Would just like to share my birth experience with this hospital. Parang wala pa akong nkikitang thread about this.  maayos ang service nila. I was scheduled Cs and had pre registered a day before my  cs. I only paid for downpayment on the day of my cs which is P10k.  The nurses sa OR and sa assigned room ko were attentive to my needs especially when i buzz them in the middle of the night. Appreciate ko that the nurses who encourage breastfeeding though I hope they get trained well as parang lactation assistants. Buti na lang I was reading a lot about breastfeeding. I had pictures when i was in OR when baby was born. What Is nice and really timing was that their maternity ward was being renovated so They accommodated me sa semi private room at ward price! hehe! tapos kami lang nasa room ko parang private. Baby was roomed-in a few hours after I was transferred from recovery room. Baby had my bm while in recovery room.

Sabi nga din nila maganda doon manganak.

My OB was Dra. Felix, pero since NSD ako sa Ann Francis na ako nanganak

Pero according to my friend who gave birth at PGMC okay daw nga doon

^^Thanks for sharing your experience sis. Si Dra. Felix din OB ko and if ever, dyan daw ako manganganak. May nakita ako last Sat na nanganak sa Ann Francis. Bigla kong naisip na sa PGMC na lang ako kahit NSD kasi under renovation ngayon sa Ann Francis ngayon di ba? Yung nanganak last time sa baba lang then binuhat yung hinihigaan nya pataas ng hagdan. OMG! Hindi pwede bang turn ko na hahaha. Kawawa ang magbubuhat. Baka mahulog ako. Okay lang kung maliit ako. Ang problem, ang laki ko kaya hindi pwede hahaha. I intend to go to PGMC this Sat. Mag-ocular ako and ask ko na rin kung breastfeeding advocate sila and if they do implement the Unang Yakap kahit na-mention naman na dito. Yung 2nd OB ko kasi sa St. Luke's QC sobrang namamahalan ako.

Btw, how much total cost mo for CS? Thanks.

My OB is Dra Felix also, pero gusto ko sa PGMC manganak, any idea how much yung package? wala kasi ako ma-search sa net. Im on my 33rd week already, next month pa ko uuwing pinas to give birth kaya di ako mkapag ocular sa PGMC. Salamat

Hi! I gave birth at PGMC last July 26, 2014 via CS . My OB is Dra. Felix. Dapat normal lang but di na nagprogress cervix ko kaya they decided na CS ako sa pacific global. Umabot din ng 90K++. Maganda naman OR nila and other facilities.

Hello mga mommies, ask ko lang if may kit ba na binibigay sa PGMC? Plan ko kase dun manganak. Due ko is Jan.5. Para makatipid sana hehe baka pwede ko nalang din dalhin yung mga ibang nasa kit nila.

Hi mga momsis! up ko lang 'tong thread, I will be giving birth to this hospital in April. I just want to ask  sana for recommendation/s sa magaling at maalagang pedia dito. Sana yung breastfeeding advocate din. Thank you!

Worst Hospital ito for us. Halos 120k (CS) ginastos ko yet lumipat kami para lang malaman talaga un sa baby kami. Wala pa rin tatalo sa PGH sa galing ng doctor. I'll share my story soon

Maganda lang hospital kasi bago pero pagdating sa Doctor nila, hindi recommended

Recommended ko lang is yun OB namin which is Dra. Felix pero the rest like the pedia and their pedia-neuro is not recommended.

NSD dapat kami kay Dra. Felix kaso si baby, ndi makalabas kasi nag cord coil pala. Nalaman na lang namin ito nun nasa PGMC na. Ang sistema dun, hingi sila ng deposit na 10k and then si Doc diretso na sa OR. Saglit lang sa akin and then paglabas ni baby, may pagnginig siya na akala nila Doc eh seizure so kakabahan ka talaga.

Maraming anti-biotic binigay din kay baby at nasa NICU siya ng matagal at ito yun nagpatagal sa amin at may ilan test na inulit pero ganun pa rin. Hindi nila malaman kung bakit ganun  hanggang sa we decided na ilipat na sa public kasi di na kaya.

Kung wala complication at ganun nakita hindi sana lalaki ang bayarin at sakto lang sana pera which is right sa quote ni Doc pero itong hospital na to maparaan talaga lalo na yun Pedia-Neuro na akala mo kung sino

Nagpunta kami ng PGH via taxi at hindi inavail un ambulance kasi may extra bayad naman.  3 days kami dun at wala test na ginawa. Panay observation and thank God okay naman na si baby. I forgot kung ano un tawag sa ganun pero ang explanation is nawawala siya after 6 months. Ang kulit na niya ngayon
