Meron na ba ditong naka-akyat ng Mount Fuji? Not Hakone ha, but all the way to the top, as in overnight yung mag-stay ka sa hut somewhere halfway then wake up at 2:00 a.m. just in time to see the elusive sunrise at the peak. Planning to do it this August

@travellingdaisy hotel grand arc kami nagstay ni hubby. I didn't know na meron silang rooms for 4 pero super okay ng hotel na yan. Ganda pa ng view malapit lang din sa mga train station.

Nag express pass kami pero di namin nasulit kasi pinagsunod namin yun hollywood dream ride and space fantasy eh sobrang nahilo ako after. After that wala na kami nagamit sa express pass kasi ayaw ko ng mag ride. Parang ang alam ko hindi na pwede. Correct me if im wrong na lang mga sis kasi 12 or 1 ang slot namin eh dahil nahihilo pa ako parang balak namin nun pasok muna tapos balik na lang ulit para dun sa ride kasi sayang naman pero di ata pwede. Or mali na ako ng naaalala kasi hilo pa ako nun.

Madali lang sundin yun online pagbili ng expresspass. Sinundan ko lang tapos google translate.

Saan ka pala nagreserve? Direct sa hotel or via other sites? How much nakuha mo sis, just an idea of the price.

Also, walking distance ba yung Subway Station? May kasama akong kids kase so medyo lilimitahan ko yung long walks kase baka mapagod sila.

^Sa booking.com ako nagpareserve, 48750yen for 5 nights.  Meron kasi dun free cancellation, eh hindi ako agad makapagdecide saan mag-stay. Sabi ni google maps nasa 450m yun hanzomon station to hotel grand arc. Pero mas palagi namin nagagamit na station yun kojimachi station na sabi ni google maps 750m.

^For USJ, I was able to ride almost everything, twice pa on some and thrice on Hollywood the dream/Backdrop. Mag isa lang din siguro kasi ako nun kaya I drcide for myself lang.

Nag sisi pa nga ako why I bought the Express pass, kaya ko naman pala sakyan lahat, nasulit ko lang siya for harry pottter and Hollywood Dream, the rest, meh.

If you buy express pass, one entry lang per ride and you specify na agad what time you're going to enter harry potter.

You can go early, run sa ticketing station ng harry potter and get a 'late' timed ticket if you want second entry for wwohp.

Tapos ko na i-plan November trip namin to Osaka and Kyoto. Ngayon naman nagreresearch ako about Hokkaido. Lol. Anyone who has been there? Parang gusto ko makita yung lavenders, but I also wanna see Hokkaido when it's snowing! Parang 100x mas masarap ang ramen pag ganun. Hahaha!

On our first winter trip, we went to Hokkaido to see the Sapporo Snow Festival, and also stayed in Rusutsu Resort (a ski resort).  It is definitely a very different experience for us.  First time to see snow!  Husband and I both agree that snow in the city is not fun at all although we enjoyed the Sapporo Snow Festival.  The place to enjoy snow for us is in a ski resort.  The powder snow is simply unbelievable!

^^Just researched about it sis. Mukhang interesting din diyan sis. Nakita ko rin yung traditional houses ng Shirakawago(?) and yung Kamikochi forest. Ang daming pwedeng puntahan sa Japan.

yes bus only. pero swabe din naman.

30mins away lang ang shirakawago and suganuma. pero yung shirakawago nung pumunta kami parang Batad. walang snow eh. hehe buti nalang may Suganuma. else sayang effort.

yung shin hotaka ang ganda!!! amazing place. kita ang Japan alps.

madami ski area sa paligid. pero ang maganda yung near snow monkeys.

from Nagoya kami galing eh. train and bus.

madami kaming lipat ng hotel eh. mga mura lang yung ordinary hotel. ang mahal yung ski resort, resort with onsen, at ryokan. sa mga karaniwang hotel lang kami. hehe

Weird but practical question:

Ma-CR kasi ako na tao (hehe)... So if abutan ng "call of nature" sa galaan, nagkalat ba ang public restrooms dun and malinis ba? Or kailangan kong magtiis hanggang sa makahanap ng train station (which i presume must always have CRs)?

Do most restos have comfort rooms?
