Started using usana essentials and biomega a week ago. I have PCOS and TTC for baby no. 2. Yung daughter ko naman binilihan ko ng Usanimals. 2,600 yung price ng essentials.

ilang taon nang inooffer sa akin ang usana. finally gave it a try 3 weeks ago. essentials pa lang ang na-try ko. among others, pinakagusto ko na effect, naregulate ang aking bowel movement. sulit ang bayad.

i'm taking this for my PCOS too, essentials + biomega + coquinone. From bilateral ovaries na may pcos, one side na lang last november. By end of May yung next ultrasound ko, hoping im pcos free na.

Also vouching for Visionex, it definitely helped my nephew, he has congenital eye problem, from 300 na grado ng mata nya in 2013, 50 na lang a year after. He's turning 4 yrs old pa lang.

I'm using the whole line for 2 months pa lang. I love it!! Yung previous skincare set ko kasi medyo nadry ang skin ko nung nagtagal. With Sense, mas umokay hydration ng skin ko. Siguro part na din na i'm taking essentials with it. Hindi ako mapimple or mablemish masyado to begin with. Pero it still improved the texture of my skin.

Sa friend ko naman, sya talaga maraming acne eversince. 6 months of using Sense sobrang nag improve na skin nya.

Visionex really helped me. I no longer use my eyeglasses. Di pa ako nagpacheck kung ano na new grado ng mata ko. Importante di na ako nagsasalamin ngayon. Pansin ko lang pag tinigilan ko inom, lumalabo ulit paningin ko. Parang for life ko ata dapat inumin visionex.

Been taking usana essentials since december last year, ito pinalit ko sa pharmaton. Ok naman though wala ako kakaibang naramdaman like sumarap ang tulog, regular bowel movements and the like, yun kasi mostly nababasa ko. I'd like to think ito nakatulong para mawala cyst ko sa left ovary ko, pero sana sa susunod wala na rin yung sa right.

^ako sis 1 tab lang take ko lagi. Sabi kasi nila sasakit daw ulo pag nag 2 tabs, though sa "umpisa" lang daw yun. Pero ako I prefer na 1 tab lang talaga, hindi ko tinry mag 2 tabs ever.

^hi sis. wala naman ako naramdamang negative. hindi ko nga lang masabi kung ito cause kung bakit ako tumaba, haha. got mine for 2600.

yung friend ko (guy) nalagas hair nya. but after about a month umokay din naman. so far yun narinig kong medyo negative experience. personally kasi ako walang nega side effects sa akin. almost 3 yrs na kong umiinom.

ang major effect saken (this is together with prof C, yun kasi talaga yung combo na tinetake ko ever since), is sobrang nabawasan ang allergic rhinitis ko (my case was super bad, as in). kung dati halos everyday may allergies ako, ngayon di ko na maalala when was the last i had an attack.

2 years user here, so far, wala pa naman akong negative experience. Di ako tumaba, kasi actually ewan ko kung ako lang pero after ko mag essentials parang busog ako? Pero one of the good effects kasi ako si forever constipated, eh naging regular na yung bowel movement ko (sorry TMI!).
