Sir CH, we found it unusual that meron tumubo na mushroom sa may Cr po namin, dun sa kahoy na door frame po. There's a cactus inside, and we have zigzag doormat. Parang tengang Daga po na mushroom. 2 po ang tumubo sa kahoy. Do we need to remove it? Thank you po.

Hi, Incheng.

Have you done Level 3 salt solution after experiencing these weird developments? Yun sa water consumption ay that is really weird.  If is not a leak nor a defect sa meter ay I can't be sure if its a supernatural as more often yun connected sa electricity than water.  Mukhang influenced ka by bad stars as naka-strike 3 ka agad in terms of bad luck.  The best I could think of ay did anyone introduce any changes to your place before numbers 2 and 3 happened.

Hi Sir CH

Hi, princess jaz.

Ma-recall ko na lang ay iba yun level ng feel ko when I was at that Shinto temple sa Tokyo back then.  I so like how they maintained and designed the place.  Maganda yun photos of Tokyo doon sa link you shared.  I sure wish that was how it is here in Manila pero malabo with how politicos are - hindi leaders kasi. Isang major proposal nga na ibalik ang green here para makatulong to reduce ang flooding but you don't hear that being discussed sa Congress.  Mas inuuna pa ang about adobo and anti-selfie :P

Maybe some of the others here who are in other countries can share photos of their observations.  Visualization kasi is retained better sa mind than just words.

Yun sa mga thinking of opting yun "greening" their walls using the new or rediscovered methods pwede naman yun as long as you can maintain it.

Hi, jengc.

You're welcome :)

Hi, sweetsweet.

It should be removed though you need to sanitize the place kasi may microscopic thingies iyan that allow it to grow more mushrooms.  Having that at your CR is a clear sign moisture is high kaya it grew.  And mabulok yun wood ninyo kasi if you let that stay there.

Hi, Incheng.

Yun lang ang nakakainis here.  Kapag holiday mode ay everything slows down or goes to standstill.  Right now may sunog near our area and it gets more worrisome as New Year draws closer.

Ideally it has to be a ceramic bowl o such but a glass bottle will suffice.  Level 3 kasi is to be done for a week at least to be sure though kung bitin sa budget for the candles kahit 4 days lang though you can't be really sure yet not unless a pro audits it.

You can even make your own as just get a string tapos yun mga luha ng kandila you have around ay melt it to make one.  Used to make a lot of those when we were kids para parang happy birthday kapag brownout with small candles na gawa namin.

Thank you po sir CH, I thought may iba pa kasing reason why a mushroom grew there. Kasi it's the same cr where my hubby got locked last ghost month (when we were supposed to have confession that day). I will remove the mushroom ASAP and since hindi nasisinagan ng araw dito because of the tiny window, will a dehumidifier do to keep moisture out?

Sir CH update ko po sa ginagawang school beside us, di ba they cut large trees inside their compound. The nuns told my mom that their oldest pet dog got very violent and killed all the smaller dogs. Ang dami pong aso nila and naubos pag nakakagat Nung matandang aso. So we gave them our other puppy na Lang. Hope it survives since it's being taken cared of very well.

Hi muli, sweetsweet.

Good thing you reminded me of that.  Kapag ganun na mataas ang moisture levels sa isang area more so hindi pa nga nasisinagan ng araw ay hindi malayo na may stagnant energy diyan.  Pero dahil may bad experience na kayo in that area ay its not just stagnant energy but negative energy.  Having something to dehumidify the place is good.  Nabasa ko rin one cheap way to get rid of molds is using white vinegar on it.  Though haven't tried it yet - ang mahal na ng Lysol kasi and wala na ata yun dating formula.

As for the large trees sa school na ginagawa near sa inyo ay uber ewan sila.  There is a major imbalance na nangyari.  Remember sabi ko 50 percent na nasa mental ay either mga victims of such unseen forces OR mga may abilities na hindi kinaya kaya nabaliw.  For a dog to go crazy ay hindi na niya kinaya yun or may even be possessed.  Tandaan ninyo Jesus exorcised baddies and dumped them sa katawan ng pigs.

You should've posted this before you gave the puppy.  Sana man lang kinabitan mo ng St. Benedict sa collar niya for protection.  Well, include that puppy in your prayers and make sure your defenses are up.  In the coming days ay definitely magpaparamdam yun mga unseen beings sa area.  If they did that to the dog there hindi malayo a person with very low self esteem or in a negative mood can be the next victim - and this is no joke.

Sir CH,

Happy holidays!

Is it bad luck to give  a chipped mug?  I have 2 Starbucks mugs kasi na na-chip off.  No cracks naman.  I intended to throw these sana.  Then I realized that my former helper walang magamit sa house nya.  Prang wasteful kasi to throw a usable item if yung iba nga walang ginagamit.  Ok lang po ba?

