hi. sis, im going to answer all your questions base on my experience. by the way i had civil wedding last 2013.1. Who can officiate the ceremory? sabi nila pwede daw mayor but in my case it was a judge. 2. At least makakakain pa siya. don s friend ko civil wedding din the ceremony was done on the reception din. yun lang kilala nung dad ni bride yung judge kaya siguro nangyari yun. in my case sa court room kami kinasal. i guess pwede rin naman yung gusto mo baka nga lang my extra charge but i'm not sure pa.. 3. Any civil wedding reception venues in mind? that will depend on you location.
Hi! Taga manila kasi kame ng fiance ko but we're planning to get married somewhere else.
