. meron din additional brewed coffee na 40 short cups for 3k only, or 80 short cups for 6k.

We'll also have a free flowing coffee and tea station from our caterer, pero we still want to get a starbucks booth na for frappuccino only.

I want this also for cocktail hour. Kaso i have almost 200 guests then 15k for 100 lang. Do you think we should get the one for 200 pax (so 30k) na siya, or ok na yung 100 or 150?

^ Sis, I have attended a wedding na may Starbucks booth. It's too pricey kung for 200 guests puro frappe lang. What if hindi naman umiinom ng coffee yun iba? Hmm I suggest mag-mix ka ng iba like cupcakes or cookies, macarons, etc.

Why not make food/drink stubs for your guests? Make it a secret if it's a SB frappe, or food(cupcakes,cookies). Then let them pick before they go in at the reception. Mas makakatipid ka and may choices yun guests mo. Maybe they can exchange stubs kung ayaw nila ng nabunot nila. Hehe

Hello, we got the 100 tall frappe package at 15k pero we prepared stubs that were given to our guests at the registration. Yung store manager kasi ng starbucks na kausap sinuggest na mas maganda magstubs, nung wedding nya daw kasi umabot sa 260 cups (exta 24k pesos on-the-day). Caterer provided free flowing brewed coffee and tea so sa mga preferred ng hot beverage sa caterer na lang sila nagrequest. If may 2015 planner ka, you can use the promo stub at the back so may free 10 cups pa. We ended up paying extra 20 cups (150 each) pero may mga naka 2 cups din kasi may mga guests na humingi ng stub from fellow guests na hindi nagfrappe.

Nadistribute sya during registration together with our favors. Sayang din kasi kung sa invitation include kasi baka may di makapunta. Yung excess tinurn-over sa amin ng coordinators. Yung mga suppliers natuwa din kasi nabigyan din sila stubs so nakapag frappe din sila.
