May chance kasi ako ma CS, may question lang ako para sa mga mommies na nascheduled CS. May breastmilk ba agad pagkalabas ni baby. Yun kasi ang concern ko. Gusto ko kasi breastmilk lang muna si baby. TIA!

^ May lalabas naman yan di pa lang ganun kadami kaya kala mo wala, and yung mga unang lalabas is very important which is colostrum, yan yung importanteng madede ni baby. If you're going to give birth in a breastfeeding advocate hospital, iaassist ka naman nila. Basta let your baby latch to your breasts, and check if the latch is good. Mature milk comes out naman in 3-5 days after giving birth.

^^siguro less than an hour after my baby came out, I breastfed her na... and we did this every 2 hours. I wasn't sure kung may nakukuha sya but the nurses said meron yan otherwise, magwawala yun

Ano bang binder ang maganda? Ang meron ako yung galing sa Asian, Dale yung brand. Gusto ko pa bumili ng spare para malabhan itong gamit ko.

^^ Basta may output si baby na pee and poop every now and then ibig sabihin may nakukuha siya from you. Kaya some mommies and some pedia or nurses na bibisita sayo will ask you kung nakaka-ilang soiled diapers siya para you can be sure na your baby is getting enough.

Ganun ba talaga kamahal ang binder? hehe

Pag normal delivery ba need pa rin ng binder?

^ May regular binder sa Watsons, yung blue nasa 300 lang yata. 😁 Pero mas mahal talaga yung iba lalo yung Wink. I know some moms who delivered via NSD and wore binder though not necessary naman, they just used it para daw mas mabilis mag-flat yung tummy. It helps kasi para hindi din mag-sag yung skin sa tummy area. After some time they switched to girdle or corset.

Question for those who've had CS na. I'm 2 weeks postpartum, and nagdecrease yung bleeding ko (switched na nga to pantyliners) since i left the hospital however on the 9th day and last night i had bright red bleeding, and it was heavier than first day of period this is my 3rd CS but not sure if this is normal kasi di naman ganito with my first 2. Just wanted to ask if anyone's experienced this? I texted my OB and he said do cold compress on puson and take Hemostan for 3 days pero I am breastfeeding so if i can avoid the Hemostan i'd rather do that.

sa akin Hemarate, para sa blood na nawala sa akin. Allmost 1 month ako nag bleeding. parating pang overnight/heavy flow pads gamit ko. akala ko nga hindi na hihinto.

Malakas ang discharge sa first couple of weeks pero from day na nanganak ka to 6weeks - 2 months, may days na meron, may days na brownish, may days na wala talaga. Sa akin ganon.

Hi sis^ continue breastfeeding lang. Pag may time na hindi tayo nagbbreastfeed for a longer time, mag rerelax ang uterus which will give you episodes of bleeding. If hindi ganun kapraning ang bleeding, hihina din sya. Dont worry. Relax lang. 🤗

During my csec, yes may mabigat sa chest. Alam Ko kasi May iba pa Na meds Na tinutusok. Meron med na pampataas Ng blood pressure kasi Alam Ko anesthesia will make your blood pressure go down. Pero Kaya naman focus Lang na makikita Ko Na si baby.

Less than an hour, including [textspeak!] pag tusok ng anesthesia. Bilis lang. Super can't wait ako nun to hear my baby. 😃

I had my cs on May 23. Naadmit ako before 2pm tapos around 8pm yun cs ko. Baby was out by 8:37pm. I was asleep/half asleep during the procedure. Parang naalimpungatan lang ako nung narinig ko iyak ng baby ko tapos tulog ulit. Ginising lang ako bago dalhin sa room para ipakita sa kin si baby. Naiwan pa sya sa nursery for observation and some tests kasi RH negative blood type ko at sya naman positive so may chance na kalabanin ng dugo ko ang dugo nya.
Hindi ko naexperience yung unang yakap moment

Nagising ako nung around 2am kasi makirot yun tahi ko. Humingi ako ng addtl pain reliever sa nurse pero ayaw ako bigyan. May sched daw ang inom nun. Huhu! So ayun tiniis ko na lang until time na for next pain reliever. Sabi nung iba masakit pag alis ng catheter. Sa kin naman keri lang, medyo may pain pero mabilis naman sya alisin so ok lna rin. Mas masakit pa rin yung skin test before ka i-cs. Super ouchie! Inalis yun dextrose ko nung hapon na.  Yun mom ko at mga bisita ko na friends nya, pinilit akong bumangon na agad para daw mabilis recovery ko. Ayun nakaupo na ko agad then lakad sa cr to pee.

Nagpawheelchair ako sa nursery para makita ko baby ko after maalis catheter at dextrose. The whole time after cs naka soft diet pa ko. Tapos since hindi ako mapoop at fart, nilagyan ako ng suppository. After nun, success! Hahaha! Ayun pinayagan na ko to eat regular meals.

Pinakamahirap for me yung before and right after the procedure. Before, dahil sa skin test plus paglagay ng dextrose e takot ako sa needles plus siempre may nerbyos ka dahil operation yun at buhay mo at ng baby ang nakasalalay. Right after, kasi yung pain at yung hirap sa pagkilos. Pero yung 3rd day ko much better na. Mahirap pa rin kumilos pero keri na rin. I think nakabuti na rin somehow na nasa nursery pa baby ko kasi nakapahinga ako. Hindi ko maimagine how to take care of him kung sarili ko nga e hindi ko pa maasikaso nung time na yun. 3rd day after lunch nakauwi na ko ng bahay. Pag uwi, naligo na ko ako with the help of my mom. Sabi ng ob pwede na raw maligo so ayun naligo na nga ako.

Sa mga mommies na CS, ano pinili nyo vertical or bikini cut?

Ako kasi tinanong ko, pinili ko yung bikini cut since mas tago yun. Hindi ko na-ask kung may difference ba sa tagal ng healing. Pero sabi daw pagbikini cut daw mas madaming ugat na matatamaan, mas madugo siya compared sa vertical. Ano experience niyo mga sis? 😊

^^Mine is patayo sis or traditional, mas madali daw gumaling sugat.

Sabi ng OB mas matagal nga lang gumaling yung pahigang cut sis. Yung patayo kasi ginagamitan ng binder para magsara o intact yung tahi whereas pahigang cut, hindi magagamitan ng binder.
