I checked streetdirectory.com and the nearest MRT station from your hotel is Bugis Stn [MRT Green Line].

Please advice for direction from airport to SEA Hotel.
Kung mag cacab kayo, no need to know the direction, 99% of the time, alam ng drivers ang mga kalye sa SG, if not, they have GPS anyway   Pero kung commute, from the Airport ride a train (isang direction lang ang tren so hindi confusing).  Then, baba kayo sa Tanah Merah Stn (end of line nung train which is 2nd stn from the Airport so hindi rin confusing).  Pero sa pagbaba, make sure na sa left side kayo bababa going to Joo Koon, the other side is going to the opposite direction which is Pasir Ris. Sa same platform, dun nyo hihintayin ang train, no need pang lumabas ng station   super convenient!

Please advice for a direction from SEA Hotel to Gardens by the Bay.
From Bugis Stn, take an MRT going to Pasir Ris and alight at Paya Lebar Stn.  From here mag tatransfer kayo ng train, from Green Line to Yellow Line.  Follow nyo na lang ang mga directions, malinaw naman   Then, once nasa Yellow (Circle) Line kayo, take the train going to Bayfront.  Once nasa Bayfront Stn na kayo just follow this (from Gardens By the Bay website):
 - Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16)
 - Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway
 - Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay

Pick-up point is from Singapore Flyer. Please give me direction from SEA Hotel to Singapore Flyer.
Di ko na kabisado ang mga bus numbers na dumadaan sa SG Flyer and kung MRT naman, medyo malayo pa rin ang lalakarin from the nearest Stn.  So I suggest mag CAB na lang kayo to make sure na rin na hindi kayo malelate since mahigpit sila sa depature timing.

Again, asking for a direction from SEA Hotel to Merlion Park.
From Bugis, pwede kayong mag bus going to City Hall Stn, pwede rin namang MRT since magkasunod lang sila.  Once nasa City Hall Mrt Stn na kayo, follow nyo lang ang direction going to Esplanade.  I'm sure mag eenjoy kayo and hindi nyo mamalayan ang layo ng nilakad nyo   Kasi underground mall ang dadaanan nyo at sa Esplanade Theater mismo kayo lalabas, from there tatawid kayo ng bridge to get to Merlion Park

^sis @teri_28 yup better magprivate van kayo mas mabilis, hindi na kayo bababa need lang iabot ng driver nyo mga passports along with the white immigration card sa officer, then bibigyan kayo ng bago. since check out is 11am, if you leave around that time din i think by 1pm depending on traffic nasa changi area na kayo. you'll have max two hours lang siguro para makapamili sa changi city point hehe medyo rush shopping

Question lang kasama ba yung SEA aquarium sa sentosa fun pass? Nasa picture kasi kaso wala naman akong nakikita sa blogs na nagpunta sila dun nung may fun pass sila.
21 - singapore zoo at river safari. Sa nag river safari nabasa ba kayo dun sa small boat ride (hindi yung free na malaking boat) then singapore flyer. By bus dito using saex. Iba pa yun sa ez link na pang mrt lang? San pala bibili ng ez link sa airport? Hindi naman mahirap mag mrt with luggage?
22- uss and sea aquarium kasi may b1t1 ang sea aquarium pag wednesday. Yung sentosa express sa ez link card din?
23 - free day 6 pa flight namin ano kayang pwedeng gawin

IKEA Alexandra is located at 317 Alexandra Road, Singapore 159965; and IKEA Tampines is located at 60 Tampines North Drive 2, Singapore 528764. Kung pupuntahan mo yung sa alexandra, take the mrt green line bound for boon lay and baba ka ng QUEENSTOWN mrt, pag dun naman sa Tampines branch, take the green line pa rin pero yung bound for pasir ris then baba ka ng TAMPINES mrt station tapos pag exit mo merong free shuttle that will directly take you there.]

[not sure kung meron nabibilhan ng ezlink inside the airport, last time i was there you can only get them at most MRT stations, from the office located at the entrances. You can also use them for mrt, buses and even cabs (just ask the driver if they are accepting it)] Hindi naman mahirap mag mrt with luggage? [nope, maluwag naman ang mga mrt carriages so hindi hassle magdala ng luggage dun]

Madaming malls in SG and wala naman problema sa goods dahil karamihan mga orig naman, magiging problema mo lang yung mga seller minsan kasi iba aggressive. And as much as possible stay away from LUCKY PLAZA and SIM LIM SQUARE at all cost! Don't forget your receipts, you can get your GST refund sa airport for the items that you bought]

Magkano dapat laman ng ez link card? [pwede na mga 20 SGD kung hindi naman kayo madalas mag iikot using it, madali naman kasi magpa-reload nyan]

May nakapunta na ba sa legoland waterpark ? Any feedbacks ? San pwede magpahinga aside from their cabanas? Kasing init kaya dito sa pinas pag nagpunta kami dun nang april?

