help nman po pano ba mag reactivate nang smart sim card? I was using a prepaid sim before then nung nag postpaid ako ginagamit ko pa rin paminsan kaya lang lately nakalimutan ko mag load ngayon di na sya nakaka receive nang call and messages deactivated na yata. pano ba ito ma recativate ayoko naman kasi mawala ito kasi matagal ko rin na ginamit yung number na ito and may mga documents na ito nilagay kong contact number.

I got the unit last feb. 18, 2015 for iphone 6 data plan 2000.
Nakasulat dun sa cut off ay every 12th of the month.

Feedback naman sa freedom plan ng smart pls? How many months na walang usage bago madeactivate ang line?

hi @tjmax, yung freedom plan ba yung walang contract? i believe kailangan mo lang syang ipa-disconnect personally pra ma-deactivate sya.

ugh. Is anyone on LTE Pocket wifi?
I keep asking about how to load this prepaid wifi and they just keep directing me to a website. When I try to purchase, I get an error like, "Oops. we experienced hiccups" or whatever. How do I buy anything when it wont allow me?!! Its pissing me off

I used to have one pero that was postpaid..i think pwede ka magpa load sa retailer same with mobile load.have you tried it?

postpaid is okay naman..kaya lang mas expensive siya sis..I asked the guy who sold us the LTE and he just told me to go to the link because baka maintenance lang daw.. until now di pa rin..

^ sis I'm also on prepaid LTE pocket wifi. Loading is either thru e-load retailers or broadband prepaid cards. Take note, iba yung prepaid card nila, may broadband talaga na nakalagay. You can buy these cards sa malls, smart centers or 711. Hindi nagwwork yung regular prepaid card sa sim natin. Kung not more than 500 at once naman niloload mo pwede na e-load.

I'm planning to switch to smart. May way ba na makita yung data usage sa smart acct online? Iphone plan sana kunin ko and I wonder how to monitor my usage. Though sa FAQ they send a text msg, pero mas maganda din sana kung nakikita sa online acct...

grabe nakakainis yung internet! Kahit page lang dito sa GT parang 1 minute ata magload! WTF! And I saw the bars go down to 2G. I thought Globe was bad but Smart is woooorse ughhh kahit OWA email homepage 1 or 2 minutes magload.

I got the antenna package. If it's still slow by then, I'm returning this piece of crap >:/
Ako hindi ako naniwala na "weak yung signal" BS. Kase at first, really fast.. then parang when I'm nearing 2GB wtf grabe magslow down ha. I wonder if true talaga yung capping rumors. gaah

sis minatay91, baka you need to bring your device to their wireless center na for checking? I've also heard, may network downtime sila these past few days pero specific area, baka isa din yun sa reason.

Better call them sis kasi ako baliktad..nasasayang Globe data kasi sobrang unreliable sa bahay namin ng connection so puro wifi ako ngayon sa smart. Kahit saang area ng house consistent siya. Never ko naman nakitang nag2G ako.3G/4G lang.

hi sis! yup, done that..defective talaga yung item na. grr parang hindi 5k yung huawei thing lang naiinis talaga ako. smart is 1 hour and 30 mins away from our house kase. 2 days lang gamit..sira agad? hayy

apparently, wala silang stock na compatible na yung huawei thing sa antenna na we bought from THEM.
so we're just waiting for stock.

ughh smart has been leaving such a bad taste in my mouth. I would never recommend Smart to anyone I know (unless I hate them XD )

We're waiting for the replacement. If it fails, then we will demand for a full refund nalang and have our globe reconnected zzz

Mga sis, postpaid ako sa smart for plan 2000 iphone. Ok lang ba na set ko sa LTE yung data? Kasi sobrang bagal pag 3G lang dito sa area ko (taguig), nagagalit ako sa tagal maghintay mag load. LOL pero nung set ko sa LTE bumilis sya. May additional bayad kaya yun? 8gig yung allowed use per month ko, pero ang nacoconsume ko lang is 750 mb sa sobrang bagal nya.
