CS yung two baby ko.

My Eldest kasi is placenta previa the whole time na pinag buntis ko sha. In short bed rest ako ng almost 1year na di nag work.

But My 1st baby is much bigger kasi nga walang chance for normal delivery kaya pinalaki ng todo ni dra.

On my 2nd day after my CS nag lalakad naku at dumadaldal sa help ng morphine...lol. Buti di madamot yung Dra. ko kasi i can't bare the pain talaga. Ayaw nila nung una pero tinawagan sha at pumayag pa.

2nd day breastfeed kona baby ko and on the 3rd labas na kami ng hospital...

ahahahah

Hi mommies!

Thanks in advance sa sasagot! :)

^yes. you may reserve a room na but ask the hospital baka kailangan mo narin bayaran. hintayan kasi talaga dun e. i was lucky na semi private ang room na available when i gave birth.

I was actually pain-free on my 2nd week post CS. Baking a cake is easy, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to do it.

It would depend on your pain tolerance :)  Others would have pain postpartum, but others like myself don't have any problems.

Thank you sissies! I am still having pains pa nga so I guess I'm one of those with low pain tolerance.
And, turns out, my body was reacting to the thread or whatever they used to stitch me up, so until now I haven't healed pa outside. I'm on my 3rd week and I have 1 week to see kung gagaling yung sugat. Thanks again sissies. :)

6 mos pp, sometimes I have a feeling dun sa tahi ko. Haven't had a check up to my OB after I gave birth.

Di ba sya nagrequire ng follow-up check up?

Will be going to my OB tomorrow. I think I have an infection. My yellow lochia turns into a green, moss-like color. :-[

I also thought kikirot sya pag malamig because that's what I've read... pero so far, I'm on my 2nd winter season since my CS and I don't feel anything. It doesn't throb, not uncomfortable, no nothing. Wala, normal lang. Lucky, I guess. I actually can't believe I had a c-section sometimes, my only reminder is my hypertrophic scar :P

Naswertehan ko siguro.

Thank you mommies.  :)

Yup same here.

it's a requirement for all accredited baby-friendly hospitals since 2010.

Yikes.

Hay

^ Bakit ka naman maiinis kung yun naman na ang safest way to deliver your baby, right? Yung iba nga thankful pa kasi may CS procedure kasi may cases na kung pilit ino-normal it may threaten not only the mother's life but the baby's as well. Hindi mo man nakuha yung inaanticipate mo na delivery the important thing is you delivered your baby safely.

^of course maiinis ako kasi feeling ko hindi dapat ako na CS kung sinabihan ako ng OB ko na magtake ng eveprim or what not para magripen my cervix. Not to mention na baka lang gusto nya talaga ako maCS kasi malaki pf. Dahil all through out my pregnancy, lahat okay. Mabilis recovery ko I think. For me kasi it's cliche na "important okay kami ng baby ko". Yan din sinasabi lagi ng husband ko pero shempre nga since alam ko or inasam ko talaga for normal, hindi ko maiwasan na mainis. But that's just me.

^ Who wouldn't want to deliver your baby through NSD di ba? I would want that if not for my complication. Tsaka you wouldn't know your type of delivery until the d-day comes, well except of course if scheduled CS. I know lots of ladies na walang complications all throughout pero ended up having emercency CS despite having the pre-natal yoga classes, taking the meds na pampa-ripen ng cervix, kumaen ng sangkatutak na pinya, magtaas baba sa hagdan pero walang effect. Either hindi bumaba yung bata, hindi nag-open cervix ng tuluyan, there are a lot of cases. Did you already know na you can take meds na pampa-ripen beforehand? If yes, did you take the initiative to ask your OB if you can take it? Lol. Well sabi mo nga iba iba tayo ng pananaw. Maybe you can do VBAC na lang for your next child for the next few years.

annamarie88, I took evening primrose oil from my 34th week and raspberry leaf from my 37th week and I was still CS ;) I also did nipple stimulation and acupressure from my 37th week. Come labour time, I didn't progress beyond 6 cm so yung sinasabi mong feeling mo hindi ka ma cCS kung nasabihan ka magtake ng supplements? I think I just disproved your theory there... unless may iniisip ka pa na possible reasons?

and I really wanted NSD too. I did get angry pero ano pa ba magagawa ko. If I delivered vaginally, baka ano pang nangyari sakin and sa baby ko.

At the end of the day, it's not about what I wanted, planned and hoped for. It's really what's best for my baby, and me at that point and time.

Haha

^were you induced? So contraction test muna ginawa sa akin which is nipple stimulation & hindi kinaya ni baby kasi bumaba hb nya. I know nga madami din na hindi nakapag nsd kahit with supplements and all. Ang dami ko lang what ifs.. :D
