done na din kame sa canyon cove, stayed there for hubby's bday 3D2N, nasulit namen yun pool babad lang lagi but not during noon, masaya din maglakad sa beach though tama yun isang sis natin na coarse yun sand nila esp pag magsswim masakit sa talampakan, but the pool is sooo big kahit madami nagsswim kasya kayo with spaces pa hehe..the room malaki nga yun bed nila and nakakatuwa meron pa bed near the window..ayaw lang din namen nun foods nila, di masarap for us nun nagtry kame ng dinner the first night, kaya di na kame umulit sa breakfast (good thing walang kasama sa voucher), we just drove sa bayan and dun kumaen sa mang inasal then nag-take out kame sa mcdo at dinala sa room, di naman nila nicheck yun backpack ko..all in all, satisfied kame sa kanila, even the staffs are friendly and will greet us everytime makakasalubong namen nila..

tried Somerset in Alabang nung weekend. Maliit yun room pero ok naman. Yung buffet breakfast nila masarap pero ang konti ng choices.

Hello mga sis, i recently got into a milk launching sponsored by reps, it was at the Makati Diamond Residences. Libre na ang staycation!

+1 to this! I enjoyed this place A LOT! Ganda ng rooms nila! And i love the amenities! The gym was complete and super haba ng pool! We will definitely go back. Though hindi namin natikman food nila, kasi si bf ang nagbook nito, hindi niya napansin na walang breakfast na kasama. hahaah

Hi mga sis! I need help lang po kasi we are about to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. me and hubby wants to stay in a hotel around manila because he doesn't want to drive all the way to tagaytay. although ako gusto ko kasi mas madami romantic places to visit sa tagaytay but as per hubby hindi siya magenjoy kasi napapagod siya sa long drive and we both agreed that we just want to chill and enjoy the moment together for our wedding anniv kaya sana may mahanap na around manila lang.

pero for my part I want yung hotel na may activities kami na pwede gawin, like SPA, candle light dinner and if may hotel na may parang infinity pool. Please help sis and I badly need suggestions so I can proceed on booking and planning our activities. TIA mga sis.

pero sis may 2500 F&B voucher, pwede na rin sana kaso wala na yung promo hehe, Accor emailed me may promo sila, pero for Dec to April 2017 stay, e November namin plan. Ascott is also on sale.

My family tried the following hotels:

*These are NOT arranged from highest to lowest

1. Sofitel Manila -- Best pool, Dami food choices, friendly staff
2. H20 Hotel Manila - Small rooms, toilet & bath no partition to the bedroom(its OPEN!), hallway going to rooms feels like we are inside a cruise ship
3. Crowne Plaza Manila - Good food, Suites are nice, regular rooms are okay.
4. Holiday Inn Galleria - I don't like this hotel. Madilim, luma na furnitures.
5. The Cocoon Boutique Hotel - Its okay
6. The Peninsula Manila - The time we went here, rooms are okay and the pool. What stood out from the rest is the main lobby
7. Edsa Shangri-la Hotel - Pool here is okay too. AMong the 5 star hotels, this one we love the most. ALthough room furnitures are big kaya sumikip room pero everything else we love na! Plus they have activities or kids every weekend
8. Intercontinental Hotel - Rooms are okay but what I love here is their crepe samurai. Kaya lang close na sila eh waaaah
9. Exchange Regency Hotel - Mukha syang condo. Maliit rooms. Nung nag stay kami dito we got the 2 bedroom although may kitchen super liit nung rooms. Pero okay naman pool malaki and may pang kids. ALso may mini playground
10. Discovery Suites - Hmm so-so..okay lang. What I dont like is their pool palalim, maliit na nga ganto pa.
11. Oakwood Premier Manila - ETO ANG THE BEST SA AMIN! Nasa Ortigas na sya. Everything about this hotel we love!!! And not bad na rate nila mula ng nagpamember kami. I mean kesa mag regular hotel na lets say na 6K+ ang room tapos maliit,eh eto 1 bedroom na equivalent tapos may kitchen na and ang sosyal ng kwarto! Yung pool indoor heated pa. PWede pa humiram dvds...okay na okay for us to sobra! And dito kami madalas. MAs gusto namin dito mag stay kesa mag out of town pa. Napaka convenient pa
12. Luxent Hotel - THis is in QC along Timog. So-so lang ang room. Pool maganda overlooking and infinity pero maliit lang. Food masarap naman din.
13. One Tagaytay Place - Haayy nakaka dismaya...nag stay kami sa 1 bedroom nila na SUPER SIKIP!!! Lugi talaga. Tapos ang pool infinity nga ang dumi dumi naman....
14. Fontana Resort Villas - OKay naman to! ISang buong bahay sainyo na may 2 or 3 rooms then may kitchen... kaya lang ang ayaw lang namin sakanya luma na yung mga villas. Di man lang pinturahan o ayusin man lang.

Next weekend we will try sa south area... CRIMSON HOTEL. Sana hindi kami mabigo hehe

@forumera - pwede na nga kung may F&B voucher kasi for sure expensive ang food.

@1choi_ko9 - kakatry lang din namin last week ng EDSA Shangri-la and naenjoy ng anak ko yung wet play area and activities. Makakarest ka sa pagbabantay kasi iiwan mo sila so may 45 minutes or more kang free.
