FINANCIAL GOALS 2015

Since patapos na ang taon, start na naman tayo ng mga goals na gusto natin ma-achieve sa taong 2015. It can be the same as goals last year, may nadagdag ba, nabawas, na-fulfill?

Start tayo!

1. Stocks - I joined the stocks sharing for employee dito sa company namin.. so far, ok naman. Hope to maintain it next year.
2. Pay year 2 of my VUL
3. Pay year 2 of my kids's MF
4. Emergency Fund
5. Savings
6. Memorial plan
7. Health insurance

i'd like to join in this year:
1) reach next target net asset balance (3m)
2) reach target emergency fund (.6m)
3) reach target stock investments by august 2015 (1-year anniversary of stock investment)
4) complete 52-week money challenge 2015 edition

1. Magtuloy tuloy na lahat ng swipes sa card bayad on due date
2. Sali sa 52-week challenge 2015 edition babaliktarin ko ngaun kasi may malaking pagkakagastusan sa last quarter ng 2015
3. Continuous tithing (10% of my gross salary)
4. Religiously monthly makapaginvest sa stocks (10% ulit of my gross salary)
5. Wedding, honeymoon and marriage start-up budget (10% ulit of my gross salary)
6. Magtipid pa more!! Limit eating out/movies/pasyal (max of twice a month)
7. Bawal na magshopping ng shoes, damit at kung ano ano pa ng wala sa budget
8. Makakuha na ng VUL sa 1st last quarter of 2015 after the wedding
9. Wag na wag gagalawin ang UITF sa BPI
10. Wag na bumili ng madaming pagkain kung di naman mauubos (sayang pera)
11. Increase my EF, dapat yun EF ko yun covered na ang living expenses namin ni h2b

Yan na muna. Sana pagbalik ko dito sa thread after 1 year achieve at least 70% of my goals

1. Complete the 1M investment in stocks portfolio this 2015.
2. Invest in Security Bank Peso Equity Fund for the 1st qtr.
3. Open a Philequity Fund by 2nd Qtr.
4. Get 2 Properties for apartment business, foreclosed property much better.
5. Market the current business more.
6. Tuloy lang ang Sunlife,FAMI and Company Coop monthly top-up.
7. And hopefully same amount of money saved like this year
8. 20-30 hours of weekly work with higher rate.
9. Push through with the franchise business this 2015.
10. Tithe higher weekly, share more to others, higher allowance for parents, bless others more on how to augment their income.

Sana matupad ko ang mga to with God's grace:

0. To have an emergency fund atleast 50k (wala talaga akong emergency fund hahaha)
1. 52 week money challenge for 2015
2. Double my investment in COL
3. To tithe 10% regularly, hindi kasi ako madalas magchurch kaya di ko magawa
4. Open Peso Equity fund account in Security Bank
5. Triple my money lending business, di ko na talaga sya gagastusin sa ibang bagay para lumaki naman
6. Open vul account in Sunlife

2. Decide for another tie-up business with friends.

- Top up stocks to 100,000 invested. Right now mga 44K pa lang ang naipapasok ko.
- Find a client I can work with long-term, so may added income stream ako.

Late na ako naging financially aware (now at age 30). 

• Save enough for Emergency Fund
  Get an insurance (still unsure hot to get this btw)
  Save extra money for investment (stocks, UITF/MF)
  Purchase house & lot for my parents

don't worry sis yumi03, pareho lang tayo. Ako nga dati as in ang negative ang financial status ko. ngayon, trying to change my habits. kaya natin to!

2014 was really a challenging year financially for me.
I don't want to live through 2015 from paycheck to paycheck as I did this year.
So ito ang goals ko.

-strictly stick to my budget
-wag masyadong mabait (aka wag masyado magpautang)
-get insurance
-small business
-financially support my parents and grandparents
-take care of my health! ayan ang nagpalubog sa akin sa mga bayarin tsk tsk. health is wealth talaga.
