Has anyone traveled to South Korea recently even if it's just a layover getting to your primary destination? Or used Korean Air or Asiana? Did you have to wear masks or anything?

Just travelled to SK layover last month via asiana, okay naman, no need to wear mask. Took the free airport tour for 6hrs.

May special consideration pa ba ang mga may existing visas from OECD countries?  Dati kasi meron when I applied last 2011.  I'll be applying again kasi for my November trip and I have valid visas from the US and Japan.  Thanks sa mga sasagot.  =)

Hello mga sis, ask ko lang what if wala akong COE dahil unemployed ako. At ang magsusupport ng Korea trip ko is yung Japanese Husband ko. Pwede ba yun? What are the neccessary requirements if siya mag shoulder ng lahat ng expense ko, kasama ko rin siya during the trip. May duty travel kasi siya dun. Meron na rin akong Japan visa before.

Another question is, okay lang ba from Japan exit ako sa Korea, or need ko muna bumalik ng Pinas before magpuntsa sa Korea. Plan kasi ng husband ko is Manila-Japan-Korea-Manilia.

for requirements, alam ko need mo ng affidavit of support, na magstate na siya ang magshoulder ng expenses sa korea. Then, yung requirements na pinasa nya, yun ang need mo din ipasa together with the affidavit. kung may valid Japan Visa ka pa, photocopy mo din yun, sa inyong dalawa

yung Manila-Japan-Korea-Manila, lam ko pwed naman, as long na may Japan/korea visa ka..pero hindi ko pa siya nagawa, kaya 50-50 yung opinion ko, hehe..baka may mga sisies na sure dito

My brother and I will go to Korea on April 16-20, 2016. First time namin to travel to a country na need ng visa. When's the best time ba to apply for one? Mahirap ba to apply and maapprove for a visa?

^sis chocnats, you can apply visa as early as 3 months before your travel date. Madali lang mag apply sis

I have a question again, can I apply for sister and my cousin's visa? Para hindi na sana sila pupunta ng manila for the application, or dapat sila talaga magsusubmit?

booked our tix na. will apply our visa on october.

we're married na pero havent updated our status yet. marriage cert lang meron kami hahaha. should i choose married status sa visa application? kahit hindi pa updated ang passport ko. tas lagay ko din info ni hubby sa spouse info.

gusto ni hubby include namin marriage cert sa reqs pero nabasa ko sa blogs na wag mag include ng hindi na mention tas be honest daw. complete naman reqs namen.

- Saan ba pwede mag-apply ng Visa? Pwede ba sa Korean Embassy kung saang country nagtratrabaho ang OFW? Kumbaga magbabakasyon lang kasi dito cuz ko for two months tapos balak namin mag-tour sa KR. May existing contract pa sya sa pinagtratrabahuhan nya so me babalikan pang work.

- Anong requirements ang mag-apply? COE from her employer abroad? No ITR din sya.

^ I suggest visit the website of the Korean Consulate of his designated workplace and check the requirements for foreigners living in their country. Normally, you should have a valid wowring visa to that country.

sisies, san nyo prinint yung Korea visa application form,may required size ba?

^^yes sis we checked na rin. sobrang taas lang ng required salary! at ng ipon sa bank. aside from that, may bayad pa ang visa sa kanila unlike kapag dito sa Pinas na free lang.

with that, idk if mas recommended na dito na lang mag-apply sa Pinas ng tourist visa.

Hi! For those asking about visa application for OFWs, you may inquire with the Korean Embassy in the country of your residence.

I'm based abroad, but since I went home for a vacation before my trip to Korea, I applied for visa in Manila na. Same requirements, be sure you get a certificate of employment from your employer din. Instead of Income Tax Return, I submitted my annual tax certificate, pay slips, and bank statements. Hope this helps!