No problem! 

Merong mga lrt transits located inside the airport that will link you directly to the MRT (tanah merah station, green line to). Just follow the signs or ask the staff for directions. Eto ang procedure na alam ko since I was last there more than a year ago, tanong ka pa rin sa airport staff baka ngayon meron nang nagbebenta ng ezlink sa loob ng airport mismo lalo pa ngyon may bago nang terminal.

As for the ikea, definitely tampines ang pinaka malapit from lavender, mga ilang station lang yun. To locate the free shuttle to IKEA tampines, take the right exit after the turnstile sa tampines mrt tapos meron dun parang mga paradahan ng bike and may pilahan under the covered walkway for the shuttle. Word of caution though, matagal ang dating ng free shuttle and to be honest,  I rarely take this at pag hindi ako nagmamadali kasi waiting time can take up to 30min or more. I used to stay near ikea tampines before so I know all the possible routes going there and practical advice lang, pagbaba mo ng tampines mrt just take a cab para diretso ka na. Also, since tourist ka naman and if you have extra cash to spare, just take a cab going around except pag malayuan na, madali ka makakarating sa pupuntahan mo kasi hindi matrapik sa SG in general, only during rush hours lang. Problema lang pag travelling during rush hours or peak hours like midnight to 5am kasi may surcharge sa fare meter.

There is a faster way. From Bugis stn, take the downtown line, in 5 mins nasa Bayfront ka na, 2 stops only.

or take the bus. malapit lang Bugis sa gardens by the bay.

This is in Tanah Merah Station only, kasi both sides ng door magbubukas.. may papuntag Boon Lay, may  papuntang Pasir Ris.. if ever na magkamali ka ng labas.. you have 2 options:

1. wait for another train to come (8-10 mins siguro) then tawid ka hehe 
2. or baba ka na lang using escalator or lift.. 2 mins lang nasa kabilang side ka na hindi ka na lalabas ng station mismo.. unlike ng ibang MRT/LRT stations dito sa atin na kailangan mo pang lumabas ng station para lang lumipat sa opposite side.

And if Downtown Line is already fully operational, sundin mo na lang ang advice ng isang sis natin dito na instead of going to Paya Labar and transfer to Yellow Line, go straight to Downtown Line na lang, same station din naman ang ending which is Bayfront   Nung umalis kasi ako ng Singapore 1.5 yrs ago, ginagawa pa lang ang Downtown Line e hehe..

anyone who has tried airbnb in sg? what areas can you recommend? my husband can get sana excellent hotel corporate discount from his office (we did this in HK) but since we are bringing a yaya with us, we cannot stay in 1 room only. so airbnb is the best option.

btw, hindi naman mahirap with immigration if may kasamang nanny? do we have to show proof that she wont do TNT?

pag factory outlet stores oo mura pero don't expect to find abundant stocks ng mga latest, pag retail syempre SRP ang sinusunod pero definitely dun ka makaka-score ng mga magaganda.

^yung nike factory outlet store sa isang mall in clementi (i forgot the name, there should only be one) mga mura mga items, naka tsamba ako dun ng sneakers na maganda na 75SGD lang then one time I saw the exact same one sa nike store sa orchard pero SRP was 170SGD. Not sure about timberland though.

Meron din mga astig na outlet stores sa jurong inside IMM mall, last time I was there andun pa yung esprit store na mura din kesa sa retail stores nila.

Like i said, tsambahan talaga. And not many people know this especially mga turista pero in SG all year round ang sale islandwide, you just have to know where to look and be quick about it kasi talagang mauubusan ka. BTW, hindi uso tawaran or "testing" dun sa mga sellers pero they can throw in some pretty decent freebies lalo na pag gadgets.

on Changi City Point:
last October, i bought a rosherun for 69$ then may further 30% disc pa akong voucher bigay ng friend ko, sulit! bumalik ako after 2 days since nagustuhan ng sis ko ayun wala na.
Madami  na din ako nabili dun from shoes to shirts for my hubby & mga pamangkins and for myself.
May voucher kasi lagi  friend ko like every quarter na 30% disc sa Nike factory outlet, kaya napapbili.

dun sa Lacoste, meron sila lagi on sale na Polo shirts nasa 79$ ata pero large sizes madalas (6 &up). Everytime napapadaan ako yun pa rin offer nila.

kaso lang nagchange na kame ng hotel, instead of sea hotel sa v lavender na kame. mas madali kasi for the seniors na kasama ko. based on the hotel location, sa baba lang daw yung mrt station dun.

not sure pag retail store ng clothes pero always ask the receipts for your purchases and tell the cashier that you are a tourist, parang may ikakabit yata sila na extra paper sa resibo mo. You can claim GST refund kasi sa airport using those receipts. Tourists are entitled for 7% GST refund for items purchased kasi.