Then nagpalagay kami ng tiles sa garage last June.  Yung walkway, blocks yung pattern.  But we changed workers coz tamad and pinapatagal yung paggawa.  Yung 2nd batch ng karpentero followed yung orig pattern which is parang swastika.  Ok lang po ba?  Townhouse unit kami & no gate.

I also noticed na this year almost every month someone gets sick in the house.  How can we avoid this in 2016.  I used to have a swastika in the middle of the house.  I will make one again.  Will this help?

I would like to share lang that our baby cried in fear sa room namin a few weeks ago.  We had goosebumps.  Our village is next to a memorial park so I got used to "visitors".  Pero 1st time na may nag-bother kay baby na not yet baptized at the time.  I prayed psalm23 with our blessed bible and blessed  the room then sa rest ng houee with holy water.  After that we prayed Prayer to St Michael the Archangel then the rosary.  The "visitor" went to the stairs to look at us praying the rosary before sya nawala.

Then last night I saw another "visitor" sa stairs landing sa taas right before our room.  Di ko lang pinansin.  But when I went to our room, yaya mentioned that the baby cried in fear again but stopped.  This time the baby is baptized already.

Hi Sir CH! I have a question and something to share with you din po. The question muna. We're about to move to our condo in February and I want to ask kung dapat po ba yung cleansing and blessing should be done before we furnish the unit. Hinde pa po kase namin nagagawa kase may pinapagawa kameng wood works and naisip ko na I want to cleanse and bless pag tapos na so that kung may mga naging nega vibes na nangyari while the work is ongoing, mawala after the cleansing. Is that ok?

Also, I want to share lang po. Well, of course, anjan na yung reason na aalis naman sila talaga pag gusto nila and they dont need a reason for it. Last week, my husband was talking to his colleagues about feng shui and stuff. Yung co-worker nya, sabe nung pina-feng shui yung house nila, napansin na yung back door nila may katapat na sink. Pag ganon daw, hinde nagtatagal ang maids kaya his mom decided to renovate and have the position changed. Samin kase, ganon din. Yung back door namin katapat yung sink sa dirty kitchen.

Hi, twelvth goddess.

Cleansing is technically ridding of the place ng malas.  It can be as simple as scrubbing or mopping the area with water na natunawan ng non-iodized salt.  Recite strong prayers as you do the scrubbing - meaning in a loop - and dapat inside to outside ang paglinis.  Do it during the day and kung maari early in the day.  Blessing naman is when you infuse the place with swerte.  Divine swerte.  This is why I wonder why folks adhere sa mga asin, bigas, etc. when its the Word of God ang needed.  It is best done with a priest officiating it.  If of a different religion then a minister or the equivalent sa priest.

As construction is ongoing then simply remind the personnel to begin at least the workday with a prayer.  Whenever you go there to check on them ay have them pause as you recite a strong prayer.  Light a candle kung pwede - using a match not lighter ha.

Do the cleansing procedure then when the place has been finished but prior to moving in any appliance or gamit inside.  That's when you should also bring your blessed Bible (or its equivalent depending on your religion) and read from it.  Ask a priest na lang for a recommending reading in case you have no idea what to read from it.

Yup.  True iyon na kapag kita ang sink directly from an OPENING ay tagilid ka na.  It just becomes worse kapag main door pero bad na talaga outright.  Now you know bakit ko kayo kinukulit to have plants as that acts as a filter and its practical.  It defends kayo from unseen harm PLUS provides oxygen pa.

Its not hindi nagtatagal ang maids ninyo due to it.  They feel uneasy plus hindi sila nagkakaroon ng hope that better days will be ahead.  It is compounded pa by other bad designs sa layout.  Yun sink na tapat sa door is just one of those making it worse.

The root is most likely not that.  A sink na tapat sa door ang basic effect ay sickness or yun tinatamad.  For your househelp to leave so soon ay it can be sa bedroom nila.  Its the same feel you get when you find yourself assigned sa isang pwesto may it be sa office o hotel o even table sa resto and ramdam mo ang bigat o ang sama while you are there.

If you want to figure out how bad things are ay do level 3 sa may kitchen area as well as bedroom ng househelp mo.  You'll be surprised sa results.

Hi, kho leen.

Technically ay yes.  What you can do is simply "suggest" that you are leaving it there for them to use or if anyone would like to have it even if its so.  That way lusot ka from actually giving it.

FYI.  We do have one mug rin with a slight chip and we use it but not for guests syempre.

Swastika in the Buddhist or the original form ay good naman - it dates back to ages long forgotten kasi kahit sa ancient Egypt mayroon nun.  Yun sa Nazi ang bad as it was angled.  Hope yours is not like that.

