My bf availed of their iPhone 4s plan 799 w/ free 4g pocket wifi last Sunday at SM Southmall branch. His first time to apply for a postpaid subscription sa smart kaya umabot kami ng 1 and a half hour bago natapos yung transaction. The csr told us na it will take 24 hours bago ma-activate yung sim pero until now no service pa rin. Alam naman namin na 2-3 days talaga yung usual xD

Agad pala makukuha ang unit pag sa Smart Center nag-apply (I applied online). I will call their hotline tomorrow pagwala pa ko na-receive na feedback today. Sa globe kasi within 24hrs after ko magsubmit ng application form agad may tumawag to confirm my order but I decided to push it back. May smart bro postpaid account na kasi kami sa smart kaya naisip ko na sa kanila na lang din ako kukuha ng phone

299 for 1.7 gb siya good for 30 days na. I am not a heavy user kaya good na sa akin yung 1.7 gb lang for a month. Tamang FB, Instagram, browsing, messaging like Viber etc. May kasama na rin siya 1.1 gb for Youtube and iFlix if I am not mistaken. Consistent naman ang speed sakin, I rarely use it for streaming or downloading kasi may DSL kami sa bahay. Ginagamit ko siya mostly when I am out lang like pag nasa school ako or may gala.

I don't know about the 250 though kasi I've never tried it pa.

^ Thanks for the link sis! Yes mas okay nga na magregister na lang sa big bytes promo if you only use your pocket wifi to check your social media accounts and konting video streaming.

Yung sa 250 kasi it's only good for 1 week pero walang limit when it comes to data. Yung brother ko kasi ang hilig manood ng videos kaya yan madalas yung ginagamit namin. Pero pag solo lang ako I'll use that big bytes package.

Tried to apply for an iphone6 plan 1500 with cashout last oct 29 but still for validation status until now. Pagnagfollowup ka sasabihin lang they will send an email to their sales team for follow up and also to send me an update pero wala naman email na dumarating. Numerous times na ko magfollowup puro ganyan. I'm planning to cancel it since a friend will be sending me a new phone. Ibibigay ko na lang sana sa sis ko yung unit sa smart in case ma-approved pero nakakainip mag-antay.

^Siguro nga walang available but sana naman they have the courtesy to send feedback to their customers lalo na ilang beses na ko nagfollowup. Gusto ko na nga i-cancel and reapply na lang ng 6s kaso iniisip ko another submit na naman ng requirements and waiting time. Pagwala pa siguro feedback pagnatapos ang Nov i-cancel ko na and papatulong na lang ako sa friend ko na may kakilala kung interested pa ko kumuha. Yung sa friend ko pagsubmit niya ng application form and requirements today sa kakilala niya kinabukasan nakuha niya na unit niya (Samsung edge plus unit niya, ganda ng cam ng unit na to. Sa sobrang ganda ng cam minsan di ko makilala sarili ko pagnakiselfie ako sa kanya)

Pag may discrepancy sa bill, what do you do?  Call the hotline?  May nakikita kasi ko international SMS na charges e I don't even text puro data lang gamit ko

dahil may malapit na Smart center sa office, nagpupunta ako mas gusto kong personal nakakausap, pero kung no choice eh hotline lang talaga...

^^ pumunta ako sa smart center sis, pero good luck sana mapa-ayos mo. Ako kasi 1.5 months na "investigation" tapos ending e legitimate daw yun billing nila. Wala naman ng magagawa ang subscriber pag ganun

Ako is pocket wifi + note tab ang plan ko sa kanila pero na-charge ako ng international sms. Di ko maintindihan since yung simcard naka-insert dun sa pocket wifi at hindi naman sa tab. Pwede pa din daw kasi magsend ng sms via tab basta connected sa wifi pero di ma-explain ng rep kung paano. They had me checked yung IP ata ng smart yun pero wala naman kaming nakita sa sent items na international sms. I disputed the charge and called them before my due date to check if the balance has been adjusted but they insisted that the charges were valid. Binayaran ko na lang, walang kwenta makipagtalo though i felt i was robbed.
