Since I’ve seen most of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, and will be coming back again in April, next year I would love to visit Kyushu, Okinawa, or Hokkaido naman

On our first winter trip, we went to Hokkaido to see the Sapporo Snow Festival, and also stayed in Rusutsu Resort (a ski resort).  It is definitely a very different experience for us.  First time to see snow!  Husband and I both agree that snow in the city is not fun at all although we enjoyed the Sapporo Snow Festival.  The place to enjoy snow for us is in a ski resort.  The powder snow is simply unbelievable!

mga sis, anong tour ba ang ok?

last May kasi sumali kami sa tour, nakalimutan ko yung name but 130t/ person for 7days siya. ang pangit! pati food ang pangit kasi puro chinese food kasama sa package.

gusto ko sana bumalik kasama 2yr old ko. hassle kasi pag sariling lakad pag may kasamang makulit. unlike pag tour, sakay ka nalang sa bus, mas convenient.

Sino na nagpunta sa Nikko dito? Malayo ba ang Lake Chūzenji sa mga main temples?

Been to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe a couple times na. So now, parang I want to explore other parts of Japan like Yokohama, Hokkaido, Nakano, Kanazawa, mga ganyan. With a JR Pass, anything is possible naman.

planning a trip to go here.. ano ba magandang puntahan around end of november? and where exactly sa japan? should i take the plane to narita? or nagoya? or yung sa osaka?

4 days lang ako magstay so i really have no idea where to start my itinerary.. please advise. thanks

will be going here in november! shocks autumn pala going to winter so temperature is about 17C, para sa akin malamig yun! haha i dont know what to wear

I've been to Japan a few times na, since I was 7yo ata. Sometimes I stay for a week, sometimes for 3 months. Pinaka na enjoy kong punta ng Japan was when our batch in our school had the Japan tour, kasi nagpunta kame ng Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nagoya, Nagano an Tokyo. Sulit na sulit ang 14 days namin!

This Friday will be the first time I will travel to Japan with husband and son. We plan to go to Osaka, Kyoto and most days we'll stay in Tokyo lang. So, punta kame ng Disneyland, hopefully pati DisneySea mapuntahan namin, Odaiba, Mt. Fuji (FujiKyu - not sure), Azakusa, etc etc.

any recommended shopping places in shinjuku? and what pasalubong to buy? or any recommended things to buy there? gadget? food? etc..

^for pasalubong sis Tokyo Banana. And if you love Royce Chocolate mas mura sa airport ng Japan. If you are going to buy gadget go to Akihabara. Mura din don Casio Watch. Kitkat sis madami din don ibat ibang flavor. Mura dn chocolates pampasalubong sa Don Quixote. Meron don chocs 20 to 30 pesos lang masarap!

^^^mga drugstores mayroon nyan may nakita ako na pinay bumibili naka-can at naka-pouch sa matsumoto kiyoshi.

Sa dec sa japan kami mag-xmas break, ika-4th time pero excited pa rin at napakaraming hindi pa alam at napuntahan.

so you mean sis kung wala pa 10k yen wala ka refund?

^ang nakita ko sa policy nila is dapat 10,001 japanese yen worth of purchase in one store.

Sisses, sa duty-free purchases, dapat ang total n'yo ay at least JPY 10,000 AFTER ng tax deduction. Hindi 'yun parang 10,000 na total tapos saka nila tatanggalin ang tax.

Yung tax free nila depends pa sa product. Pag chocolates and other consumables hindi siya pasok sa tax free.

^Hmmm, I don't think so, sis.  Kasi bumili ako ng more than isang kahon ng Green Tea Kitkat sa isang store. Nakuha ko naman ng tax-free. Sa Don Quijote rin mostly pasalubongs na pagkain ang binili ko, nakakuha rin ako ng tax refund after ng payment.