Its not really bad naman though syempre a lot simply link it to the Nazi party.  Thus, in answer to your question on this ay it is not but ang sa utak ng iba syempre it may be bad.  Will the neighbors comment?  Yun sa amin when I painted that noon natakot lang sila so they avoided making tambay near it.  Haven't retouched it though :P

Sickness means may bad energy coming in from somewhere tapos it gets trapped.  Its not just the swastika you need to have but equally ano ba yun changes made prior to those sickness events.  It can be as simple as moving a table or chair to an area.

Hmm.  Active ba yun third eye mo?  Normal lang kasi na magka-goosebumps tayo when unseen beings are around.  Pero it takes more than that to determine kung good o bad.  Tama naman you recite prayers and such kasi yin being yun kaya kahit good it will draw its energy sa nearest na pure yang energy source - your baby.

He he.  Now you know bakit madugo ang feng shui and even the very basic design of the stairs has to be done right sa feng shui.  Twilight zone highway kasi ang stairs and kapag nagkamali ang isa to place something there like mirrors o doors pwedeng may portal then.

What you need to do is to cleanse your place totally then set up again your defenses.  Kung malaki yun place na hindi matapos in one day then do it room by room.  Unahin mo muna yun bedroom ninyo syempre.

Normal na kasi na weird things happen as the year draws to a close.  Changing of energies kasi the same way we can either be super lucky or super malas close to our birthday.

Sir CH,

I see "them" in the corner of my eye pero prang blurred lang.  I can feel their presence and location then if male or female and if good or bad sila.

I dont even watch horror movies.

We rearranged the house due to the addition of the baby. But we need to clean it more like before.  I will have it cleaned and mopped with water na may holy water.  Non-iodized is not available kasi.

Thank you po sir CH. :)

Hi, twelvth goddess.

You're welcome.

Hi, kho leen.

To determine kung good or bad siya is not easy.  You may think its good but it may be trying to appear as so lang.  One may think its bad but maybe its seeking justice or is giving warning.  That's why the Church takes a long time to determine kung miracle nga ba from the good side or not.

Even if you don't watch horror movies pwede mag-trigger ang third eye.  Simply sharing to folks problems pwede na.  It can be as simple rin as being near someone who is cursed, hexed, may very active third eye or in a place na loaded ng unusual energy.

Pwede na yun na hinaluan ng holy water but as always use strong prayers too as you do that.  Simply take note of what the priest does kapag blessing ng place.  Kaya nga I told sa inyo get one worth his salt kasi kung yun habol lang pera and free meal ay tiyak mali ang ginawa.

Sir CH, thank you so much sa lahat ng advices mo and sa guidance. Great help talaga to us! Mas naging conscious and observant ako sa surroundings ko, saka I always share it kay hubby.

Now I understand kung bakit maraming nagpaparamdam sa house nila and parang mabigat sa pakiramdam nun minsan dun kami natulog. Mas lalong hindi naging ok kasi minsan iba yun attitude nun ibang nakatira dun. I think possible na nakaka-affect sa tao if hindi maganda un flow ng chi sa house nila. Tama po ba?

Hi, meledeey.

Yup.  Maganda iyan na being aware of one's surroundings.  Not just to assess the threat but equally to appreacite the art and beauty.  Hindi yun puro work or studies na lang focus natin.  Na kapag weekends or day off ay we don't even know what to do causing more stress instead.

Mirrors kasi are very powerful tools.  We think its just something to help us check on how we look but its really more than just that.  Its the same sa candle or even incense.  Used right ay it can be something that can prevent bad ones from messing our lives but if it falls sa wicked ay delikado!

Openings ang doors, windows, drainage and even mirrors.  That is why the bagua aka pakua is advised to be placed in a special way.

OT: Makes me wonder kung may something new doon sa bagong movie ni Kris Aquino.  In the early days most if not all my clients connect my work to that movie's theme :P

Having observed those wrong placements sa place nila ay a LOT of negative AND very unusual chi flows there.  Its NOT healthy to be in such a place.  One major reason why I promote using plants is it helps not just tulungan kayo but equally be your gauge.  Tignan mo na lang yun yin and yang balance plants does to us.  It converts our CO2 back to O2 for one.  Yun green color also helps relax us and if we pick the right plant ay it can either be medicinal or food.

OT: Mag-brush up ako bit by bit on other neglected studies ko on feng shui and mag-share ako here bit by bit pa.  He he, as I've said barely 1 percent pa lang ng nalalaman ko ang nai-share ko pa here.

