^sis sa akin okay sya. been taking it since mga march or april, once a day. Grade talaga ng mata ko is 120 with 1.5 na astigmatism. Last time I bought my contacts, it was down to 100 with 1 astigmatism. sa nephew ko naman from 300 na grade down to 50 after 2 yrs.

Ive been using the Nutrimeal almost a week na...first week once a meal replacement, then this week twice a meal replacement, then sa lunch lang ako kumakain, kaunting rice lang talaga then fruits. 3 weeks ko itong gagawin para masanay tiyan ko kumain na lang ng kaunti. Hindi ako ganun ka strict sa diet, i have cheats din kasi stress ako. Pero i feel lighter.

i have allergies so my doc advised me to take usana kasi successful daw yung isang patient nung nag take nito and di na daw bumalik yung allergies niya.

Started using usana essentials and biomega a week ago. I have PCOS and TTC for baby no. 2. Yung daughter ko naman binilihan ko ng Usanimals. 2,600 yung price ng essentials.

Same here sis! TTC for baby no. 2. I was diagnosed with PCOS last June lang and I've been taking Essentials, BiOmega, and CoQuinone for almost 3 months na. My son is taking Usanimals din and he really loves it.

Same din here Mine naman is Essenstials, Biomega, and CoQuinone for my PCOS, then Prof C for my allergies. Essentials and Prof C user na ko since 2013, then i was diagnosed with bilateral PCOS last year kaya dinagdag yung biomega and coquinone. Earlier this year i was PCOS free already. We will be TTC by the start of 2016.

My nephew takes usanimals religiously since he was 2 years old. A few months back, 2 sa bahay ang may conjunctivitis and never sya nahawa. Sabi ng sister ko di na nya maalala when was the last time na nagkasakit si nephew. Last hospitalization sya kasi 1 yr old pa sya (he's 4 now). He also has congenital eye problem, and visionex naman ang nakatulong sa kanya to improve his eyesight. He doesn't wear glasses anymore. His specs used to be 300 ang grade

Been taking usana essentials since december last year, ito pinalit ko sa pharmaton. Ok naman though wala ako kakaibang naramdaman like sumarap ang tulog, regular bowel movements and the like, yun kasi mostly nababasa ko. I'd like to think ito nakatulong para mawala cyst ko sa left ovary ko, pero sana sa susunod wala na rin yung sa right. 

Hi sis! Where did you buy your supply? Ubos na yung essentials ko, it was given to me by my friend from abroad pa. This week wala na kong tini-take. As in now ko lang narealized, i think i'm having withdrawal symptoms, para kasi akong laging magkakasakit at nanghihina.

Lapit na check up ko uli for endomet, ganda pa naman ng result last time coz i was taking usana din at that time. I'm hoping pa naman for a positive result ng check up ko this november. Sana matuloy ko uli yung pagtake ng usana. If not, try ko mx3 muna.

finally gave this a try. essentials for me. 2600 ang bigay saken ng friend ko. mahal ba yun?

sabi nya sasarap daw tulog then no weight gain.

nagtry ako for my allergies. hope this helps.

^mura na yan sis kasi when i visited their website 2800 ata yung member price.. i bought one set too for my mom.. nag iisip ako if i'll get for myself yung para sa eyes kasi mataas na grade ng mata ko..nakakahelp daw bumaba grade ng eyes..

started drinking Usana Essentials nung Monday. Sana ito na sagot sa history ko ng constipation.

^^kikai i can attest to their eye supplement.. I'm not sure if nabasa mo na previous post ko about it but it helped my 4 yr old nephew a lot, he has congenital eye problem. He started wearing glasses 6months pa lang sya and from 300, now 50 na lang grade ng eyes nya and he can see clear without corrective glasses.

^sis twinxz, personally essentials helped me with my bowel movement. Lalo na ngayong pregnant ako. I'm taking iron supplement na according to my OB eh nakakaconstipate daw, pero so far wala na akong problem with constipation. It also helped me with my PCOS, tinake ko sya together with coquinone at biomega (fish oil). After 1.5 yrs of having PCOS, i got pregnant na with both ovaries normal.

^wow! amazing naman yan sis! tingi nga lang binibili ko ngayon sa friend ko kasi nasasayangan ako pag di nanaman umeffect pag matagal na, eh bote bote pa naman ang bentahan ng usana. monday & tuesday, nag-BM ako. but kahapon lang di ako nakapagbawas. mabigat na feeling ko pero wala eh nung tnry ko umire, lumabas na lang almuranas ko. this afternoon grabe naman, ang dami ko nilabas. di ko alam if dudumi pa ako tonight para maging daily talaga yung BM ko. -_- how much pala bili mo sa essentials mo?

^yes it's better to try it muna to see yung effects sayo medyo expensive din kasi sya. Nasa 2600 yata price ng essentials, but i get mine from my sister so siguro discounted yun, hehe. Ngayon i'm taking it with active calcium naman as my prenatal vitamins. Give it mga 2-3 wks siguro to really see kung anong effect sayo. Nakakaganda din kasi sya ng skin hehe kaya di na ko nagpalit ng vitamins, almost 3 yrs ko na sya iniinom.

Yup, ganun talaga yung plan ko maganda nga din effect sa skin kasi yung kaisa-isang acne ko nag-dry up agad eh usually mga ilang days pa yun kahit lagyan ko ng erythromycin lotion. ok lang ba sabayan ko ng rogin-e sa gabi? and when ba best inumin yung essentials? kasi i drink it after lunch na.
