Ano ba mas ok sis on loan o sold octopus card? 2 types pa pala yun... Plan ko nalang kasi mag octopus card may discount pala pag sc at kids ang gagamit... O pag single journey card discounted din sa mga kiosk ng mtr train may choices din ba pag sc or kids ang mag purchase? Sorry forgot ko, dati kasi hindi kami nag buy ni hubby pero hindi naman kami nahirapan yun lang sayang kasi discount TIA

^ currently here in HK. mainit today. naka normal outfit na lang ako. tshirt and jeans. hubby is in walking shorts and sandals. dami din naka shorts. this morning, the sun was shining pero this afternoon makulimlim na ulit. when we got here last friday night, sobrang lamig! eh light jackets lang dala ko. so no choice, when we went out saturday and sunday, nag-layer talaga ko ng clothes. so to be safe, check the weather updates daily. accurate naman. pero nabigla lang talaga ako sa lamig last friday night. lamigin kasi tlaga ako hehe

Sis Skittle, Superior Quadruple ang kinuha naming room sa Golden Crown. Two double beds. Standard size naman, parang dito rin sa Philippines. Comfortable na for two adults sa isang double bed. Kami nga tatlo kami (me, my hubby and our 3-year-old daughter) sa isang double bed, comfortable pa rin. Yung sister ko solo nag occupy nung isa pang double bed.

hi mga sis! may need pa po bang invitation from someone from HK kung pupunta kayo? kasi my MIL who's working in HK, pupunta daw sya sa embassy para magpasa non, sa immigration daw kasi tatawag sila sa konsulado to check kung may invitation nga. pag wala pwede daw harangin at hindi na makapasok ng HK. sabi ko sa kanya wala naman ako nababasang ganon sa mga forums. eh yun din daw ang sabi ng mga kaibigan nya don. help naman mga sis. meron pa bang ganon? nabasa ko kasi dito, yung return ticket saka yung accomodation sa HK pwede nang ipakita sa immigration as proof na babalik talaga ng pilipinas. baka naman po may pwedeng mag-clarify nito.

Sis beijhing ano ba ang status nung MIL mo? ano ba ang hawak nya na visa? working visa ba?
yung magtu-tour ilang days ba nya plan mag stay? if less than 14 days lang pedeng wala ng invitation, bale regular tourist lang sya.

now if yung mag tu-tour is planning to stay for more than 14 days, yon kailangan nya ng pre-entry visa. At dapat may mag i-sponsor sa kanya na Hong kong resident.

sa philippine consulate kinukuha yung invitation at binibigay lang yon sa immediate family nung nagii-sponsor (asawa, anak, magulang). And kailangan din ng proof para dito, birthcertificate, marriage certificate etc.,

Just got back from our trip last Sunday (Monday early morning technically). It rained the first 2 days pero hindi naman malakas. Sarap pa rin ng weather. The apt I booked via airbnb was a perfect size. Ganda rin ng location along Granville rd.  my fave local shop just downstairs my other fave shop, Lamb, was just a block away.

To our sisses asking where to buy diamond rings, I can recommend a shop where we bought my engagement ring, our wedding rings, my first Diamond jewelry investment (earrings and necklace). This was always part of our itinerary when visiting HK. They clean our rings for free ..

Pero super expensive na ang diamond now. I was looking for an "upgrade" to my current e-ring.. Pero wow, almost 1M pesos 1.8tcw, G, VVS, excellent cut, GIA certified.. Hay.. So hubby ended up buying me another diamond earring instead. A little casual unlike the one i bought couple years back. The shop is located at The Galleria in central.