One major reason you find it hard to have a good sleep in such an environment is yun danger levels kasi mataas.  Maaring your awakened state is not fully aware of it but yun sub-consciousness mo does.  If you do sleep naman sa ganun ay hindi complete yun tulog mo.  As in not rested ka kahit after a long sleep.  Kapag ganun madalas ay its no wonder yun mga occupants of that place don't have a nice attitude.

Now, apply this sa yin setting.  Bakit may mga patay na hindi matahimik?  Why ba sila nagpapakita o nagpaparamdam?  And in yin feng shui ay a bad setting sa burial can cause endless misery sa mga buhay pa na family members nila.  Now you know why sa dark arts ang places and even body parts ng mga deceased are used.  Its the opposite of the norm wherein you offer the living naman - symbolized by the body and blood of Christ when we go to mass.

This is what is observed when troubleshooting a place using feng shui basics.  Its good to know na you and others here get to apply what I've shared :)  Na maka-help not just sa inyo but to others as well na open sa options :)

hi sir ch,

naiisip ko nung elementary ako my parents used to invite a friend of theirs to exorcise our house.. madami daw kasi nararamdaman that time.. yung priest na iniisip ko mag bless is yung expert sa exorcism..

Hi, kikai.

Exorcism kasi is just like how it is when we go to the doctor - continuous process until we get healed.  Kaya the greatest exorcist ever is Jesus.

It may simply be unstable ang balance of energies.  Too yin or yang.  However, kung noticeable na the living - the yang - ay nahihirapan na sa kalagayan nila ay then a rescue effort must be made.

I do hope worth his salt yun exorcist you're going to get and do note na hindi dahil its a sexist thing but there is a very strong reason why the Catholic Church has only males for priests and even more so for exorcists.

I'm glad I found this thread before kami makapag move-in. Speaking of plants, ano po bang ok na plants ang pwede ilagay sa mga openings (like sa balcony door and laundry door)? I want to put herb growing plants sana so I can use din when I cook, pero I remember buying rosemary, basil plants from Tagaytay kaso namatay yun rosemary after 2 months. Can you suggest plants na ok alagaan and di madaling mamatay?

I will wait for your future sharings, CH! :)

Hi, meledeey.

Ideally what you have sa may openings ninyo DEPENDS on the condition and purpose of the place next to it.  Sa main door best na may something with long thin leaves and another na may fat broad leaves.  Yin and yang ika nga.  For bedrooms syempre best ang for relaxation thus yun fat broad leafy kind but for an office or even kitchen dapat yun long thin ones - as syempre ayaw mo matulog ang blessings!

Now, for places na masabi mo nagiging pool of bad energy that's when the likes of the cactus will serve you well.  CR and laundry area for example.

To those na mahilig sa flowering plants then focus muna on what CAN grow and thrive at our environment.  That would be the likes ng sampaguita - na national flower rin natin.

For plants na gagamitin sa pangluto or even as pagkain just make sure its not sa areas na so close to the likes of the CR o drain.  Applies sa medicinal plants too,

Sadly kahit ilang taon akong Boy Scout hindi ko naging forte to figure out the names of each plant. Not that I'm an addict but yun ang bukang bibig back then before nauso mga likes ng shabu, etc.

Yun so-called ashitaba survives naman but I think they say the real one is more maselan.  Yun mga parang wild cactus lang alam ko survives well - not until our puppy messed with them - kasi yun magandang cactus you buy sa malls don't survive here.  Yun bamboo maselan rin or maybe hindi ko lang talaga kabisado though yun sa amin I brought it back pa from davao. Yun mga seeds nun we sometimes make ipon then plant them though kapag mag flood kasi sa amin syempre it does not do well for the seedlings.

Let's wait for others here to suggest what plants kasi ako rin I tend to generalize it as else some may capitalize on it.

Hello Sir CH,

Hi, princess jaz.

Yes, any plant naman will suffice sa CR though best yun cactus lalo na kung may weird things already happening or in a really depressing level na ang overall situation ng mga occupants.

As for gifting others with plants ay yes rin ang sagot.  No issue iyon more so if you give it with happiness na from the bottom of your heart.

Hmm. No idea if bats eat those though alam ko some opt for fruits.  I can't do a good residual read as just ate a burger for dinner.

Yes!  Kapag ang isa ay bukas ang third eye and does not know how to control it or even handle it ay patay kang bata ka.  Apektado ang mga nasa paligid niya.  Maraming different circumstances na pwedeng magbukas iyan.  Either by shock o fear.  Sometimes pwede rin by joy.  This is why I strongly encourage prayers and regular cleansing.  The more na maipon sa inyo unstable energy - this happens when you have very weird mood swings o turn of fortunes - ay yun na.  Hindi rin malayo na when that happens those of the fallen ones would be negotiating deals with you na kapag nagkamali ka will lead to your eternal damnation.
