Pag nag stop ka ng gluta they say mawawala na rin and babalik ka na sa dati mong color. My experience with probio white first 2 weeks okay sya pero 3rd-4th week parang wala na. Kaya now first day ko sa snow caps.

@jaiho sis, dry skin ako eh.. pero sensitive skin din but so far no break outs sa combo ko.. 😊 buti na nga lang, kasi sayang naman yung products kung di ko nahiyang.. tuloy ko muna to, hopefully maging okay na talaga. 😁

napansin ko lang parang acidic yung watsons collagen+ vit C + zinc.. so iniinom ko sya around 15 mins after dinner.. yung snow caps after 30 mins naman

Ladies, do you take all your pills at the same time or you wait at least 15 mins before popping the next one? I've been taking collagen tabs,NAC, ALA, VitC and Glutathione. I pop everything at the same time. Or should I wait 15 mins at least? Here my daily regimen:

AM
3 tabs Youtheory collagen
1 Relumins glutathione 800mg
1 NAC
1 ALA
1 VitC with rose hips 500mg
1 Tab Youtheory Turmeric

PM
3 tabs collagen
1 glutathione
1 VitC

Mga sis same lang ba yung snowcaps sa cheskas at mercury? Mas mura kasi sa cheskas. I wanna try it. Last kong ginamit yung Gluta all in one na thai brand. Nakaone bottle lang ako pero walang effect. Ang dami kasing raves dun. Nagtry lang naman ako. Haha

^^was taking youtheory din for 10-12 days sis pero i stopped na. It turned out mas hiyang ako sa watsons. Or nainip lang ako sa effect. Here's how i take them naman.

AM:
2 probio white
1 vit c
3 youtheory (1hr later)

Early dinner: around 6PM
1  glutawhite
1 vit c

Bedtime:
3 youtheory

Ok naman sya wala naman ako nafeel kahit ano sa tummy ko.

But now snow caps na ko, bale in the morning snow caps plus vit c na lang ako then watsons collagen sa gabi. Di pa ko nagcocombo kase i want to see the effect of snow caps talaga.

^^ Youtheory is a brand. Their collagen tabs is supposedly one of the best.

Just wondering how much ang MET at effective ba sya talaga? Hope to hear from you gals!

^ MET is overpriced and overhyped. If you plan to buy they have sachets 90 pesos per 2 caps of 250mg glutathione each.

^^talaga sis, nako i was planning pa naman to get this kasi ayoko na mag IV. yung friend kasi ng sis ko bought i bottle and takes this with vit c pumuti naman siya saka yung pinkish glow kaya ko nicoconsider to.

sayang maybe i'll try snowcaps nalang.

may tanong ako sa Snowcaps naguluhan kase yung bibili saken pinamimile ako kung ano 100mg 200mg at 500mg

sa mercury naman sya bibilhin alin ba dito yung tama ko inumin hahaha!!

I really like Relumins. I'm definitely a little lighter, my pores lumiliit na and it looks like I'm always wearing foundation pero Hindi naman. Natural na natural and dating. Pinkish din cheeks ko and I noticed the veins on my arms, mas lutang. I take 3 tabs a day, 800 my each. Sakit lang sa bulsa lol
