Just spent the weekend over at Hotel Kimberly. Very child-friendly yung hotel with its amenities. Lahat ng staff ay mababait at accommodating talaga. My son enjoyed the playground, pool and mini farm. Cool din yung bonfire with free marshmallow roasting. Nagka movie night din by the poolside and the staff gave out free popcorn sa amin na mga nandon. Naghatid din sila sa room namin ng glass of milk and Oreo cookies at around 9:45pm. Ganon daw sa mga guests na may kasamang bata. And because Mother's day, meron silang gift for moms (wooden kitchen cutlery).
Buffet breakfast was delicious with good selections for children and adults.
The hotel room was not really sparkling new but I was glad that malinis naman and walang amoy yung tinuluyan namin.

Hi sis keejac21, please update how's the road to Kimberly. Kung pataas ba siya masyado or what not. Salamat sis.

^sis, di naman siya pataas. Sakto lang. Maliit na kotse lang yung dala namin (wigo) and wala naman naging problema. Btw, hindi kami pinadaan ni waze sa Aguinaldo Hi-way. Sa Buho road na walang katraffic traffic.

Hi sis, first time nga namin itry si Hotel Kimberly. Relaxing yung overnight stay kahit saglit lang kasi parang kayo-layo lang doon despite na madaming guests nung weekend. Naaliw ako sa mini-farm kasi ang sarap magpakain ng mga kuneho at mga bibe/pato. Lol. Sayang wala silang harvest na mga gulay that day.

Recently, we stayed twice in a row at B Hotel located somewhere in Tomas Morato area.  B Hotel is the same owner as Bellevue in Alabang. We got our room at less than 4k including buffet breaskfast.

The interior and the design is modern.  The room is spacious with nice furnitures.  Plus factor is the smell at the lobby which is sooo nice.

Sis victim, what day kayo nag stay? Tried them last year bang for the buck talaga. Kaso room lang kami,  hindi tuloy namin na try yung food nila. Week day kasi kami nag stay. I wonder if kahit week day buffet ang breakfast nila?

hi. we stayed saturday until sunday. 

the breakfast has few selections unlike with richmonde and the lind in boracay which has a lot. like for the main course, they only have 6 main course, then soup and congee. but they have egg station that is made to order and salad station. they also have cereals and taho then bread section with at least 4 kinds of cheese and 3 kinds of marmalade.  for the drinks, they serve 2 kinds of juice.

we are actually after the rooms and the kind of service they provide.

Last year, we've stayed in Bellevue Hotel - sarap and plenty of choices ang buffet breakfast.
Diamond Residences in Makati last December. Okay sana yung room kasi kompleto sa room pati plate, spoon and fork, kaso because new pa lang yung place, plated pa lang yung breakfast.
F1 Hotel this chinese new year. Di ko lang type yung room kasi masyadong dim yung lighting. Pero yung buffet breakfast sulit rin naman.

One thing na kinoconsider namin with staycation is the buffet breakfast, pag masarap at dami choices, sulit at panalo samin.

This weekend we will be staying in Acacia Hotel. Hope di kami ma disappoint sa buffet breakfast. So far yung panalong buffet breakfast samin e sa Bellevue and Diamond Hotel sa Roxas Blvd.

Stayed at Novotel last mother's day. Okay siya, bago lang so sobrang nice and clean yung room. Maganda yung location. 2 lang pwede mag-swimming, if extra head P1k. Dikit lang siya ng Araneta and Gateway, in front of Shopwise din.

Free breakfast buffet kids below 16 years old. Pero so-so lang yung breakfast buffet nila. Super panalo for me is Marco Polo Ortigas' breakfast, kahit worth P1000+, talang nagbabayad kami for the extra head kasi sulit.

@mamy_maldy sa kin same lang bellevue and acacia hotel, pareho naman marami choices and masarap naman. Sa Vivere at Crimson kasi nakokonti ako sa choices.

Naku sis Hyder, wala ako number e. Si Hubby ang nagbook last Dec. 26-27. May promo yung company nila for SMC employees, parang 5k lang nya nakuha. Kinuha namin was yung studio. May parang kitchenette, complete with microwave, ref at mga kubyertos, pati plates. Maganda yung room, di lang kami happy sa breakfast.

Sis michi247, ganun ba? Good to know that, kasi gusto ni hubby bumalik sa Bellvue because of the breakfast, sabi ko try natin Acacia based on the reviews sa Agoda. Actually sis, torn between Crimson and Acacia ako, I chose Acacia because of breakfast reviews.

maganda ba un pool for the kids?

-- first time to hear na meron nagbibilang ng tao sa pool. sa iba 5 star hotels hinde naman ganyan.. except if you are a guest of the hotel guest.. pano kaya kung family of 4 kayo may bayad un 2 pa na magswim? you register lang to get a pool towel di ba?

hi sis SARAHnghae, we were just there after ng election. thru airbnb kame nagbook dun.  Depende siguro yun sa owner ng unit. Pero may guard kase sa reception and ipapa-log nila lahat ng names ng magstay sa unit. So not sure kung chinecheck talaga ng owner yun and inaadvise nila yung guard kase kame non parang di naman nila alam. Pero di naman kame nag-exceed. BTW, maganda yung man made beach and malawak yung pool. Kaso yun lang yung may access ang guest.

Ok. Napanood ko sa TV last weekend meron din pala pinaparent si Dimples Romana dun, sayang fully booked na yung ang May and June. P2,888 lang promo price.

Ok naman yung pool, kaso ang init, masyadong kulob, wala masyadong hangin ang pumapasok. If you want naman mag gym, maganda yung facilities nila sa gym.

Sis, nothing special yung pools. Pwede siguro 2 adults and kids kasi yung cousin ko, his wife and their 1 year old kid nakaligo naman. But still mahal ang 1k ha!
